Karen Baldwin, President - Ms. Baldwin is the Founder and Sr. Partner with Critical Path, Inc. In 1995, Karen launched Critical Path to serve the increasing need for high quality, professional recruitment services in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. A graduate of California State University, Long Beach, Karen leads the company's search for management and executive level professionals who will help lead our client companies on the path to greater success. With more than 10 years experience, Karen's knowledge of the industry provides a stable foundation from which Critical Path is able to maintain the position of a "provider of choice" to some of the leading pharmaceutical organizations in the world.

James Clark joined Critical Path in February 2004 and brings over 18 years of experience as a chief financial officer in the technology industry. Prior to Critical Path, he was the chief financial officer at Diversified Healthcare Services, Inc., which was recently acquired by Fair Isaac Corporation. Before that, he was the CFO at a number of other software and services businesses, including Netopia, Inc. and Integral Systems, Inc. He is a certified public accountant and has held financial positions in a variety of organizations, including Price Waterhouse. Mr. Clark holds a bachelors degree in business administration and accounting from California State University, Chico.

As senior vice president, Engineering, Barry Twohig leads Critical Path's product development and new technology integration. Mr. Twohig has served as the vice president, messaging, since November 2000. In this role, he managed the worldwide Critical Path messaging engineering organization including development and release of Critical Path's Personal Address Book, Calendar, Mail Server and Notification Products, and led the department during the development of Critical Path's new Instant Messaging and Presence Technology. Mr. Twohig came to Critical Path when Isocor was acquired in 2000. Prior to Isocor, Mr. Twohig spent 7 years at Retix, where he worked in the European development center in both development and professional services roles on communication technology projects including development, integration and deployment of Retix communication software to major telecommunications providers and OEM's in the US, UK and Japan. Mr. Twohig earned a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering from Trinity College in Dublin.

An industry veteran of fourteen years, Mr. Beck brings experience shaping the growth of IP infrastructure and communications industry. Mr. Beck has held positions of increasing responsibility with companies such as Critical Path, Netcom (acquired by EarthLink), Global Center (acquired by Exodus), and Genuity (acquired by Level 3 Communications) and most recently as Chief Operating Officer at Pandora Networks, a leading VoIP messaging company where he managed marketing, sales and field support in the U.S. and U.K. Prior to joining Pandora Networks, he founded the consulting firm, Top Bunk Consulting, providing sales, marketing and operations consulting services to, among others, Click Commerce and Aurema. Mr. Beck has managed zero to multi-million dollar growth, multi-national product launches and field operations across North America, Central-Latin America, Asia-Pacific and European regions. He frequently lectures to corporations and business schools on ethics and integrity in the workplace. Mr. Beck earned his BA in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley . He has served on several non-profit boards and is an active volunteer for the National Multiple Sclerosis and is a working member of the Screen Actors Guild.

Mr. Tinsley has been a Partner with General Atlantic Partners, a private equity investment firm, since February 2001 and served as a Special Advisor to the firm from September 1999 until becoming a partner. Mr. Tinsley joined Baan Company N.V., in November 1995 as President and Chief Operating Officer. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in July 1998 and served in that position until June 1999. Prior to joining Baan, he was a Director at McKinsey & Company, Inc., where he was employed for eighteen years. Mr.Tinsley is a director of several private technology companies.
