Bob Ritter, Chairman of Gray, Ritter & Graham, P.C., is a native of St. Louis. Mr. Ritter graduated from the University of Kansas in 1965 with a bachelor's degree in economics and earned his law degree from Saint Louis University in 1968. He is a member of state and federal courts, the U.S. Court of Military Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Ritter is a past president of the Lawyers Association of St. Louis and has been a member of the Board of Governors of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys since 1986. He has served on the Executive Committee of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and is a past Trial Section Chairman. He was elected to three terms on the Board of Governors of The Missouri Bar. He is a current Board Member of the Missouri Institute for Justice and an Advisory Board Member of both the National Judicial College and the Center for Perinatal Medicine and Law at the University of California-Davis School of Medicine. He is an Honorary Founder of Saint Louis University and serves on the Dean's Advisory Council for Saint Louis University School of Law. Mr. Ritter has been honored with Fellowship in the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the International Society of Barristers, where he served for seven years as a member of the Board of Governors. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has been appointed to several Circuit Court and Missouri Supreme Court committees, including the Supreme Court Ethics Committee and the Supreme Court Committee on Civil Jury Instructions, where he served for 12 years. This committee writes, for approval of the Supreme Court, all jury instructions to be used by all judges in every civil jury trial in Missouri. He was appointed to the inaugural U.S. District Court Civil Justice Reform Commission and currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Learning Center, an interactive educational facility recently opened at the Thomas Eagleton U.S. Courthouse in St. Louis. Mr. Ritter is a past member of the Board of Directors and President of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Gateway Chapter, which is one of many charitable and civic causes he supports. He has lectured and published extensively for The Missouri Bar, the University of Missouri Law School, Saint Louis University, Washington University, the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. Mr. Ritter is a past recipient of the Lon O. Hocker Trial Lawyer Award, presented by the Missouri Bar Foundation to Missouri's outstanding young trial lawyer. He has received the Award of Merit and the Award of Achievement from the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the Award of Merit from the National Conference of Metropolitan Courts. He was the 2003 recipient of the Lawyers Association of St. Louis' prestigious Award of Honor. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the categories of Commercial Litigation, Legal Malpractice Law, Medical Malpractice Law, Personal Injury Litigation and Product Liability Litigation. He is one of seventeen attorneys in Missouri to receive the "2009 Bet-the-Company Litigation" designation. Mr. Ritter is listed in Who's Who in America and among the "Best Lawyers in St. Louis" in St. Louis Magazine. He has an AV Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell law directory, which is the highest given. Mr. Ritter has been named a "Super Lawyer" [among the top 5 percent of lawyers in Missouri and Kansas] by Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers Magazine and cited as among the "Top 100 Attorneys" for the region in the categories of Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Law. Bob Lobel, award-winning sports director for WBZ-TV News and UPN 38, has covered sports for WBZ-TV since 1979. He is sports anchor for WBZ-TV 's evening newscasts Sunday through Thursday. Lobel also hosts "Sports Final," Boston's top-rated local sports show highlighting the week's sports news and featuring local newsmakers from 11:30PM to 12:00 midnight on Sunday evenings. A panel including some of New England's most-knowledgeable and respected sportswriters and broadcasters join Lobel in lively exchanges on the top sports stories of the week. One of the most memorable episodes of the show, an historic edition of "Sports Final" featured Lobel's interview with three of Boston's most famous athletes -- Bobby Orr, Ted Williams, and Larry Bird -- together for the first time. During his tenure at WBZ-TV Lobel has covered the entire sports spectrum in New England including the Super Bowl victory of the New England Patriots in January 2002, the Boston Celtics' world championships, the Red Sox tries at the World Series title, the Bruins in the Stanley Cup Finals and the America's Cup races off Newport, Rhode Island. He has also anchored the station's Boston Marathon coverage since 1982. Lobel joined WBZ-TV in December 1979 as sportscaster on the weekend newscasts and moved to his current position in July 1981. Throughout his career Lobel has been honored with numerous awards including being named Massachusetts Sportscaster of the Year nine times. In addition to his work on television, Lobel is active in many community projects and donates a great deal of his personal time to local charity organizations. He has actively supported the fundraising efforts of the Liver Foundation and the Arthritis Foundation. An avid golfer, Lobel spends much of his personal time at charity golf tournaments, raising money and awareness for a variety of groups including The Jimmy Fund, The Genesis Fund and The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. For the past several years he has been Honorary Chairman of the annual Multiple Sclerosis Super Cities Walk and annually hosts the Bob Lobel Ski Classic at Attitash Mountain to benefit The Genesis Fund. Lobel has also been a supporter of the Jane Doe Safety Fund, a three million-dollar project to support domestic abuse shelters and safe houses around the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Prior to joining WBZ-TV Lobel worked as sports director at several radio stations in Vermont and New Hampshire. He worked for WBZ Radio in Boston from 1976 through 1979, first as a weekday afternoon sports reporter and host of the Saturday evening talk show "Calling All Sports," and later as sports director. Lobel came to WBZ Radio from WGIR Radio in Manchester, New Hampshire, where he worked as sports director and play-by-play sportscaster from 1972 to 1976. He also worked as sports director at WJOY Radio in Burlington, Vermont from 1971 to 1972. Lobel received a bachelor of science degree in Education from Kent State University and a master's degree in Education from the University of Vermont. Lobel and his family reside in the Greater Boston area.

