CSK Auto Inc.

Lawrence N. Mondry currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of CSK Auto Corporation ("CSK"), a specialty retailer of automotive aftermarket parts. Prior to his appointment at CSK, Mr. Mondry served as the Chief Executive Officer of CompUSA Inc. from November 2003 to May 2006. Mr. Mondry joined CompUSA in 1990. Mr. Mondry currently serves on the Board of Directors of CSK. Mr. Mondry is the Chairman of the Board's Compensation Committee.

James Riley became our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in October 2005. Mr. Riley has over 20 years experience serving in a variety of financial executive and management positions. Prior to joining CSK Auto, Mr. Riley served as a senior consultant to Xperianz, a consulting firm working with systems selection and implementation. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chiquita Brands International.

Larry Buresh became our Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer in November 1998. Prior to that, Mr. Buresh was Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Chief Auto Parts, Inc. from 1995 to November 1998. From 1994 to 1995, Mr. Buresh was Senior Director of Central Information Services for Sears, Roebuck & Co. From 1986 to 1994, Mr. Buresh was Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Frank's Nursery & Crafts, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Buresh was Vice President of Management Information Services for Ben Franklin Stores Company. Mr. Buresh is also a director of Mobile Productivity Incorporated and Association for Retail Technology Standards.

John Saar became our Senior Vice President Commercial Sales in October 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Saar served as a Divisional Vice President since 2001. Mr. Saar has more than 34 years of tenure with the Company and has served in various management and senior management roles with responsibility for real estate, human resources, store operations and other functions.

Larry Ellis became our Senior Vice President Logistics in April 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Ellis served as Vice President Distribution, Transportation, Priority Parts and Replenishment. Mr. Ellis' career in Logistics began over thirty years ago with Fleenor's, Inc., which, through a series of transactions, was subsequently acquired by Northern Automotive Corporation (a predecessor to CSK Auto, Inc.) in 1988. During his career, Mr. Ellis has served in several middle and senior management positions.

Christopher O'Brien joined Investcorp in 1993. As President of US & European business, he oversees the firm's private equity, real estate, technology investment and hedge funds activities in both London and New York. Before joining Investcorp, Christopher was a Managing Director of Mancuso & Company and a founding member of the Acquisition Finance Group of Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. In that capacity, he negotiated and syndicated, as lead agent, transactions providing senior, subordinated and equity financing for leveraged acquisitions. In 1987, he established the Los Angeles office of the Acquisition Finance Group which financed middle-market LBOs. Before establishing this group in 1983, Christopher specialized in providing financing for Fortune 500 companies. Holding a BSc in Business Administration from Bucknell University, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, Christopher is the past Chairman of the 1846 Associates of the Committee for Leadership in Annual Giving, and a past member of the Alumni board of directors of the University. He formerly served on the National Champions Leadership Council, as the Chairman of the Fairfield County Champions Committee for Save The Children, as well as being a former member of the Administrative Committee of Fleet Bank. Christopher is both the past Chairman of the Partnership for the Homeless Charity Gala and Co-Chair of the Global Leadership Awards Dinner for the School of International and Public affairs at Columbia University. He was also the 2006 recipient of the 'Dinner of Champions Leadership Award' by the New York chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Charles J. Philippin originally became one of our directors in October 1996. He resigned from our Board of Directors in April 2000 and was reappointed in January 2004. Since June 2002, Mr. Philippin has been a principal of GarMark Advisors, LLP, a mezzanine investment firm. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer of On-Line Retail Partners, an internet software company. He has also served as a member of the management committee of Investcorp, an international investment firm, and was the National Director of Merger & Acquisitions for Coopers & Lybrand LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, our independent auditor). Mr. Philippin is also a director of Alliance Laundry Systems LLC and Samsonite Corporation.

Before joining Investcorp in 1999, Charles Marquis spent 31 years with the law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and was a member of its executive committee for the final six years. In addition to general corporate work, he specializes in mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions and floatations. As the lead corporate lawyer for Investcorp since its inception, he has advised the Firm on almost every corporate investment transaction it has conducted in North America to date. He has also been a board member of Tiffany & Co. since 1984. Charles holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA from Stanford University, California.

Randi Morrison became our Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary in October 2006. Ms. Morrison was formerly Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary since August 2005. Prior to that Ms. Morrison was Vice President, Assistant General Counsel & Secretary from February 2004 to August 2005, Assistant General Counsel & Assistant Secretary from April 2001 to February 2004 and Senior Counsel from March 2000 to April 2001. Ms. Morrison joined CSK Auto as Legal Counsel in March 1997 and is a member of both the Arizona and District of Columbia Bars.

Savio Tung takes on this non-executive role as a complement to his existing executive role as Managing Director and Head of the Technology Investment Group at the global investment firm Investcorp, which remains unchanged. Mr. Tung has served on the boards of many of Investcorp portfolio companies, including Club Car, Circle K, Saks Fifth Avenue, Simmons Mattresses, Star Market, Stratus Computer, CSK Auto and Utimaco. He is currently a board member of Vaultus, Wireless Telecom Group and Viewlocity. He is also a board member and treasurer of the Aaron Diamond AIDS Research Center, an affiliate of Rockefeller University, and a member of the Committee of 100. Mr. Tung was born in Hong Kong. He attended secondary school in Hong Kong until he was 16 years of age, when he moved to, and studied in, the United States. He holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University of New York. He is a trustee of Columbia University. He is also on the board of the Columbia Investment Management Company, chairs the Finance Committee of Columbia University and is a member of the Columbia University Medical Center ("Health Science") Committee.
