During his 17 years in Information Technology (IT), Christopher Barron has headed a global consulting services company and has been an executive for a Fortune 100 corporation. He holds a bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Idaho, a master's degree in Management and Systems from New York University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. In 2004, Barron joined CPS Energy's Information and Communication Services division in 2004 and was promoted to Vice President and Chief Information Officer in 2006. Barron's affiliations include the Project Management Institute and the International Systems Security Association. Barron has been honored by CIO magazine as one of the top 100 global chief information officers of 2007.

Alfred Trevino, an employee of S.A. Realty, is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors and the Better Business Bureau. He previously worked as an elementary school and middle school principal in the Southwest and Somerset school districts. Trevino holds bachelor's and master's degrees in bicultural education. Howard T. Ray, represents District 2 on the CAC. He is a retired U.S. Army sergeant major. He served in the army from 1950 until 1979 and attended St. Philip's College, UTSA and Southwest Texas State University. After retiring from the military, Ray entered civil service at Fort Sam Houston and retired in 1997 with 45 years of federal service to his credit. He remains active in the community and belongs to several military-affiliated organizations. Ray is secretary of the Bexar County Buffalo Soldiers Association, past sergeant-at-arms for the Memorial Day and Veterans' Day services at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery and director of security for the MLK March. He and his wife, Gloria, have seven children, 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. (District 2)

Randy Carroll-Bradd is an industrial engineer and operations manager for Mr. Attic, LLC, of Schertz, a company that manufactures and installs cellulose insulation made from recycled paper.Previously he was employed as a process engineer at Amazon Forms One Inc., a San Antonio-based company that manufactures cement and expanded polystyrene- insulated concrete forms; as continuous improvement manager at Johnson Controls Inc., of San Antonio, a final assembly and distribution center for automotive batteries; and as quality engineer for Impact Technologies, a Costa Mesa, Calif., manufacturer of digital video multiplexers for the security industry. He also has experience in the field of real estate investments. Carroll-Bradd earned his Bachelor of Science degree in industrial technology and manufacturing from the California State University School of Engineering at Long Beach. His affiliations include the Sierra Club, the Green Party, the North East Independent School District PTA and the Boy Scouts. (District 10)

Alvaro Sanchez, Jr. represents San Antonio's southwestern quadrant and serves on the Board's Personnel Committee. Sanchez has been a member of the Board since March 1999 and has previously served as vice chairman and chairman. Sanchez recently retired from Kelly Air Force Base, where he served as chief of Base Realignment and Closure.

Aurora Ortega-Geis is the Director of Fannie Mae's San Antonio Partnership Office. As Director, Aurora works with housing professionals, advocates and elected officials to support the housing needs in San Antonio's eight county metropolitan statistical areas. In addition, Aurora has managed two investment plans in excess of $2.3 billion dollars directed at the provision of mortgage capital and services as well as strategic alliances to make affordable housing and homeownership opportunities available to low-to- moderate, and middle-income home buyers. Aurora's career has worked in the secondary mortgage market industry since 1985. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, she served nine years with Freddie Mac, encompassing all phases of real estate from loan origination to servicing, single and multifamily disposition. A native Texan, she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Management from LeTourneau University. Aurora serves on a variety of community and organizational boards including, San Antonio Enterprise Foundation, Trinity Baptist Church Finance Committee, JCIA (Jesus Christ Is Alive) Foundation, Board of Director to the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, CPS Energy, an advisor to The Jefferson-Woodlawn Community Development Corporation, The University of Texas at San Antonio School of Business, Downtown Alliance and the Baptist University of the Americas.

Derrick Howard joined the Board of Trustees in January 2008 as the representative for the southeast quadrant of the CPS Energy service area. As executive director of Freeman Coliseum, he oversees contracts, manages budgets and monitors capital improvement projects at the facility. He also has managed federal funding for low- and moderate-income housing, street construction and other related projects for the City of San Antonio's Housing and Community Development Department.

Dr. Jeannie O'Sullivan maintains a private consulting service and a mental health counseling practice. She is a licensed professional counselor and a marriage and family therapist. O'Sullivan holds a doctorate in mental health counseling from St. Mary's University, a master's degree in nursing education from the University of Colorado at Denver and a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of the Incarnate Word. She is a member of the San Antonio 100 Club, the San Antonio Museum of Art, the Texas Women's Museum and the American Mental Health Counseling Association. (Member-at-large)

John Pavlovsky, vice chair and member at large, holds two master's degrees and one bachelor's degree and is a licensed professional engineer and logistician. He spent 31 years in the U. S. Army in material maintenance management and strategic logistics. In 1992, he served as deputy chief of staff for logistics for the Fifth U. S. Army at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio and later worked in logistics for the army staff at the Pentagon. He has taught at the U.S. Naval Academy and the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is also retired from the U.S. Army Ordnance Corps. Currently he is a physics instructor for the Pre-Freshman Engineering Program (PREP) at UTSA and a part-time tutor.

As current mayor of San Antonio, Phil Hardberger is an ex-officio member of the Board. He will remain on the Board through the end of his mayoral term.

Terry E. Dudley was chosen by the CPS Energy Board to serve on the CAC. He has an extensive environmental career background. Presently he is an environmental manager with the Edwards Aquifer Authority. Dudley is a registered environmental manager (REM) with the National Registry of Environmental Professionals and holds a master's degree in environmental management from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a bachelor's degree in natural resources from Ohio State University. He also currently serves on the board of directors with Bexar Land Trust, Inc., a non-profit conservation group, and he is active with the South Texas Farm and Ranch Club. (Member-at-large)
