Bobby Kutteh graduated from Wake Forest University (Winston-Salem, N.C.) in 1978. He received his Masters in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, N.C. in 1980. Upon graduation, Bobby began his career with American Hospital Supply (now Baxter International) as a field representative. He held various management positions, including Vice President of Sales, throughout his seven year tenure. In 1987, he was appointed Vice President of Marriott's Facilities Management Division (currently Sodexho/Marriott). In this role, he worked directly for Graeme Crothall. Together, with a number of current Crothall Services Group personnel, they grew Marriott's business to more than $400 million in annual revenues. From 1991 until 1995, Bobby was Executive Vice President of McGaw, Inc., a $350 million Intravenous Solution manufacturer. In March of 1993, McGaw successfully completed an Initial Public offering and in March, 1994, McGaw consummated its merger with IVAX, a generic drug manufacturer based in Miami.

Dan Gatti graduated, with honors, from Widener University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1984. In 1986, he became a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Dan started his career in 1984 with Laventhol & Horwath - an international public accounting firm. While at Laventhol, Dan focused primarily on audits and consulting services for large, publicly-held companies. He progressed from the level of staff to senior manager in six years. Dan continued his career in 1990 with Parente, Randolph - an international public accounting firm. While with Parente, Dan was assigned as the senior manager for the Crothall Services Group account where he managed the audit and consulting services provided to Crothall in its early stage of development. In 1996, Dan became the Chief Financial Officer for YBM International - a $150 million international manufacturing company. In his capacity as Chief Financial Officer, Dan was responsible for the acquisition of two international companies, raising equity capital and investor relations. In 1999, Dan joined Crothall Services Group as Director of Finance and Accounting, with responsibility for all of Crothall's accounting functions and financial reporting. He was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in May 2001. Dan and his family live in Holland, Pennsylvania and he is based in our corporate office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.

Background Info: John began his career in 1979, when he joined ServiceMaster, Inc., as a Management Trainee, and then served in several positions of increasing responsibility, both with ServiceMaster and with Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. In late 1986, John joined Graeme Crothall and his team at Quornden Inc., and then continued with the team as District Manager for Marriott Corporation, Facilities Management Division. In 1991, as one of the original founders, John joined Crothall Services Group as a Regional Manager. In December 1995, John was promoted to Regional Vice President following years of outstanding performance. In October 2003, John was promoted to Senior Vice President. He has since been named Chief Operating Officer, and now heads up Crothall Business & Industry, applying his experience in the health care field to the Crothall's budding commercial sector.

Background Info: Michael Bailey entered the facilities management industry in New England in 1977 as a Supervisor for a janitorial service company while still in college. In October 1991, Michael was one of the original founders of Crothall Services Group. In those early days, Mike wore many hats, including: sales, start-ups, recruiting and operations. He was heavily involved in the successful start-up of many of our first hospitals including Athens Regional Medical Center. Over the years, Mike has managed the growth of the company's Canadian division, started the housekeeping program at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and began Crothall's West Coast business. In 1999, Mike took on responsibility for North American laundries. Mike has been instrumental in the company's success over the past 15 years, and as Senior Vice President, now heads up Crothall's successful Laundry Division.

Raj Pragasam holds the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources, for Compass Group North America, a $9 billion foodservice and hospitality organization headquartered in Charlotte, NC. He provides strategic support to our healthcare, facilities management and Canteen Corrections services. In his current role, Pragasam provides a consolidated and integrated management recruitment service through Resource Network (Recruitment Division of Compass Group). He aids in career development for all management associates, and he also identifies and maintains relations with key staffing agencies while negotiating rates and contracts to ensure increased levels of service. Pragasam joined Compass Group in 1979, and has held many senior positions throughout the company. Prior to his position in the U.S., Pragasam served as a member of Compass Group's UK management team while overseeing human resources for the Millennium Dome in London. From 1990 to 1995, he also served as Vice President Human Resources for Batemans, Inc/Chartwells Inc and Select Service Partners, divisions of Compass PLC. Pragasam received his master's degree in human resource management from the London School of Business Management, and his Bachelor of Science degree from Brunnel University in Uxbridge, UK.

In 1977, Steve joined Crothall Hospital Services, a young, but growing, company led by Graeme Crothall, providing support management services (housekeeping and plant maintenance) to the healthcare industry. Steve's initial role was Regional Manager supporting client accounts in the mid-Atlantic; was later promoted to Regional Vice President; and lastly, as Division President for the eastern states with oversight of 100+ clients and $100M in revenue. From 1985 until 1995, resulting from a series of industry mergers and acquisitions, Steve served as Division President with Marriott's Facilities Management division (currently Sodexo), and later as Executive Vice President and COO of Morrison-Crothall Support Services. In 1996, Steve joined Professional Services, a regional provider of support management services to the healthcare industry, as its Executive Vice President and COO. Under Steve's leadership, the company grew from its initial base of operations in the New York metropolitan area to thirteen (13) states, and expanded its service offerings to include housekeeping, plant operations and maintenance, clinical engineering, and food service. In 2007, Professional Services merged with the Crothall Services Group, and Steve accepted the role as Senior Vice President of Eurest Services a wholly-owned division serving the Business & Industry sector for support management services. Steve, and his wife Amy, have three children and two grandchildren. They reside in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and Steve is based in our corporate office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.

