Ryan Lindsay brings more than 10 years of executive-level operations, finance, and sales experience to Covalent Technologies. In his current position, he is responsible for overseeing the company finance, legal and operation initiatives. An industry veteran, Lindsay has worked with enterprise software companies for more than a decade, focusing the past 8 years specifically on bringing Open Source to the enterprise. During his tenure at Covalent Technologies, Lindsay has worn many hats including acting as Chief Financial Officer, and overseeing company operations, customer support and services, product management, legal, human resource, sales, marketing and business development activities. He is credited with the development of nearly all operational tools currently in use at Covalent, including the company's product distribution system, sales, financial, legal, HR, and customer support systems and processes. Prior to co-founding Covalent, entrepreneurial minded Lindsay co-founded InterLink Systems, Inc. in 1997 during his senior year in college. Under his leadership as CEO, InterLink Systems became a leading Internet services company specializing in the design and hosting of large commercial websites and Intranet systems. InterLink was merged with Covalent Technologies in 1998. Lindsay holds a BS in Management with an emphasis on Information Systems from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. While at UNL, Lindsay helped establish the university's entrepreneur/intern program. This program provided students with an opportunity to work for start-ups and determine if starting a business was right for them while providing quality services for start-ups in need of affordable labor.

His clients included Sun Microsystems, Hewlett-Packard, Acuson Corporation (now Siemens Medical), Varian Associates, Autodesk, National Semiconductor, and Tektronix, among others.
