Mr. Osborn is responsible for managing Coffeyville refinery operations and terminal operations in Phillipsburg, Kansas. In 1980, he began his career with the refinery in the process engineering department, responsible for refinery process evaluations and project development activity. Since then, he's held a variety of positions including Manager, Refined Fuel Administration; Coordinator, Manufacturing, Engineering and Economics Analysis; Manager, Operations Planning; Operations Superintendent; Operations Manager; and Plant Manager. Mr. Osborn received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri - Rolla and an M.B.A. from Rockhurst University.

Mr. White brings 30 years of experience in the chemical industry to Coffeyville Resources. He spent the majority of his career with Farmland Industries, where he held various management positions such as Manager of Farmland's product distribution system, and Plant Manager at Farmland's Pollock, La., and Enid, Okla., fertilizer plants. Prior to joining Coffeyville Resources, Mr. White was the General Manager for EPCO Carbon Dioxide. He also served on the Board of Directors for Central Louisiana Industrial Development and was a member of CEO Management Development in Enid, Okla. Mr. White received a B.S. in Business from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

George E. Matelich. Mr. Matelich has served as a director of our company since July 1997. Mr. Matelich is currently a Managing Director of Kelso & Company, with which he has been associated since 1985. Mr. Matelich is a director of Waste Services, Inc. and Optigas, Inc. Mr. Matelich is also a Trustee of the University of Puget Sound. Mr. Matelich has been designated to the Board of Directors by Kelso & Company pursuant to Kelso & Company's designation rights under our stockholders agreement.

Prior to joining Coffeyville Resources, Mr. Witthaus spent 30 years with Farmland Industries. Among several progressing management positions, he was the Managing Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development, as well as General Manager of Nitrogen Operations. Most recently, Mr. Witthaus was the Director of Marketing and Business Development for Nitrogen Operations. He also served on the Board of Directors of Farmland MissChem LLC and Pinnacle Barge LLC. Mr. Witthaus received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas.

Mr. Huggins brings 35 years of experience in refinery technical services, project management, economics and consulting to Coffeyville Resources. He has held a variety of management positions, including Principal of Huggins & Associates; Senior Consultant for Turner, Mason & Company; Refinery Manager for Frontier Refining's Cheyenne operations; Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, and Planning and Economics Manager for MAPCO Petroleum's Memphis refinery; Director of Technical Services at Conoco's Lake Charles refinery; and Operations Superintendent at Conoco's Ponca City refinery. Mr. Huggins received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and attended the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.

Mr. Senecaut has more than 25 years of experience in the marketing, supply and distribution, and trading areas of the petroleum industry. Prior to joining Coffeyville Resources in 2004, he was Director of Commercial Sales for Carter Energy Corp. He has also held various management positions with Farmland Industries, gaining experience in natural gas liquids supply and trading; refinery by-product and intermediate feedstock marketing; refined fuels supply, distribution, and trading; as well as managing petroleum operations in Plainville and Phillipsburg, Kansas. Mr. Senecaut also led the Trading and Risk Management group for Country Energy, LLC. He received a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Pittsburg State University.

Mr. Condron has more than 23 years of petroleum industry experience. He previously held management positions with CHS Inc., Country Energy LLC, and Farmland Industries. His experience includes refined fuels and propane marketing, supply, and trading; business development; mergers and acquisitions; and finance. Mr. Condron received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri.
