Chuck Cavaness is a software technologist and strategist with more than 12 years of technical management, software engineering and development experience. Chuck has spent time in the healthcare, banking and B2B/B2C sectors and has spent the past several years building large enterprise systems for the financial industry and healthcare industries. He has taught courses in object-oriented programming at Georgia Tech, where he earned his degree. Chuck is the Author of several books, including Quartz Job Scheduling (Addison Wesley), Programming Apache Struts (O'Reilly), Special Edition Using Enterprise JavaBeans 2.0 (Que) and Special Edition Using Java 2 Standard Edition (Que). Prior to joining Cypress Care, Chuck was the Chief Technologist for S1 Inc., where he directed strategy, service and product delivery for its suite of financial applications. During his tenure, he also led development and performance teams building internet banking applications. Prior to joining S1, Chuck held positions as Chief Architect at NetVendor, Senior Software Architect at John Harland and Senior Developer at McKesson.

Jim Andrews, R.Ph. is the Senior Vice President of Operations for Cypress Care. Mr. Andrews' primary responsibility is to provide overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of Cypress Care's pharmacy and ancillary healthcare services units. In addition, he oversees and drives the continuing efforts to enhance processes, quality, structure, and consistency throughout the two operation units. Mr. Andrews received his pharmacy degree from the University of Georgia. He comes to Cypress Care with over 25 years experience in retail chain pharmacy. His past responsibilities included accountability for pharmacy systems development and support with a primary focus on the utilization of pricing, clinical drug data and managed care claims submission. Mr. Andrews has also worked as a member of the pharmacy operations management team with an increasing scope of responsibilities to include district and regional management. He is a member of the Georgia and Florida Pharmacists Associations, the American Pharmacist Association, American Society for Automation in Pharmacy (ASAP), Florida Society of Hospital Pharmacists, National Council of Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) and the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy. He is currently licensed to practice pharmacy in Florida and Georgia.

Kim Plotkin, Vice President of Auto-CCRx for Cypress Care, joined the company in 2007 with more than 20 years of managed care, cost containment, software and technology experience. Kim Plotkin, has many years of experience developing innovative cost reduction companies and strategies for the auto industry. Kim developed the first auto managed care company in the nation working with many of the top auto carriers. The auto managed care concept expanded from Colorado to New Jersey, New York, Michigan, Massachusetts and Hawaii. Her current responsibilities include working with large National Carriers in the Auto Insurance market segment.

Mark Pergolini, Vice President of Medical Services, joined the Cypress Care Team in 2005. Mark has worked in the Workers Compensation Managed Care and related fields for over 15 years. His initial responsibility was to lead the development and enhancement of the Medical Service division of Medical Services. Since working with both the operation and sales of the Medical Service Department, Mark's role has expanded to business development and sales executive overseeing the Medical Services Sales team. Mark has extensive experience in the workers compensation field since starting his career in the accounting department of General Rehabilitation Services (GENEX Services). While with Genex, he was elevated to sales positions throughout the Mid-Atlantic part of the United States, including Philadelphia, Richmond, Washington and Baltimore. He relocated to Atlanta in 1996 with Integrated Care Management (ICM) where he was Director of Business Development. While employed with ICM, Mark worked in the managed care arena developing and selling Case Management and Bill Review Services. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Business from Jacksonville University (FL) in 1989.

Michael joined Cypress Care 2005. He is responsible for assisting other senior management in aligning initiatives with the company's goals. Also, he is currently an active committee member of the California Division of Workers Compensation EDI initiative. Prior to Cypress Care Michael spent 11 years with Express Scripts serving as the IS Director of Workers Compensation and the Senior Account Director to State of California Insurance Fund. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Information Systems from Maryville University at St. Louis, Missouri.
