William W. Boyle joined Cubic Corporation as Chief Financial Officer in 1983 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 1995. Prior to moving to Los Angeles in 1969 to join Occidental Petroleum, he held management positions in New York City with Sperry Rand, American Brands and General Electric. Immediately prior to joining Cubic, he was Vice President and Treasurer of the Wickes Corporation in San Diego. A native of New Jersey, he received his formal education there, earning a B.S. degree in economics from St. Peters College and an MBA from Rutgers University.

A Director since 2002, he is currently Senior Group Vice President. He has performed various management functions for the Corporation or its subsidiaries since joining Cubic in 1960. From 1981 to 2003, he was Chairman of Cubic Transportation Systems, Inc. He has been Chairman of Cubic Transportations Systems, Ltd., the Corporation’s U.K. transit company, since 1980.

An Independent Director since 1987, he is a member of the Audit and Compliance, Executive, Nominating and Executive Compensation Committees. He is a retired Vice Admiral, United States Navy, with active-duty service in the Navy from 1939 to 1974. He served as Chairman of San Diego Dialogue from 1997 to 2002, and from 1982 to 1996 was a member of the Board of Consultants to the Controller General of the United States. He also served as Chairman of the Price REIT from 1994 to 1996 and Chairman of its Audit Committee from 1991 to 1996.

Alfonso Tumini al.tumini@cubic.com is currently a senior executive with Cubic Transportation, a division of Cubic Corp., a $750 million annual revenue public company with global operations and a world leader in automated fare collection systems for urban mass transportation agencies. He has business development and contract oversight responsibilities for systems installed in some of the best known urban centers such as London, New York, Los Angeles, Washington, DC, Chicago, Singapore, Hong Kong and Sydney. Prior to Cubic, he was CEO of cVideo, Inc., a manufacturer and developer of digital video recorders and management software systems. He has over thirty years of executive management operating and legal experience. He was Chairman of the Board of Pennsylvania Savings Bank (PSBI), a Philadelphia based regional Bank that grew exponentially from $10 million in assets to successfully execute an IPO in 1995. He has an MBA from the Wharton School, Univ. of Pennsylvania, and a law degree from Temple Law School. He is licensed to practice law and an active member of the Bar of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Moore, 55, joined Chassis Plans in 2006. Prior to joining Chassis Plans, Ms. Moore held various Controller and CFO positions for other Southern California service and manufacturing industries in San Diego, both public and private. Her former companies include Cubic Corporation, C.H. Products, Kleinfelder, Inc., Hammond and Masing Contractors, DSD Business Systems and most recently as CFO for Interactivate, Inc. Ms Moore obtained her BS degree from San Diego State University in 1987, and her CPA certificate while working with a San Diego corporation in 1992.

Norman Greczyn has been a subscriber of Armed Forces Insurance since 1971. He spent 30 years in the US Army in a variety of assignments in armor and cavalry units. He served in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm in an armored brigade attached to the 2d Marine Division. After retiring from the Army in 2002, he earned his Chartered Property Casualty Insurance certification and worked for six years at Armed Forces Insurance in the director positions of Marketing and later Programs. He has been a past Chairman of the Subscribers' Advisory Committee (1998-2002) and a member of the AFI Board of Directors. He presently is a Senior Military Analyst for Cubic. He and his wife reside in Leavenworth, Kansas--- his military family includes a son, a former Air Force Captain, and a daughter, a combat veteran who served in the 82d Airborne in Iraq.

An Independent Director since February 2008, he heads the Audit and Compliance Committee and is the Audit Committee Financial Expert. From 1996 to 1998, he was Managing Partner of the San Diego office of the national accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand and was employed there until his retirement in 2005. In 2007, he completed two years of service as Board Chair of The San Diego Foundation, a nonprofit organization with over $575 million in assets.

An Independent Director since 2008, he is a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee. He was Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, of Sempra Energy from 2000 to 2006. He was Chairman and CEO of Sempra Energy’s utilities, San Diego Gas & Electric Company and Southern California Gas Company.

An Independent Director since 2007, he is a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee. He retired in June 2007 from Science Applications International Corporation, where he was a director for 18 years and Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer.
