Bart Leferink is the head of OEM Sales & Customer Support for Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, as well as a member of the Steering Committee of Print On-Demand Solutions within Kodak GCG. He has been with Creo since early 1999. Prior to this, Bart worked as an IT consultant and spent almost 10 years at Xerox (Netherlands) where he held positions in direct and indirect sales, business development and marketing management. He has been in the digital (color) printing field since 1990. Bart holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands.

Mr. D'Amico is a graduate from Loyola University of Chicago where he earned both his undergraduate degree and Masters of Business Administration. Prior to joining MJ Partners, Mr. D'Amico was the director of real estate planning and acquisitions for Danits, Inc. a Chicago based web hosting company. Prior to Dantis, Mr. D'Amico was in the real estate advisory services group at Ernst & Young. In that capacity, Mr. D'Amico assisted a myriad of clients with all facets of real estate ranging from property performance enhancement to site selection and sale and lease negotiation. Mr. D'Amico has been a panel speaker for NACORE where he is an associate member. Other professional affiliations include National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and Commercial Real Estate Organization (CREO). Mr. D'Amico is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