Brad is a commercial real estate associate with Kiser Group. He focuses on the valuation and disposition of mid-market, Chicago apartment properties. Brad works with apartment owners, converters, builders and real estate investors, assisting them in meeting their investment real estate goals. Prior to joining Kiser Group, Brad worked as both a sales associate and leasing manager for a prominent, Chicago-based, residential real estate firm that focuses on large condominium conversion projects in Lincoln Park. Brad earned his Bachelors of Business Administration degree, majoring in Marketing, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association as well as the Young Real Estate Professionals of Chicago (YREP). Brad played for the Wisconsin Club Baseball team and remains an active baseball player. He also is actively involved as a volunteer with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Cameron Pratt has worked in commercial real estate finance and development for many years. He joined the Foulger-Pratt Companies in 2004 and since that time has overseen the development of Belward Office Park, the Holy Cross Physicians Specialists Building, and the Loudoun Medical Office Building. Mr. Pratt is responsible for Foulger-Pratt's medical office portfolio and pursuing additional development opportunities. Prior to joining Foulger-Pratt, he worked in commercial real estate development in California and in real estate investment banking and private equity in New York. Although it is only her third year as a media student, Gina have taken the time to work for various organizations such as the Brampton Music Theatre, working together with the marketing and fundraising department to raise funds for the continuation of the Youth Program, so that the disadvantaged and mentally challenged youth have an opportunity to shine through the performing arts. Marc Noel is chairman of Noel Group, a privately-held, international industrial group that invests in and manages a portfolio of companies active in the transformation of engineered synthetic materials. Born in Belgium, Mr. Noel moved to the United States in 1979 to establish Nomaco Inc. as a subsidiary of Belgium-based NMC, s.a., a manufacturer of extruded flexible foam insulation products. Nomaco, which became independent from its Belgian parent company and moved to Zebulon, NC in 1989, today is a leader in custom thermoplastic foam extrusions used in a variety of industries including home furnishings, construction, insulation and packaging. In 1998, Mr. Noel founded Nomacorc LLC to manufacture co-extruded synthetic closures for the wine industry. That same year, Mr. Noel was recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year for the Carolinas. Nomacorc is now the market leader and largest manufacturer of synthetic wine corks in the world, selling more than 2 billion closures throughout 40 countries in 2008. Based on Nomaco's early successes, Mr. Noel founded Noel Group, LLC to broaden the company's activities. Today, Noel Group encompasses Spongex and Jyco Europe in addition to Nomaco and Nomacorc; and as a whole, the company operates facilities in the US, Europe and China and employs in excess of 1,000 associates. Mr. Noel is an active volunteer with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the Frankie Lemmon Foundation and the Triangle Community Foundation. He and his wife, Cecile, live in Raleigh.

