Born 1960 Jeffery W. Yabuki, President and Chief Executive Officer of Fiserv, Inc. With more than 20 years in the financial services industry, Mr. Yabuki joined Fiserv and its Board of Directors in 2005.

With Fiserv since 2006 Born 1959 Rahul Gupta, President, Card Services. Mr. Gupta has 20 years experience serving the financial services and payment industries.

With Fiserv since 2007 Born 1960 Stephen E. Olsen, Group President, Depository Institution Services. Mr. Olsen has more than 10 years experience in the electronic banking industry and 20 years experience in information technology. He joined the company when Fiserv acquired CheckFree Corporation.

Kenneth R. Jensen, 62, retired Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of Fiserv, Inc. With more than 35 years in the data processing industry, Mr. Jensen has been with Fiserv and served on the Board of Directors since 1984.

With Fiserv since 2001 Born 1963 James Cox, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development. Mr. Cox has more than 15 years in the financial services and health administration industries.

Steve L. Komar has served as a director since December 1997 and became Chairman of the Board of Directors in October 2001. Mr. Komar has also served as Chief Executive Officer since December 2001. From June 2000 until December 2001, Mr. Komar served as a founding partner in C-III Holdings, a development stage financial services company. From 1991 to June 2000, Mr. Komar served as Group Executive Vice President of Fiserv, Inc., a company that provides advanced data processing services and related products to the financial industry. From 1980 to 1991, Mr. Komar served in a number of financial management positions with CitiGroup, including the role of Chief Financial Officer of Diners Club International and Citicorp Information Resources, respectively. Mr. Komar is a graduate of the City University of New York with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and holds a Masters Degree in Finance from Pace University.

With Fiserv since 1993 Born 1949 Daniel F. Murphy, Senior Vice President, Director of Internal Audit. Mr. Murphy has more than 30 years in the financial services industry, beginning his career with a major Wall Street banking company. At Fiserv he is responsible for audit, control, security and the primary liaison to government regulatory agencies.

Amy V. Kahn, SPHR became our Director of Human Resources in July 2006. She has over 18 years experience in Human Resources, including Vice President of Human Resources for AAA Rochester, New York, Assistant Vice President of Human Resources for AAA Western & Central New York, Payroll/Benefit & Compensation Plans Manager at Getinge USA, Inc. and various roles of progressive responsibility at Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. and Fiserv, Inc. where she was the Assistant Vice President and Regional Manager of Human Resources. She also served as President of a Buffalo, New York based jewelry manufacturing company. In addition to her expertise in Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations and Payroll, Amy has been instrumental in mergers, and acquisitions at several previous employers. Amy earned her MBA in Human Resources and her BA in Organizational Communication from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She obtained her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a nationally recognized certification of expertise in all areas of Human Resources, from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Amy is active in many community not-for-profit agencies and has served on several boards of directors in capacities such as President, Executive Vice President and Treasurer.

Gerald B. Alt is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer of LOGS Network. He manages the national operations division of LOGS, which includes its legal, human resources, and IT departments, in addition to his vital role in client relations and technical marketing. Mr. Alt has been with LOGS since 1988. A licensed attorney, he has significant experience in handling complex real estate and title matters, having handled or supervised more than 15,000 residential foreclosures while practicing in the state of Michigan before assuming his current position. He has a broad bankruptcy background, as well, having represented lenders, bankruptcy trustees, creditor committees, and other creditors in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy cases. His practice included residential and commercial evictions; land contracts; eminent domain; boundary dispute; title and survey cases affecting residential and commercial real estate; and commercial litigation with state, U.S. District Court and U. S. Circuit Court of Appeals appellate work. From March 1993 until mid-1996, Mr. Alt served as Director of Legal Services for the HUD Section 312 servicing vendor, CDSI. He worked closely with members of HUD's Washington staff, and he coordinated field counsel from that servicer's offices in Rosslyn, Virginia. His experience in that position included dealing with congressional inquiries. Mr. Alt is also experienced in and helps develop various proprietary technical and software systems that have been released by LOGS. He is an acknowledged expert on default management and asset recovery risks, and he has spoken at conferences and participated on panels for the Mortgage Bankers Association, Fiserv, Alltel Mortgage PhD, and industry roundtables. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and a law degree from Wayne State Law School.

