Sunil Hirani is a co-founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Creditex, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE). Since its inception in 1999, Creditex has grown into a global market leader and innovator in the execution and processing of credit derivatives. Headquartered in New York City and serving traders at the world's leading financial institutions, Creditex is the first electronic trading platform in credit derivatives and has received numerous awards for its technology and its outstanding service to the industry. Mr. Hirani's approach has expanded Creditex's business globally, including the launch of T-Zero, the leading credit derivatives trade capture and affirmation platform, and Q-WIXX, the award-winning platform for trading large portfolios of single-name credit default swaps for hedge funds and buy side clients. Before founding Creditex in 1999, Mr. Hirani worked at Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust, where he was involved with numerous aspects of the over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives business. At Deutsche Bank, he was instrumental in the development of the credit derivatives business in North America. He previously worked as a software engineer at Lockheed, where he designed, developed, and implemented software and hardware systems for the NASA space program in Houston. Crain's New York Business named Mr. Hirani to the "40 Under 40" list in 2006. In 2007, he received the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of The Year Award for financial services. Mr. Hirani is a member of the national council at Washington University, St. Louis, where he serves on the School of Engineering's National Council and Eliot Society. He is also a member of New York Metro YPO Group as well as the Economic Club of New York. Mr. Hirani earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Washington University and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University

Mazy is the company's Chief Strategy Officer, responsible for Creditex Group's strategic new business initiatives. In 2004, Mazy led the launch of Creditex e-trading, establishing the firm as the global leader in electronic credit derivative execution. He subsequently spearheaded Creditex's launch of the Tradeable Credit Fixings and has played an instrumental role in the creation of the company's new ventures -- T-Zero and Q-WIXX . Mazy has over 10 years of experience in financial technology. Prior to joining Creditex, he worked in information technology at UBS Warburg. Mazy holds a BA in Computer Science and French Literature from Cornell University and was part of the UBS Warburg Graduate Training Program.

An original member of ICG's advisory board, Doug joined the company full-time in September 1997 as Managing Director, and was appointed President of ICG in January, 2009. Doug has had many roles at ICG including CEO of WiseWire Technologies, which was successfully sold to Lycos; Chairman of Verticalnet through its IPO; CEO of ICG Europe; and CEO of Traffic.com, which was later successfully sold to Navteq. In addition to these roles, Doug's primary focus at ICG has been to sponsor and oversee investments in several partner companies that have included Blackboard (Nasdaq: BBBB), Verticalnet (Nasdaq:VERT), eMerge Interactive (Nasdaq: EMRG), Arbinet-thexchange (Nasdaq: ARBX), WiseWire (acquired by Lycos), LinkShare (acquired by Rakuten), CreditTrade (merged with Creditex Group), Creditex (acquired by Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE)), StarCite, Traffic.com (acquired by Navteq), and Investor Force. Doug currently serves on the boards of Channel Intelligence, Investor Force, StarCite, ICG Commerce, WhiteFence and Commerce360. Prior to joining ICG, Doug co-founded Reality Online in 1989. Reality Online was an early innovator in the development of award-winning financial planning tools and online services aimed at the individual investor. With the advent of the Internet, Doug transformed the company into a leading provider of Internet solutions to the retail brokerage industry, and then sold the company to Reuters in February 1994. Over the following 3 years, Doug became a key contributor to Reuters' many Internet initiatives and a frequent speaker on the Internet and its impact on the financial services industry. Prior to co-founding Reality Online, Doug was a partner with Strategic Management Group, a corporate training firm and three-time Inc. 500 company.
