James D. Young was appointed Chief Operating Officer in February 2009. Prior to this appointment, he served as President, U.S. Tower Operations from October 2005. He is responsible for the management of all operational groups including the four Areas, Property Management, Operations, Service Delivery, Performance Improvement, Information Technology, and National Site Development. Mr. Young also sits on the Board of Directors for Crown Castle's business in Australia. With more than 21 years of experience in the telecom industry, Mr. Young has served in several key capacities for various organizations. Prior to joining Crown Castle, he served as the Northeast Region Vice President of Network Operations for Sprint/Nextel, before that spending several years with GTE in a variety of leadership positions across multiple disciplines.

Jay A. Brown was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Crown Castle in July 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Brown served as Treasurer of Crown Castle from May 2004. Since joining Crown Castle in August 1999, he has served in a number of positions in corporate development and corporate finance. Prior to joining Crown Castle, Mr. Brown worked for a start-up health care company and Arthur Andersen LLP. He is responsible for general corporate financing and compliance activities for Crown Castle. Mr. Brown is a Certified Public Accountant.

Patrick Slowey was appointed Senior Vice President Sales and Customer Relations in January 2005. Prior to his appointment, he served as Vice President of National Sales of Crown Castle USA. Mr. Slowey joined Crown Castle in 2000 as Vice President of Business Development, Crown Castle USA. Before joining CCI, Mr. Slowey worked with the wireless carriers Nextel and McCaw Communications (ATT Wireless), as well as Air Products and Chemicals, in various Sales and Operations Management positions.

Ted Powell is an expert consultant and facilitator, with more than a decade of experience with Stop at Nothing's leadership seminars, Cognitive Selling program, Self-Leadership and Empowerment seminars, leadership team development, and individual executive coaching. Although he has been administering these programs for some time, Ted receives "never-ending gratification" from what he does. "It is wonderful watching and being a part of an organization as people truly transform themselves to make positive change," he said.

J. Landis Martin has been Chairman of the Board of TIMET since 1987, Chief Executive Officer of TIMET since 1995 and President since 2000 and previously from 1995 to 1996. Mr. Martin is also a director of Halliburton Company, Apartment Investment and Management Company and Trico Marine Services Inc. and is a director and non-executive chairman of Crown Castle International Corporation.

Ari Fitzgerald's practice focuses on wireless, satellite, international communications, and Internet-related issues. Ari also provides strategic and legal advice on a wide range of telecommunications and spectrum-related issues. He serves as counsel to an association of companies seeking to develop ultra-wideband technology in the United States and Europe, represents a number of telematics providers, and represents several telecommunications carriers, equipment suppliers, and investors in major spectrum-related and regulatory policy proceedings at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). He has also provided advice on telecommunications privatization and market liberalization issues. Ari joined Hogan & Hartson from the FCC, where for nearly three years he served as legal advisor to the FCC's former chairman, William Kennard. In this position, he advised the chairman on wireless, international, and spectrum policy issues. Ari later served as deputy chief of the FCC's International Bureau, overseeing the development of FCC policies on international telecommunications, foreign ownership, satellite services, spectrum allocation, and promotion of the Internet. Prior to working at the FCC, Ari worked as an attorney in the Office of Legal Counsel of the U.S. Department of Justice, counseling the White House and federal government agencies on constitutional and administrative law matters. He also served as legal counsel to former U.S. Senator Bill Bradley. Before his work in the federal government, Ari was an attorney at another international law firm. In addition, Ari worked as a financial analyst in the corporate finance department of the First Boston Corporation, an international investment bank, before entering law school. Ari served as a law clerk to The Honorable H. Lee Sarokin of the federal district court for New Jersey. Ari currently serves on the board of directors of Crown Castle International, a publicly traded communications infrastructure firm. He also serves on the board of directors of the Harvard Club of Washington and the Duke Ellington Fund, an organization established to secure private financial support for Washington D.C.'s public high school for the performing arts.

Randall Hack serves as a Board Member for Crown Castle International Corp. as well as an Advisory Director for Berkshire Partners. Since January 1995, Hack has served as a senior managing director of Nassau Capital L.L.C., an investment firm that he co-founded. Nassau Capital manages a $300 million portfolio of investments in private companies exclusively on behalf of Princeton University's endowment. From 1990 to January 1995, Hack served as President of the Princeton University Investment Company, which has management responsibility for Princeton's $8 billion endowment. From 1979 to 1988, he was President and CEO of Matrix Development Company, a commercial and industrial estate development firm that he founded. Hack received an A.B. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Wesley R. Edens is the Chairman of the board of directors and the Chief Executive Officer of Fortress Investment Group LLC ( Fortress ). Mr. Edens has been a principal and the Chairman of the Management Committee of FIG LLC ( FIG ) since co-founding FIG in May 1998. Mr. Edens is responsible for the Fortress private equity and publicly traded alternative investment businesses. He is also the Chairman of the board of directors of each of Aircastle Limited, Brookdale Senior Living Inc., Eurocastle Investment Limited, GateHouse Media, Inc., Mapeley Limited and Newcastle Investment Corp. and a director of GAGFAH S.A. Mr. Edens served as the Chief Executive Officer of Newcastle Investment Corp. since inception until February 2007. Mr. Edens was the Chief Executive Officer of Global Signal Inc. from February 2004 to April 2006 and the Chairman of the board of directors from October 2002 to January 2007. Mr. Edens serves in various capacities in the following five registered investment companies: Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Trustee of Fortress Registered Investment Trust and Fortress Investment Trust II; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fortress Brookdale Investment Fund LLC and Fortress Pinnacle Investment Fund LLC and Chief Executive Officer of RIC Coinvestment Fund LP. Prior to forming Fortress, Mr. Edens was a partner and a managing director of BlackRock Financial Management Inc., where he headed BlackRock Asset Investors, a private equity fund. In addition, Mr. Edens was formerly a partner and a managing director of Lehman Brothers. Mr. Edens received a B.S. in Finance from Oregon State University.
