"Jeff Bowman is president and CEO of Crawford & Company. Immediately prior to becoming president and CEO, he served as the chief operating officer for Global Property and Casualty Services where he maximized consistent delivery of Crawford’s property and casualty operations worldwide. Bowman qualified as an accountant in 1978 and became a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom in 1983. In 1982, he joined a United Kingdom public company, Esperanza PLC, as U.K. finance accountant and became financial director of the Graham Miller Group, a subsidiary of Inchcape, when Inchcape PLC purchased Esperanza, in 1984. Bowman was part of a team that implemented a management buyout of The Graham Miller Group from Inchcape PLC in 1987. The Graham Miller Group enjoyed an increase in revenue, pre-tax income, and global coverage over the next three years and attracted the attention of Crawford & Company, which was expanding in the global market. Crawford purchased The Graham Miller Group in December 1990. From 1991 to 1994, Bowman served as Financial Director for all Crawford's overseas operations. He was involved in various strategic acquisitions in Denmark, Peru, and the United Kingdom. During this period, Crawford's global coverage increased significantly. In 1995, Bowman moved from London to Crawford's Home Office in Atlanta, and was appointed as vice president of International Finance and subsequently named vice president of International Strategic Planning of Crawford's International Group in 1996. Bowman was a member of the senior management team that executed the merger between Crawford International and The Thomas Howell Group, a subsidiary of Swiss Re. He led the integration of The Thomas Howell Group and Crawford International teams in 1996 creating Crawford's International Group. In 1997, Crawford appointed Bowman to take operational control of Canada, the Caribbean, and Latin America, and in 1998, he managed Crawford's purchase of Adjusters Canada, Inc., creating Canada's largest adjusting network. During 1999, Bowman expanded Crawford's holdings in South America, directing the purchase of Peru-based Certiser S.A and opening offices in Ecuador. Most recently, he led the acquisition of Brazil's largest independent adjusting firm, moving Crawford one step further in supporting the long-term business goals for their worldwide clients in Brazil and Latin America. In 2001, Bowman was appointed president of Crawford's International operations outside of the United States, a position he held until December 31, 2005."

"Kevin Frawley’s responsibilities include overseeing property and casualty operations in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean. He is also responsible for Strategic Warranty Services. Immediately prior to his current post, Frawley was executive vice president for Global Business Development. In that role, Frawley worked closely with the leaders of Crawford’s four business segments to enhance cross-selling of Crawford’s business units and coordinating of account management data for the Company. Previously, Frawley worked with Prudential Financial Inc. where he held the titles of chief compliance officer, United States Insurance Division; chief administrative officer, Retail Distribution, United States Insurance Division; and senior vice president and senior counsel for Prudential Securities. Prior to Prudential, Kevin spent 15 years in the public sector as a prosecutor and senior official in the administration of former New York Mayor Edward I. Koch. Allen Nelson is responsible for handling legal matters for Crawford, overseeing the Company's Legal Department, and performing the duties of corporate secretary. As Chief Administrative Officer, he is also responsible for Human Resources, Quality, Compliance and Training, Marketing, Vendor Management, and Internal Audit. Immediately prior to joining Crawford, Nelson served as chief compliance counsel for BellSouth Corporation. He also previously practiced law with Hawkins & Parnell as well as Troutman, Sanders, Lockerman & Ashmore; both firms are located in Atlanta. Nelson is a co-inventor of the "Integrated Governance Process," for which a patent is pending. Nelson earned his Juris Doctorate from the Duke University School of Law where he was recognized as a J.R. Parkinson Memorial Scholar. He also received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Duke's Trinity College of Arts and Sciences. Nelson is the former chairman of the board of The Preschool (Peachtree Road United Methodist Church) and serves on the boards for the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation and the Atlanta Ballet. "Mike Reeves is responsible for the business development of global clients through the cross selling of its products in all business units. Colm Keenan is the vice president of KMC On DemandSM. Prior to joining Crawford, Colm was president and founder of ClaimStar.net. Founded in 2000, ClaimStar quickly became the premier claims information and training resource for the property and casualty industry, providing courses to more than 3,500 adjusters from more than 150 companies. Crawford acquired it in April 2007 and rebranded it as Crawford Online. In 2009, Crawford Online was renamed KMC On Demand. Prior to founding ClaimStar.net, Colm spent 13 years in the property and casualty industry. He held a series of progressively responsible positions at Allstate, beginning as a property and auto claims adjuster, then moving up to management and training at the National Claim Training Center, and finally managing the Applied Research group.

Charles joined the Crawford Educational Services training staff in 2005, bringing 20 years of claims adjusting experience with him. Charles joined Crawford in 1985 as an inside adjuster in our Washington, D.C./Fairfax, Virginia branch. Since then, he has worked as an outside adjuster, supervisor, and manager for Crawford. Charles was the 2003 recipient of Crawford & Company’s Virginia Crawford Distinguished Service Award, the Company’s highest honor. "Dennis Replogle joined Broadspire in December 2003 as president and CEO. He has now been appointed Chairman of Broadspire effective July 1, 2008. He brought to Broadspire a proven 30-year track record from his tenures at Travelers Insurance Company and a Hartford, Connecticut-based third-party administrator, Specialty Risk Services (SRS). David Hymer is one of the founding partners of Hermes Sargent Bates, LLP in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Hymer's practice primarily consists of representing employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation matters. Genevieve Stanley is Branch Manager of our Lexington office and Vice President of CGH Claims Service. She joined CGH Insurance Group in August 2002 as a Senior Claims Examiner in our Lexington Branch. Ms. Stanley has been involved in the claims business since 1984 and has worked for Old Republic, Crawford and Company, Great American and KEMI. "John Sharoun is chief executive officer for Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc. Beginning his career in 1973, John has nearly 35 years of claims experience, half of which has been on the independent adjusting side of the business. He is a Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional, a Fellow of the Canadian Independent Adjusters' Association and a Canadian Risk Manager. John's commitment to training and education is demonstrated through completion of the Executive Development Program at Wharton School of Business and management courses from Franklin Covey and Schulich School of Business. John is active in various organizations and committees across Canada including the editorial committee of the Canadian Independent Adjusters Association (CIAA), and as an invited guest of the Hockey Canada Risk Management Committee. John is also an Advisory Board member to the Lisensing and Compliance Division of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. John has held various positions throughout his career including Canadian claims manager and vice president of claims for a Canadian insurer and has also worked as a partner in his own independent adjusting business. He has been with Crawford since 1995 and held positions such as senior vice president of Specialty Services and chief operating officer before being named as CEO in January 2006. John’s areas of expertise include casualty, errors and omissions, and specialty lines such as product liability, employer and benefits liability, and school board, institutional and public entity liability. Other specialties include sexual and physical abuse investigations, sports liability, entertainment and contingency."

