Alison Irwin joined Covente in 1993 to support the financial needs of this organically financed, growing business. Alison's experience was ideally suited for Covente, having served with a CPA firm and specializing in the financial management needs of its client base of small to mid-sized companies. At Covente, Alison is in charge of all financial management aspects of the business including contracts, budgeting, planning, forecasting and investment strategies. Alison has been instrumental in helping the business plan responsibly for its growth, managing to keep its expansion in line with its client's needs and its revenue growth. Alison has recently driven the initiative to implement new forecasting and billing processes in order to better serve Covente's clients. These efforts have played a critical role in the company's ability to maintain its growth through the recent economic pressures. Also responsible for the supervision of the human resources operation, Alison has provided the direction and management required to support the company needs during its ten years of continued growth. Alison has also taken a leadership role in driving the culture of this people oriented business. Since joining Covente in 1997, Chris Brown's role has been ever expanding. A central part of Covente's business strategy has been to utilize the latest technology to deliver the highest level of client service. Chris and his team are responsible for managing the company's ever growing system and technology needs. As Information Technology Director, Chris's organization manages all computer equipment including Covente's mission critical systems such as its client campaign management system, CRM and SFA systems, wired and wireless communications and messaging systems. Chris and his team are also responsible for the continued management of the company's Prospect Universe, a data warehouse of up-to-date market information and company contact and demographic data, which plays a critical role in the successful execution of client campaigns. His team has also developed and manages the company's client facing technologies such as its WebReporting, E-Marketing and Dynamic Lead Management offerings. Covente is committed to a standard of excellence when it comes to serving it clients and technology is instrumental in meeting this standard. Wanda is our director responsible for overall business development, client sales, and marketing. Wanda joined Covente in May 2008, after working with Arrow/Agilysys, as a Senior Brand Manager for IBM. Prior to joining Agilysys, Wanda trained with an Atlanta-based demand generation firm. Wanda began her career in sales in 1976 with IBM Southeast Region. During her 20-year tenure with IBM, Wanda successfully served in management and executive roles in field sales, marketing, strategic planning, president's office, and product branding. Wanda and the Atlanta HQ brand team, along with IBM Rochester's development team, won the Malcolm Baldrige Award for the launch of the highly successful AS/400. Since Wanda joined us, she has proactively reached out to new industry groups and B2B organizations to tell the Covente VisByte Story and develop successful multi-touch, multi-media campaigns. She visits with prospective clients on a daily basis and welcomes the chance to offer you a customized briefing about Covente services. With her depth of systems knowledge, management experience, and recent brand role with a worldwide technology distributor, Wanda is excited about the potential lead success and new offerings Covente can continue to deliver for our clients.
