Mr. Murphy was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Ubizen on January 1st 2005. Jim Murphy is also Chief Financial Officer at Cybertrust and responsible for the financial reporting, planning and supervision of all finance, accounting, Human Resource and IT functions.

Kerry Bailey is the senior vice president of global services for Cybertrust. Mr. Bailey is responsible for developing the company's service offerings, managing the global operations of the Cybertrust's managed security services worldwide as well as managing the U.S. Federal Business Unit. Mr. Bailey formerly was the CEO of the Americas for Betrusted, where he was responsible for developing and growing the business through Professional and Managed Security Services. Mr. Bailey is an 18-year veteran of the information systems industry with extensive experience in both the private and public sector. Prior to Betrusted, Mr. Bailey was the CEO of Security Assurance Group, a Security Consulting firm acquired by Betrusted. Earlier, Mr. Bailey was the vice president of customer care at Digex, held senior leadership positions with KPMG, and key executive positions at USinternetworking, Inc. Mr. Bailey also held key positions at ARINC, GTE and the U.S. Federal Government, where he served as Chief of the Enterprise Services Division at the Office of Naval Intelligence. Mr. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Technology Management from the University of Maryland.

Stijn Bijnens is the senior vice president of identity management for Cybertrust, and the chief executive office and member of the Board of Directors of Ubizen, a majority-owned subsidiary of Cybertrust. Mr. Bijnens has served as the CEO of Ubizen since he co-founded the company in 1995. Mr. Bijnens is an internationally recognized leader in e-Security, and a regular speaker for ITWorks and the Institute for International Research. He has been widely recognized for his outstanding business and management skills, and was named Manager of the Year 1999 in Belgium by Trends Magazine. He also received the DataNews Award of Excellence for a Startup Company. From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Bijnens investigated network security and object oriented distributed systems. He's a researcher at the Department of Computer Science at KULeuven, Belgium's largest university, and at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. His research background was instrumental to Ubizen's growth and success. In addition to leading Ubizen, Bijnens is also co-founder and Chairman of the Board for GlobalSign. Mr. Bijnens has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from KULeuven.

Paul O'Rourke is the senior vice president and regional general manager of Cybertrust's Asia Pacific operations. With operations in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, New Zealand and Australia, Mr. O'Rourke has developed practices and alliances across the region to support the growth and coverage of Cybertrust's business. Mr. O'Rourke joined Betrusted at its inception in June 2000, serving as the CEO of Betrusted Asia Pacific where he managed the business operations, acquisitions and regional business mergers. Mr. O'Rourke has an extensive background covering security, facilities management and operational risk services, and his experience includes senior management positions within IT organizations and financial institutions. Based on this background, Mr. O'Rourke has a thorough understanding of the security and risk requirements faced by governments, financial institutions and corporate clients surrounding the deployment and maintenance of their security and risk environment. Mr. O'Rourke's holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne.

Andre Marien has over 20 years of experience in IT. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from K.U. Leuven where he is currently a part-time lecturer teaching Internet infrastructure. He has been actively involved in all aspects of IT projects. For the last ten years his activities were related to Internet technology, focusing on application security. He previously led the Application Security Group at Ubizen and produced several security products. As the director of consulting at CyberTrust, he lead large scale consulting engagements on

Maarten Vanhorenbeeck is currently undertaking a Masters degree in Information Security and Intelligence at Edith Cowan University, Australia . He is a Service Delivery Manager with global information security services specialist Cybertrust.
