Mr. Conway has been with Crown for 26 years in positions of increasing responsibility for both domestic and international operations. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer following Mr. Avery's retirement from that position in January. He has been a member of the Company's Board of Directors since 1997.
Mr. Salaerts is being promoted from his current position as Senior Vice President of the Asia-Pacific Division. Prior to that, he served as the Division's Vice President for South East Asia & Closures and as its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Salaerts joined Crown in 1989 in its Belgian operations and was later promoted to Finance Director for the Company's European Division. He subsequently served in other positions of increasing responsibility in both the European Division and at Corporate offices.
Jozef has an undergraduate degree in Applied Economics and a graduate degree of Engineer in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp, Belgium.
Raymond L. McGowan President Americas Division, is being promoted from his current position as President of North American Packaging. Prior to that, he served as President of Crown's North American Food Packaging business. Prior to joining Crown, he was Group Vice President of Global Consumer Products at Sonoco Products Company.
Mr. McGowan graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and completed the Executive Management Program at the University of North Carolina.
Mr. Rutherford, 57, has been with Crown for 27 years. Mr. Rutherford previously held a variety of senior management positions within the Company's European operations and has been a member of the Company's Board of Directors since 1991.
Mr. Donahue was formerly Senior Vice President – Finance, a position he had held since 2000. Prior to that, he had served since 1991 as the Company's Controller. He joined Crown in 1990 as Manager of Domestic Accounting. Earlier in his career, Mr. Donahue was with the public accounting firm Price Waterhouse, now PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Terry Cartwright, Senior Vice President of CROWN Bevcan Europe and Middle East, was previously Senior Vice President in charge of the Asia-Pacific division's China operations.Mr. Cartwright began his career with the company in 1974 and has significant international experience, mostly in the beverage business. He has held a series of increasingly responsible managerial posts within the Crown organization in Europe, the United States, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.Mr. Cartwright is a chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. Kevin C. Clothier, Vice President and Assistant Corporate Controller, a graduate of Temple University, has been with the Company since 1993 in a variety of financial capacities of increasing responsibility and since 2000 has been Assistant Corporate Controller. Kendrick Largent is the Managing Director and founder of Crown Holdings. Mr. Largent's professional background is concentrated in business development, financial analysis and operational management. Prior to founding Crown, Mr. Largent co-founded Expidant, Inc. Expidant, one of the largest Interactive Professional Services firms in the Midwest, was recognized nationally for its pioneering work in interactive services development. Mr. Largent served in various roles within the organization with his last position being President & CEO. In 2002, Expidant was acquired by a publicly traded biometric security firm from Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to co-founding Expidant Mr. Largent served in various business development capacities within the outsourcing industry with Fortune 500 firms such as Xerox Global Services and IKON Office Solutions. Kendrick Largent served in the United States Marine Corp, 1987-1991; attended Indiana University where he received his B.S., English/Economics, Dartmouth College, Enterprise Marketing, 1998 and Yale University, Executive Leadership Program, 1999.

James Ammeen brings to Crown a unique mix of business and legal acumen in commercial legal matters, including business formation, corporate counseling, litigation, and dispute resolution. Mr. Ammeen's general civil litigation practice includes civil rights cases, including employment, and defense of asbestos products liability claims. Mr. Ammeen also concentrates his practice in bankruptcy, where he represents creditors, including banks, as well as business and individual debtors. Mr. Ammeen represents the City of Indianapolis in receivership proceedings concerning preservation and improvement of blighted properties. He serves on the Regional Center Plan 2020 Commission, which is creating a plan for the development of the city center. Mr. Ammeen has performed pro bono representation of indigent individuals in a variety of matters, and serves on a number of boards of no-profit philanthropic organizations. He also is trained as a civil mediator in both family law and general civil litigation. Mr. Ammeen attended Middlebury College where he received his A.B., Philosophy/History, 1985; Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis, J.D., 1995.

Hans J. Loliger, 58 has been elected to the Company's Board of Directors. Until the end of 2000, Mr. Loliger was President and Chief Executive Officer of SICPA Group in Lausanne, Switzerland, the global leader in the security printing inks business and a major supplier of specialty inks to the packaging industry with operations in 38 countries on all continents.
