Its products include system-on-chip, mixed-signal, radio frequency, flash and automotive test systems. Its products are used to test mixed-signal, system-on-chip, nonvolatile or memory, and radio frequency wireless integrated circuits. Founded in 1978 and headquartered in Milpitas, CA, it has revenue of $429.3 million and employs about 1,800 people. In 2005, it combined its Taiwan operations with Spirox Corporation's T1 test division to form Credence Spirox Integration Corporation.
