Jonathan G. Pinch has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since December 2000. Mr. Pinch joined the Company effective December 1, 2000, after serving as the President of Clear Channel International Radio ("CCU International") (NYSE:CCU). At rapidly growing CCU International, Mr. Pinch was responsible for the management of all CCU radio operations outside of the United States, which included over 300 properties in 9 countries. Mr. Pinch is a 30 year broadcast veteran and has previously served as Owner/President WTVK-TV Ft Myers-Naples Florida, General Manager WMTX-FM/WHBO-AM Tampa Florida, General Manager/Owner WKLH-FM Milwaukee, GM WXJY Milwaukee.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Denning was an attorney with Dow, Lohnes & Albertson, PLLC ("DL&A") within DL&A's corporate practice group in Atlanta, advising a number of media and communications companies on a variety of corporate and transactional matters. Mr. Denning also spent four years in DL&A's Washington, D.C. office and has extensive experience in regulatory proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission. Mr. Denning has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar since 1991, the District of Columbia Bar since 1993, and the Georgia Bar since 2000. He is a graduate of The National Law Center, George Washington University.

Don Boyd a Pittsburgh native (and die hard Steeler Fan) is a radio veteran with over 18 years of experience in various markets including Baltimore, Atlanta, Greensboro, NC, Fort Walton Beach, FL and has been in Nashville for over six years. A recipient of Hearst Broadcasting's Eagle Award as an Account Executive and Cumulus Media's Sales Manager of the Month in Nashville, Don has a niche for great ideas that get results with a special focus on one of Cumulus Media's heritage radio stations, and one of the most respected radio stations in the entire industry, Nashville's 92Q WQQK.

Kate is currently a student at Wartburg College in Waverly, IA. She is working on earning degrees in Communication Arts (Electronic Media) and Communication Studies (Speech Communication), as well as a certificate in Leadership. Kate is from Lamont, IA. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, traveling, watching movies, and photography. She loves to learn, and is excited to explore the world of photography, as she is just beginning this hobby. On the Wartburg campus, Kate works at the Information Desk as well as in the Communication Arts department. She has been involved with KWAR, Wartburg Television, Student Senate, and the Student Life Committee, along with other activities and groups. This upcoming year, Kate will be serving as the Society for Collegiate Journalists president. Off campus, Kate is employed by Cumulus Media in Waterloo. There, she works live and recorded airshifts for KKHQ FM (Q92.3), KCRR FM (97.7), and KOEL FM (K98.5). She also voices and produces commercials, among other duties.

Eric Robison, President of IdeaTrek, Inc., melds solid business logic with creativity in order to help management teams look at their business in new and different ways. He spends the majority of his time as a business advisor and strategic planning consultant leveraging over 22 years of experience working with internet, technology, media, restaurant and consumer product companies.

Trey is a founding partner of BACI, and oversees our investment activities in Media & Entertainment, Financial Services, and Retail. He currently serves on the boards of Cumulus Media, Inc. and Swett & Crawford Group. He also manages our investments in Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc., Univision Communications, Inc., Dallas Stars Hockey, L.P., Qantum Communications Corp, Paris Re Holdings, and Ceridian Corp. Trey also has experience investing in industrial, business services, communication services, consumer products, and technology. In addition to principal investing, he has originated, structured and managed transactions for middle market companies. Prior to BACI, he spent several years in corporate banking with a predecessor of Bank of America and held investment banking and capital markets positions at PaineWebber, Inc. Trey earned an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
