Mr. Osborn is responsible for managing Coffeyville refinery operations and terminal operations in Phillipsburg, Kansas. In 1980, he began his career with the refinery in the process engineering department, responsible for refinery process evaluations and project development activity. Since then, he's held a variety of positions including Manager, Refined Fuel Administration; Coordinator, Manufacturing, Engineering and Economics Analysis; Manager, Operations Planning; Operations Superintendent; Operations Manager; and Plant Manager. Mr. Osborn received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri - Rolla and an M.B.A. from Rockhurst University.

Mr. White brings 30 years of experience in the chemical industry to Coffeyville Resources. He spent the majority of his career with Farmland Industries, where he held various management positions such as Manager of Farmland's product distribution system, and Plant Manager at Farmland's Pollock, La., and Enid, Okla., fertilizer plants. Prior to joining Coffeyville Resources, Mr. White was the General Manager for EPCO Carbon Dioxide. He also served on the Board of Directors for Central Louisiana Industrial Development and was a member of CEO Management Development in Enid, Okla.
