Muress was appointed as CEO, Crawford & Company, UK & Ireland in 2002, since which time the UK business has experienced a resurgence, not only as a pre-eminent claims management business, but as a growing organization for which talented people aspire to work.
In January 2006, Muress was tasked with leading the business' further growth ambitions across the entire EMEA Region, effectively bringing together the former UK and Continental European, Middle East and Africa regions. In this multi-faceted role, Muress represented the EMEA business across more than 30 countries, while developing and supporting key client relationships.

"Jeff Bowman is president and CEO of Crawford & Company. Immediately prior to becoming president and CEO, he served as the chief operating officer for Global Property and Casualty Services where he maximized consistent delivery of Crawford’s property and casualty operations worldwide.
Bowman qualified as an accountant in 1978 and became a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom in 1983.
In 1982, he joined a United Kingdom public company, Esperanza PLC, as U.K. finance accountant and became financial director of the Graham Miller Group, a subsidiary of Inchcape, when Inchcape PLC purchased Esperanza, in 1984.
Bowman was part of a team that implemented a management buyout of The Graham Miller Group from Inchcape PLC in 1987.
The Graham Miller Group enjoyed an increase in revenue, pre-tax income, and global coverage over the next three years and attracted the attention of Crawford & Company, which was expanding in the global market. Crawford purchased The Graham Miller Group in December 1990.
From 1991 to 1994, Bowman served as Financial Director for all Crawford's overseas operations. He was involved in various strategic acquisitions in Denmark, Peru, and the United Kingdom. During this period, Crawford's global coverage increased significantly.
In 1995, Bowman moved from London to Crawford's Home Office in Atlanta, and was appointed as vice president of International Finance and subsequently named vice president of International Strategic Planning of Crawford's International Group in 1996.
Bowman was a member of the senior management team that executed the merger between Crawford International and The Thomas Howell Group, a subsidiary of Swiss Re. He led the integration of The Thomas Howell Group and Crawford International teams in 1996 creating Crawford's International Group.
In 1997, Crawford appointed Bowman to take operational control of Canada, the Caribbean, and Latin America, and in 1998, he managed Crawford's purchase of Adjusters Canada, Inc., creating Canada's largest adjusting network.
During 1999, Bowman expanded Crawford's holdings in South America, directing the purchase of Peru-based Certiser S.A and opening offices in Ecuador. Most recently, he led the acquisition of Brazil's largest independent adjusting firm, moving Crawford one step further in supporting the long-term business goals for their worldwide clients in Brazil and Latin America.
In 2001, Bowman was appointed president of Crawford's International operations outside of the United States, a position he held until December 31, 2005."

Allen Nelson is responsible for handling legal matters for Crawford, overseeing the Company's Legal Department, and performing the duties of corporate secretary. Immediately prior to joining Crawford, Nelson served as chief compliance counsel for BellSouth Corporation. Nelson is a co-inventor of the "Integrated Governance Process," for which a patent is pending. Nelson earned his Juris Doctorate from the Duke University School of Law where he was recognized as a J.R. Parkinson Memorial Scholar. "Brian Flynn is the senior vice president and global chief information officer of Crawford & Company. "Mike Reeves is responsible for the business development of global clients through the cross selling of its products in all business units. Additionally, he is responsible for Global Technical Services, Crawford's major loss division specializing in complex and high value claims, and product development in the Global Marine, Transportation, and Motor units.
Immediately prior to his current role, Reeves served as the senior vice president for Corporate Multinational Risks, now called Global Markets.
Reeves initially joined Crawford in 1982 as Managing Director of THG Malaysia. After substantially growing business in Malaysia, he went on to establish companies in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
Since then Reeves has held a series on increasingly responsible positions including Group Marketing Director; CEO, Europe; Managing Director for Global Risks and Business Development, Regional Managing Director and SVP of UK Group Operations, and Regional Managing Director for Global Risks and Technical Services in the UK.
Reeves graduated from the University of Wales with an honours degree in Economics. Colm Keenan is the vice president of KMC On DemandSM. Prior to joining Crawford, Colm was president and founder of ClaimStar.net. Founded in 2000, ClaimStar quickly became the premier claims information and training resource for the property and casualty industry, providing courses to more than 3,500 adjusters from more than 150 companies. Crawford acquired it in April 2007 and rebranded it as Crawford Online. In 2009, Crawford Online was renamed KMC On Demand. Prior to founding ClaimStar.net, Colm spent 13 years in the property and casualty industry. He held a series of progressively responsible positions at Allstate, beginning as a property and auto claims adjuster, then moving up to management and training at the National Claim Training Center, and finally managing the Applied Research group.

Charles joined the Crawford Educational Services training staff in 2005, bringing 20 years of claims adjusting experience with him. Charles joined Crawford in 1985 as an inside adjuster in our Washington, D.C./Fairfax, Virginia branch. Since then, he has worked as an outside adjuster, supervisor, and manager for Crawford. Charles was the 2003 recipient of Crawford & Company’s Virginia Crawford Distinguished Service Award, the Company’s highest honor. Charles earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business as well as a Master of Arts degree in Urban Affairs from Norfolk University in Norfolk, Virginia. Charles holds an Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and certification in Supervisory Management from the Insurance Institute of America. David Hymer is one of the founding partners of Hermes Sargent Bates, LLP in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Hymer's practice primarily consists of representing employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation matters.
