As Vice President of Marketing at Crdentia, Christina Hogan is responsible for the development and implementation of national marketing initiatives, brand positioning, event management, promotions, corporate communications and strategic recruitment activities. Ms. Hogan joined Crdentia in July 2006 as Web Content Manager where she was assigned the task of redesigning the company's website, www.crdentia.com. In December 2006, she was promoted to Director of Marketing. In that capacity, she was responsible for developing and implementing a new corporate brand and marketing strategy. Previously, Christina held the title of Supervisor Project Management at Campbell-Ewald Advertising where she led projects for several of their largest clients and developed their Digital Quality Assurance Group. Christina also held a project management position at ePrize(R), LLC, an interactive promotions company. In addition, Ms. Hogan has many years of experience as a business analyst, information technology consultant and free-lance marketing consultant. Throughout her career, Christina has developed a wealth of digital and traditional marketing experience through her work with some of the biggest brands in the world including Kaiser Permanente, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Coca-Cola, General Motors, Chevrolet, The U.S. Navy and The Wall Street Journal. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Policy and Behavior from the University of Michigan, where she graduated with honors.

Joseph DeLuca is a health care information technology futurist with 22 years of experience working with health care entrepreneurs, technology innovators, and provider and payer systems, to realize their strategic and market goals. He collaborates with health care information technology suppliers at the concept, startup, market entry, growth, and multi-billion dollar development stages. Known for his ability to transform high-level business strategy into executable results, Mr. DeLuca works on the forefront of new generation technology-to-market alignment. He frequently educates, speaks and publishes on the future of health care technologies. His most recent book, The CEO's Guide to Health Care Information Technology: Revised Edition, is now available from Jossey-Bass. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a member of the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society and recently received the Certificate of Director Education qualification from the Corporate Directors Institute. He has served on the board of numerous for-profit (public and private) and nonprofit organizations. He received his BA from Lawrence University and his MA in Health Services Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Mr. Herman has over 35 years experience in managing companies, orchestrating mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising activities. Since July of 2006, Mr. Herman has served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Good Guys (NASDAQ: GGUY), a $700 million retailer of consumer electronics products. Mr. Herman is also a member of the Board of Directors of Grocery Outlet, where he serves as a full-time consultant focusing on financial strategy and management transition. Grocery Outlet is the nation's largest grocery extreme-value retailer, with annual revenues exceeding $600 million. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Herman served as the managing partner of Oak Harbor Partners, LLC, a boutique financial services firm that specializes in mergers, acquisitions and financed business expansion. Previously, Mr. Herman served as President and Chief Executive Officer of an eLearning startup focused on employment law. Other highlights of his career include numerous executive management positions with major national and regional (both publicly and privately held) companies, including Lucky Stores, Grand Auto, The San Francisco Music Box Company, American Fashion Jewelry and Delta California Industries.
