William J. Abbott, 47, is President and CEO of Crown Media Holdings. Mr. Abbott recently served as Executive Vice President, National Advertising Sales at Hallmark Channel, responsible for strategic development and direction of Hallmark Channel's overall sales operation and for all advertising revenue opportunities for the cable network, its Internet services and developing digital channels. Mr. Abbott joined Hallmark Channel in 2002, after serving as Senior Vice President, Advertising Sales, for Fox Family Worldwide since 1988. Prior to this, Mr. Abbott was Vice President, Eastern Sales at Fox Family Worldwide. Mr. Abbott's experience also includes positions with CBS Radio Networks, Seltel, Inc. and Nadler & Larimaer Advertising.

Brian C. Stewart is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance for Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel, which is owned and operated by Crown Media Holdings, Inc. He is based in the network's Los Angeles office where he has oversight responsibilities for the channel's operations and its financial, administrative and management information systems. He was also recently named interim CFO for Crown Media Holdings, Inc. Stewart reports to Henry Schleiff, President and CEO, Crown Media. Stewart has been associated with Crown Media for more than 12 years. Prior to assuming the position of Chief Financial Officer, Stewart was based in Denver where he served as Vice President, Finance for Crown Media Holdings, Inc. There he managed all aspects of the company's financial planning, analysis and reporting as well as strategic and financial analysis of new business opportunities. He also played a senior role in the company's initial public offering of common stock in 2001. Stewart also held the position of Vice President, Finance for Hallmark Entertainment, Inc., based in New York. Prior to joining Crown Media, Stewart held various strategic financial positions, including Manager of Corporate Finance for Univision Communications, Inc., Senior Strategic Investment Analyst, Corporate Development for Hallmark Cards, Inc. and Senior Consultant of the National Cash Management Group for Ernst & Young. Stewart earned a master's degree in business administration in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago, and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Kansas. He resides in Toluca Lake, Calif. with his wife Christie and two boys Sam and Jack.

William Aliber has served as Chief Financial Officer of RHI Entertainment since he joined our company in 2006. Prior to his tenure at RHI Entertainment, Mr. Aliber served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Crown Media since May 2000. Before his employment at Crown Media, Mr. Aliber was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Crown Media International and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hallmark Entertainment. Mr. Aliber also served as Director of Corporate Finance for Hallmark Cards from 1995-1996. Mr. Aliber holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University

A. Drue Jennings, 59, has been a director of Crown Media Holdings since October 2006. Mr. Jennings is currently of counsel to the Kansas City-based law firm of Shughart ,Thomson & Kilroy. Mr. Jennings previously served as General Counsel and then Chief Exectuive Officer of Kansas City Power & Light Co. Mr. Jennings is on the Board of Directors of the Midwest Research Institute, and is a Trustee of the University of Kansas Endowment Association.

Brian E. Gardner has been a Director of Crown Media since January 2004. He has been Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Hallmark Cards since 2004. Prior to this, Mr. Gardner was a Managing Partner of Stinson, Morrison, Hecker LLP (formerly known as Morrison & Hecker LLP).

Glenn Curtis, 48, has served as a Director of Crown Media since February 2005. Mr. Curtis has been a Vice President of Liberty Media Corporation since December 2003. Mr. Curtis served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Starz Entertainment Group from April 1995 to May 2002. Prior to joining Starz Entertainment Group Mr. Curtis served in the assurance practice of the accounting firm of KPMG for more than five years, most recently as a partner.

Director since 2001 Mr. Hockaday is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Hallmark Cards, Inc. He retired in December 2001. Prior to joining Hallmark in 1983, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Kansas City Southern Industries, Inc. Mr. Hockaday was a member of the Hallmark Board of Directors from 1978 until January 2002. He is a director of the Ford Motor Company (Senior Lead Director; Member of the Audit Committee), Sprint Nextel Corporation (former Lead Independent Director; member of the Audit Committee from 1997 until 2000), Aquila, Inc. (Chairman of tfhe Compensation Committee; member of the Executive Committee), and Crown Media Holdings. He is a trustee emeritus of the Aspen Institute. Mr. Hockaday is Chair of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Doyal, 58, has been a director of Crown Media Holdings since 2007. He is senior vice president of public affairs and communications at Hallmark Cards, Inc. and a corporate officer serving on the company's personal expression group management team. A graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism, Mr. Doyal began his career at Hallmark in 1974. He held a variety of communications and public relations positions at Hallmark. He was promoted to his current position in 1994. Mr. Doyal is a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Missouri - Kansas City and of Baker University in Baldwin, Kansas. He serves as president of the board of the Starlight Theater Association and as a director of the Advertising Club of Kansas City Educational Foundation.