Iain Blacklaw joined the Bank in September 2006 and oversees the strategic focus of the Banka s IT platform and its service delivery, along with the Banka s important outsourcing relationships with EDS and Fiserv. Iain has extensive experience in the financial and IT industries, with a successful track record of implementing major change initiatives. Previously he has held a senior Asia/Pacific strategic operations role as well as being a Board member of EDS Australia. Iain holds an Honours Degree in Economics from Aberdeen University and is a qualified accountant. In 1998 he attended the Stanford University Executive Program.

Born 1940 Donald F. Dillon, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fiserv, Inc. With more than 40 years in the financial and data processing industries, Mr. Dillon has served as a director since 1995.

Kim M. Robak served as Lieutenant Governor of the State of Nebraska from October 1993 to January of 1999. Prior to serving as Lieutenant Governor, Robak was Chief of Staff and Legal Counsel to then-Governor and now United States Senator E. Benjamin Nelson. Before her career in government, Robak was a partner with the Rembolt Ludtke Parker and Berger law firm, and was a teacher at Irving Junior High School in Lincoln, Nebraska. From 1999 through 2004, Robak served as Vice President for External Affairs and Corporation Secretary for the University of Nebraska where she was responsible for public relations, government relations, and marketing for the University of Nebraska system. She joined Ruth Mueller Robak in December of 2004. During her service as Lieutenant Governor, Robak was recognized with several honors. In September of 1995, she was selected as one of 35 emerging leaders to participate in the prestigious Toll Fellowship Program. The program is designed to stimulate the exchange of information and ideas between leaders in state government. She was elected by her peers to serve as Chair of the National Conference of Lieutenant Governors from 1996-1997. The organization supports those who are in line to succeed the chief executive of a state. Robak was selected as a notable alum of the UNL Teachers College and a Distinguished Alum of the University of Nebraska. The College of St. Mary in Omaha, Nebraska awarded her a Doctor of Humane Letters degree on May 16, 1998. Robak serves on the corporate boards of Fiserv, Inc., (NASDAQ: FISV), FBL Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: FFG), First Ameritas Life Insurance Company of New York, and Union Bank & Trust Co. She is also active in many civic and philanthropic organizations. She currently serves on the boards of Doane College, The Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development, First Plymouth Congregational Church (moderator 2002- ), The Nebraska Humanities Foundation, Lincoln Community Foundation, Strategic Air and Space Museum, and the Executive Women's Golf Association (founding member and President). She chaired the 2003 United Way Fund Drive and was the 2005 chair of the Alexis de Tocqueville Society. She previously served on the Boards of The Nebraska Medical Center and United Way of Lincoln/Lancaster County. Robak received her J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska where she graduated Order of the Coif and with highest distinction. Robak received her B.S. degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with distinction. She was on the National Moot Court and Trial Advocacy teams and served on the Nebraska Law Review as Symposium Editor. Robak is a Columbus, Nebraska native. L. William Seidman is a shareholder of Board Member Inc. and the publisher Bank Director magazine. Seidman was chairman of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. and the first chairman of the Resolution Trust Corp. He served as an assistant to President Ford for economic affairs and was co-chair of the White House conference on productivity during the Reagan administration. Seidman is a member of the National Advisory Board of Bank Compensation Strategies Inc. and has been a director of Prudential-Bache Funds, United Bankcorp of Arizona, Phelps Dodge, and the Conference Board. He was chairman and director of the Detroit branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and served as dean of the College of Business at Arizona State University. His most recent book, Full Faith and Credit, was published in 1993 by Random House. Seidman holds an A.B. from Dartmouth (Phi Beta Kappa), LL.B. from Harvard Law School, and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, where he graduated with honors.

Doyle joined the company in 1992 serving in various capacities, including corporate attorney, Director of Investor Relations, Vice President of Administration, Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President. Prior to joining Temple-Inland, he was an associate with Hutcheson and Grundy, L.L.P. in Houston. Doyle serves on the Board of Directors of Fiserv, Inc. and the American Forest & Paper Association. He is a member of the Texas Governor’s Business Council and serves on the Advisory Councils of the College of Natural Sciences and the Texas Memorial Museum at The University of Texas at Austin. Doyle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Texas at Austin.

Pete Kight has served as a director of Akamai since March 2004. Since December 1981, Mr. Kight has been Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of CheckFree Corporation, a provider of financial electronic commerce services and products.
