David L. Riegel is Chairman of the Board of Crossroads. Mr. Riegel has served as a member of Crossroads' board of directors since November 1997. From November 1992 to September 1997, Mr. Riegel served as Chief Operating Officer of Exabyte Corporation. Prior to that, he had over 30 years of technology management experience, primarily in the disk drive industry. Mr. Riegel is also on the board of directors of eSoft, Inc., a leading vendor of integrated Internet security and content management solutions since December, 2005.