Steve Carpenter earned his undergraduate degree, a BS in Electrical /Electronics Engineering Technology, at the DeVry Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA, and in 1996 received his MBA at Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, NC. Before joining Crothall in 2004, Steve served the prestigious Presbyterian Healthcare System, in Charlotte, NC for over 15 years. As Vice President he was responsible for the strategic planning, organizing and administering the activities of multiple departments, including facilities planning and construction, real estate, plant engineering and operations, public safety, clinical engineering services, environmental services, food and nutrition, linen services, Radiology, and Laboratory for the multi-site healthcare system consisting of over 1000 beds. As a Senior Vice President and member of Crothall's Management Committee, Steve has responsibility for both Crothall Facilities Management Inc. and Crothall Business and Industry.

Michael Barner graduated from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 1998, he received his MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Michael started his career in 1990 as the Purchasing Manager for ARAMARK's Sports and Entertainment Division in upstate New York. In 1994, Michael relocated to the Philadelphia area, transferring to ARAMARK's Business Dining Division as a Food Service Director. In 1997, Michael moved to ARAMARK's corporate offices in Philadelphia as a Senior Business Systems Analyst for the ARAMARK Information Services and Technology group. In 1999, Michael joined Crothall Services Group as the Information Systems Manager with responsibility for the development and implementation of Crothall's TeamChimes suite. In January 2000 he was promoted to Vice President of Information Services, providing leadership to the organization's information technology and telecommunications functions. In 2001 Michael was appointed to the Crothall Services Management Committee where he participates in strategic planning, development of corporate goals and general overall operations of the Company. In August 2005, Michael's role was expanded to the Vice President of Field System Solutions for Compass NAD, based out of Charlotte North Carolina. In this role, Michael continues to provide oversight for the Crothall's technology function as well as overseeing the Compass client facing technology solutions. Additionally, Michael has spent the past twelve months heading up the Compass enterprise procurement reengineering and on-line ordering solution deployment.

Background Info: Tom began his facilities management career while in college. In 1991, he joined Crothall as Resident Regional Manager and was also responsible for chairing the Crothall Corporate Safety Committee. One of his responsibilities was Crothall's first account, Athens Regional Medical Center, for which Tom still retains oversight to this day. In February 1993, Tom was promoted to Regional Manager overseeing clients in the southern region. Over the next few years, Tom enjoyed Regional Vice President positions for children's hospitals, and then the Southern Region. In June 2000, he became the Vice President of Laundry Operations. He continues in this role, helping to further the success of this division.

Bart Kaericher graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor in Science & Business degree. He then attended Saint Joseph University where he received his Masters in Business Administration with Healthcare Marketing being his concentration in 1998. After graduation, Bart began his career with McGaw/ B. Braun Medical (formally American Hospital Supply) as Key Account Manager in June 1988. Through many of his achievements, he worked his way up to Regional Manager of the Mid Atlantic in 1993. In February 2000, Bart joined Crothall Services Group as Regional Sales Director. He achieved sales goals each year, surpassing previous sales records for numerous years. In August 2005, Bart was appointed to Vice President of Sales. Bart's current position with Crothall is Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where he is responsible for coaching, developing, and mentoring the members of his team. He is also a member of the Management Committee, where he represents both the sales and marketing team. Bart resides in Landenberg, Pennsylvania with his family and he is based in the corporate office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.

Background Info: Rich Feczko joined Crothall in October 1991 as a Manager Trainee. Rich held several successful housekeeping management positions over the next few years. He demonstrated considerable ability in inspiring and educating associates and supervisors and was often tapped by Crothall for training, start-up and troubleshooting assignments. In recognition of his considerable technical, leadership, and teaching skills, Rich was appointed as Training Manager for the Central West Division in October 2002. In January 2005, after two years of dedicated field and corporate management training, including participating in prestigious sales processes, Rich was named National Director of Training and Development. In this role, Rich oversees the standardization of training systems, programs and technology throughout the company.

Tom Racobaldo is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He began his career as a Manager Trainee with Crothall Hospital Services, Inc. in 1979. His first assignment was as Housekeeping Director at Oxford Hospital, a 50-bed facility in Northeast Philadelphia. Soon thereafter, he was promoted to a larger account, the Philadelphia College of Art; then to Suburban General Hospital in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Tom was then promoted to Director of Housekeeping at the 1,000-plus bed Greystone State Psychiatric Hospital in Morristown, New Jersey. In 1984, Tom relocated to Southern California when he accepted a position as Sales Director. He was responsible for selling housekeeping and plant operations and maintenance services in Southern California and Arizona. In 1986, he returned to Operations as a District Manager serving housekeeping clients in the Southwest. In the fall of 1987, he was promoted to Regional Vice President. His responsibilities included oversight of the housekeeping and POM programs.

Background Info: Mary Spitzer joined Crothall in October 1991 as a Housekeeper at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, TN. Over the next several years, Mary was promoted to Supervisor and then to Unit Director. Her hard work, dedication, and commitment to quality were rewarded in December 2000 when she was honored with the prestigious Terry Bachelor Award. Today, Mary is Director at Covenant Health Properties in the Knoxville and Oak Ridge area.

Background Info: In 1991, Crothall incorporated in partnership with Morrison to offer multiple services to clients. At that time, Nick Reynolds joined Morrison as a part-time employee while he was still in college at Point Park College. His first job was washing dishes and preparing food. Nick's strong work ethic and commitment to quality was rewarded and he received several promotions throughout the years. Since those early years, Nick has held several positions at Crothall including: Supervisor, Assistant Director, and Director. He is currently Director at Baptist Hospital of East Tennessee where he is exceeding customer expectations and has become a valued extension of the hospital's leadership team.
