As Crittenton's Chief Operating Officer, Gregory A. Partamian is responsible for overseeing both operating and financial issues in support of the Mission and Vision of the hospital. In his dual role, he is responsible for the sound financial and operational management of the organization and provides the leadership, management and vision to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. Mr. Partamian has previously served in several roles in the field of healthcare, including administrator, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer. A graduate of Occidental College, in Los Angeles, California, he joined Crittenton Hospital Medical Center most recently from the Los Alamos Medical Center, in New Mexico. He is a past president of a chapter of the Rotary Club International and is active in several local organizations.

Appointed to OU's Board of Trustees in 1999, Penny Crissman was named chair in August 2004 and served as vice chair from September 2002 to August 2004. She is the government relations director of Crittenton Hospital Medical Center. A lifelong resident of Rochester, Crissman is a council member for the City of Rochester, where she also served from 1985-1993 and was its mayor from 1989-1992. She is a former member of the Michigan House of Representatives, serving the 45th District from 1993-1998. Recognized with numerous awards and tributes for her years of community and civic service, Crissman and her husband, Charles, have supported Oakland University through the President's Club since 1983.
