In January of 1997, John joined CND as VP of Sales & Marketing and since then has played an integral part in reinforcing Creative's leadership position in professional nail care. In January of 1999, John was promoted to General Manager, was named President in March 2000, and was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in July 2005. In addition to his responsibilities at CND, John also serves as the Chairman of the Governance Board for the Professional Beauty Association.

Jay Morris' primary focus is on sales, territory development, and distributor relations in the U.S. and Canada. Jay has worked in the professional beauty industry since 1987. Prior to joining CND he was Vice President of Sales for American Crew, a professional men's hair care company. Prior to working in the manufacturing sector, he ran a successful distributorship of professional hair and nail care products in the states of Texas and Arkansas. Jay resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife Mimi.

Rhonda Benbo, in her role with CND, draws on her 20-year history with the company to identify and grow new markets. She began her career with CND as Educator in the Midwestern States, teaching technical workshops to nail technicians. She was transferred to California in 1988 as the Far West Regional Sales Manager, where she worked with the company's Western States Distributors to develop their business and education programs. Rhonda also spent 3 years working with Jan Arnold, Co-Founder of CND, in Education and Marketing as a Corporate Trainer, Public Relations Liaison, and Copywriter. Since 1995, when the Company established its International Division, Rhonda has brought her varied experience to the company's fastest growing sector. "Carrying the Corporate message of quality and innovation to all of our global markets is my primary goal", says Rhonda, who has been key in developing the Company's network of education driven distributors covering more than 47 countries around the world. Her comprehensive experience in all aspects of the nail care industry began in 1982 when she first began working as a nail technician in Southern California. She holds a Nail Technician's license in both California and Ohio, and has been both a salon owner and salon manager. In addition to doing photo shoots for packaging and magazine cover work, she has also judged nail competitions in the USA, Australia, United Kingdom, and Germany.

CND co-founder Jan Arnold has kept the company on the cutting edge of what's "now" for more than twenty-five years. Recognized as a visionary for her innate fashion sense, she personally translates what she sees on the fashion runways into nail styles for technicians throughout the world. In the process, she's made CND products a favorite of fashion and beauty editors from coast to coast and gained a worldwide following of loyal nail technicians. The professional nail industry's leader in education as well as fashion in 1999, she instituted CND Global Summit, the most comprehensive annual nail education event held by any single manufacturer. She also founded the Alternative Nail Awards and established CND as a major sponsor of this international photographic competition. One of the most popular speakers in the entire industry, Jan travels extensively to appear at industry events and shows, where she is recognized and embraced by technicians the world over. Her wide knowledge of natural nail and enhancement services has been the basis for many CND products over the years and she works closely with the company's renowned research and development team in bringing innovations to market.