Lance Cutrer is the Contract Coordinator for Crawford & Company. He assists our clients by taking them through the process of contract to the closing. Lance monitors the contract deadlines, the loan process, and attends the home inspection with the client. His attention to detail is an asset in this position as he insures that all aspects of the contract to close process is on track therefore closings happen on time without a delay. Lance is continuing his education in real estate with a focus on investments. He enjoys boating and architecture.

He is responsible for the Crawford Contractor Connection division, which is Crawford s contractor property managed repair service. Thomas received a bachelor s degree in history from the University of California, Los Angeles, (UCLA). Thomas has multi lines claims experience in the property/casualty area. He started his career in 1983 with Crawford as a Multi line Adjuster in Riverside, California. Other positions he has held with Crawford include Branch Supervisor, Unit Manger, and various Branch Manager positions in Santa Barbara, Riverside, Woodland Hills, and Los Angeles, California. He was also a regional vice president for Crawford s Western operations based in Los, Angeles. Larry was promoted to Crawford Senior Vice President in 1999 after the Crawford acquisition of The PRISM Network which operated as a subsidiary of Crawford. Crawford Contractor Connection now operates as a service of Crawford & Company. This division has focused on improved quality assurance for the insurance carrier clients and enhanced business relationships with the contractor business partners. Thomas has completed the Advanced Executive Education Program, sponsored by the Wharton School of Business and the American Institute of CPCU. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Jacksonville Better Business Bureau.

R. ERIC POWERS, III (Director) is an associate attorney with Crawford & Company, Dunwoody, Georgia. He earned his undergraduate degree from Auburn University, his Jurist Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law and his Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He is a member of the Georgia State Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar Association. SCOTT A. REYNOLDS (Director) is a principal with Catamount Constructors, Inc. of Atlanta, Georgia. In 2002, Catamount Constructors, Inc. was named the #235 Fastest Growing Private Company in the country by Inc. Magazine, and is a $67 million a year General Contractor with associate offices in Evergreen, CO and Nashville, TN. Mr. Reynolds holds a Bachelors Degree in Building Science from Auburn University.

Rick has been a training specialist with Crawford Educational Services since 1995. Prior to 1995, Rick was a property general adjuster for Crawford & Company. Before joining Crawford, Rick worked for Aetna Life & Casualty as a claims unit property supervisor, claim unit "no fault" supervisor, senior property claim representative, and property claim representative. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He has an Associate in Claims (AIC) from the Insurance Institute of America. Rick specializes in training catastrophe as well as basic, intermediate, and advanced property adjusting classes for both employees and clients.

Mr. Darden has 9 years experience as a Municipal Utility District director, five years of which were spent as District president. He is well versed in MUD operations as well as in civil law and civil procedures. Mr. Darden attended Pan American University where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He has worked with Crawford & Company since 1976 in property and casualty insurance adjusting. He has lived in the Fort Bend area for more than 21 years.

"Scott Sutherland is chief information officer (CIO) for Crawford Adjusters Canada. Beginning his career in 1981, Scott joined Crawford in 1986 as a manager of Information Systems. Scott is responsible for building the largest Canadian network used by an independent adjusting firm. He also developed Crawford’s CMS Claims Management System™ which is used in all of Crawford Adjusters Canada’s branches. Over the past few years, Scott also put CMS in place in Crawford offices across the globe including Australia and Asia Pacific. "Stephen Anderson is senior vice president, Corporate Markets and Administration for Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc. Steve joined Crawford in 1995 bringing with him 25 years of experience at a national telecommunications company. He has held various positions over the course of his career including operations management, budget & results, training development, and human resource management. Before becoming svp, Corporate Markets & Administration, Steve was responsible for the Human Resources for the company. He was prime in developing and implementing Crawford’s Canadian human resource policies and procedures, and performance management. Steve led the development and implementation of CLAIMSALERT® in 1997, which started with 3 agents and now employs over 200 employees. In 1998, he earned his Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. In 1999 he was promoted to vice president, Human Resources. He brought to Broadspire a proven 30-year track record from his tenures at Travelers Insurance Company and a Hartford, Connecticut-based third-party administrator, Specialty Risk Services (SRS). Replogle's wealth of experience includes field operations, field and workers' compensation claims, and national account marketing and management. Among his many notable accomplishments was the implementation of new claim and risk management information systems at SRS, which helped capture more vital information and improved claim handling. Prior to joining Broadspire, Replogle served as president of Specialty Risk Services, a subsidiary of the Hartford Financial Services Group, where he played an instrumental role in the development and implementation of a new benchmarking and outcomes measurement system. Replogle holds a Master's degree in organizational behavior from Hartford University and a Bachelor's degree in zoology from the University of Wyoming
