Mr. Williams brings more than 20 years of relevant experience in IT security, Information Assurance (IA), and related Certification and Accreditation (C&A) activities to Cryptek. He received training from the National Security Agency (NSA) as a Vendor Security Analyst (VSA), under the Trusted Product Evaluation Program. Williams brings an extensive background in developing customs solutions for the DoD, Mr. Williams has been instrumental in guiding the direction of Cryptek's products and solutions. In addition, his capabilities include design, implementation, and evaluation of secure network systems and design and implementation of 80x86 protected mode executives. Mr. Williams is credited with several patents which deal with multi-level security in network systems and with virtual data labeling. Prior to joining Cryptek, Mr. Williams held technical lead and management positions for Computer Sciences Corporation, Corbett Technologies and Novell. Mr. Williams earned his B.S.C.S. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Mr. Ritzmann has over 40 years experience in engineering, sales and management in the federal sector, as well as the TEMPEST and secure fax markets. In addition, Mr. Ritzmann has an extensive background in Software Development, Hardware Design, Product Management, Sales, Acquisitions and International Business. Prior to joining Cryptek Mr. Ritzmann was a consultant to several US and international TEMPEST companies. He was President and CEO of Ravenn Data Systems, Inc. and Vice President Sales for Mitek Systems, Inc., both specializing in TEMPEST sales. Mr. Ritzmann also worked at LTV, Hewlett Packard, and Data General. Mr. Ritzmann earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami. He has completed graduate work in Electrical Engineering at Southern Methodist University and Business studies at the University of Texas at Arlington.

Ms. Morton is a 15-year healthcare veteran with over 25 years experience in Information Systems. She brings extensive knowledge in the realm of concurrent sharing and privacy technology as well as Healthcare Information Exchange (HIE) methodology, Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) strategy, ePharmacy infrastructure, Interoperability standards, and regulatory knowledge including the Healthcare Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). During her seven years at Cryptek, Ms. Morton has held multiple leadership positions including; Vice President of Quality & Customer Services and Director of Systems Engineering. Prior to Cryptek, Ms. Morton held progressive positions with the Lincoln Financial Group (formerly Jefferson Pilot Corporation), and with the Moses Cone Health System. Ms. Morton earned a dual Bachelor of Science in Commercial Art and Printmaking from Barton College and holds the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium's (ISC) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation. She is an active member in; the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the National Council for Prescription Drug Program (NCPDP).

Mr. Elton has more than 30 years experience in business development and sales management in both the commercial and federal government markets for information systems, networking, network security, telecommunications, and systems automation. Prior to joining Cryptek, Mr. Elton was Vice President, Business Development for SteelCloud, Inc. where he was responsible for business development, sales, and marketing for their Security Solutions Group. In addition, he has held multiple management positions including; VP, Channel Sales for NCI Information Systems, General Manger, Network Services for I-NET, Inc., and VP, Channels for Klein Technologies. Mr. Elton also served for more than 20 years in the United States Air Force and his military career culminated as Director for Acquisition and Program Development for the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force, Command Control, Communications, and Logistics. Mr. Elton earned his B.S. in Mathematics and a M.S. degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University.

Mr. Sicoli, has 18 years of venture capital, consulting and financial accounting experience. His areas of expertise include due diligence planning and execution, transaction structuring and negotiation, and financial reporting and compliance. Prior to co-founding Westbury more than ten years ago, Mr. Sicoli served as an Accounting Manager for Price Waterhouse LLP, one of the world's largest financial services firms. At Price Waterhouse he was responsible for strategic planning, execution and supervision of financial audits, as well as consulting and compliance engagements. At Westbury, Mr. Sicoli is a senior investment professional actively participating in the origination, evaluation and structuring of new investment opportunities, as well as the monitoring of existing portfolio companies. Since co-founding Westbury I in 1995, he has played a primary role in the execution of all of Westbury's transactions. Mr. Sicoli is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Comet Learning and Cryptek, and serves as Board Observer representing Westbury's interests in Invidi Technologies and Visiprise. Mr. Sicoli is also responsible for the financial, accounting and tax issues relating to Westbury's investment partnerships. Mr. Sicoli is a New York State Certified Public Accountant and earned his BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University, where he graduated in the top one percent of his class.
