Crown Automobile has been Alabama?s Mercedes-Benz dealer for 35 years and her Infiniti dealer since Infiniti was born. We are the home dealership for Alabama?s cars: the Mercedes-Benz M-Class, R-Class, and new GL-Class. Our Service Departments are the best in Birmingham. We have a total of 32 technicians and 6 of them have over 150 years of experience. We are more than a hundred people selling and servicing great cars in a great city. Birmingham is not a collection of strangers tied together by a name. It?s a comprehensible city. You can know someone who knows someone and know everyone. We like it that way. Our customers seem to, as well. In addition to our fine cars, there are a couple of other things that tell you about us. People who work here tend to stay here. You?ve been seeing some of the same people for twenty years or more. And so many of our customers, like our people, tend to stay with us, too.