A highly disciplined businessman with a single-minded dream to build a great company, President and Chief Executive Officer, Rick Hudson founded RL Hudson & Company in 1980 as a seal distributorship. Since then, the company has evolved to become a global supplier of custom-molded rubber and plastic solutions for some of the worlda s largest and most well-known manufacturers. While the companya s business model has evolved, Ricka s primary goals have remained constant: to offer the best in products and services to his customers, and create outstanding opportunities for his employees. Originally from Chamblee, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta, Rick initially attended Vanderbilt University, and then transferred to Georgia Institute of Technology where he received his undergraduate degree in industrial management, with a minor in engineering. After graduating from Georgia Tech in 1967, Rick began his career working with Parker Seal, a division of Parker Hannifin Corporation, in Culver City, California. It was there that he began to develop his passion for and knowledge of rubber and plastic technology, and the application of those materials. In 1973, Rick joined Disogrin Industries, a manufacturer of polyurethane molded products and hydraulic seals. He then launched RL Hudson & Company in 1980. Today, Rick is considered an authority on rubber and plastics, as well as the design and manufacturing of products and components that use these materials. He is frequently asked to speak to business and professional organizations, industry and technical groups, and engineering students on diverse topics including Asian supply chain management and polymer technology. In 2003, as President and Chief Executive Officer of RL Hudson & Company, Rick was honored by the Tulsa Metro Chamber of Commerce as Tulsaa s Small Business Person of the Year. The following year, he also was honored by the U.S. Small Business Administration as Oklahomaa s Small Business Person of the Year. The company also has won numerous awards for quality and reliability from its customers. Rick is very active in professional and community organizations. He is Vice-Chairman of the Tulsa Metropolitan Utility Authority, a member of the Tulsa Metro Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee and a member of the Broken Arrow Economic Development Corporation. He also serves on The University of Tulsaa s College of Business Administration Executive Advisory Board and on the Board of Directors for Triad Bank.
RONALD L. ASKEW has significant experience in investment banking with an emphasis on the capital markets, financial restructuring and all facets of commercial banking. Prior to being a founding member of the Askew Kabala Firm, Mr. Askew was a Managing Director and Partner of a prominent national investment banking firm, headquartered in Los Angeles and was executive vice president of Benefit Capital Company; investment banking firms engaged in mergers and acquisitions, mezzanine and subordinated debt financing, capital formation, and consultation with management and shareholders on client and company value drivers to enhance shareholder value. His responsibilities included corporate marketing, client relationships, contract negotiation, maintaining financial relationships with banks, venture capital and equity funds. He has arranged and conducted seminars on investment banking services throughout California. Mr. Askew was previously the chairman of the board of Pacific Inland Bank a public company and regional business bank engaged in commercial lending and real estate construction lending. Under his leadership, this financial institution and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pacific Inland Mortgage Company, grew to combined assets of $1.7 billion. Before becoming the chairman and chief executive officer of Pacific Inland Bank, Mr. Askew was the Orange County regional vice president of Imperial Bank (now Comerica Bank), a major diversified financial institution in California. Mr. Askew s lending and banking experience also includes service as an officer of Coast Bank (as president and chief executive officer), Union Bank and Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Askew has served on a number of boards of directors and commissions, including Olive Crest Home for Abused Children; Little Company of Mary Hospital, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, City of Placentia Planning Commission; Orange County Boy Scouts of America; Real Estate Investment Advisory Committee of the California Bankers Association; South Coast Repertory Theatre; and Alzheimer Association of Orange County. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Coastal Family Therapy Services. Mr. Askew is a Reserve Deputy Sheriff with the Orange County Sheriff's Department. Mr. Askew is a member of the Board of Directors of several private and publicly held companies, inclusive of: STM Wireless, Inc. (NASDAQ), a developer, manufacturer and provider of wireless-based satellite communications infrastructure and user terminal products currently in use in over 30 countries being utilized in public and private telecommunications networks for broadband and telephony applications; and with the American Medical Aesthetics Corp., a service provider of non-surgical cosmetic treatments with medical laser technology at selected day spas and health clubs nationwide. Mr. Askew received his BS in Finance from the University of Arizona, his MBA from Golden Gate University (San Francisco) and Executive Management and Lending Certification from the University of Washington (Seattle). Mr. Askew has completed courses of study at the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving certification in Corporate Governance and Corporate Directorship from the Anderson School of Business, consisting of the Audit Committee Module on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.

As Vice President of Sales, Scott England is leading First Research's expansion into new vertical markets while deepening the focus within First Research's core customer base. Prior to joining First Research in November 2005, Scott served as Director of North American Sales for DoubleClick's EMS business unit, a leading provider of digital advertising technology and services. Sherry McGuire has been a member of the NSC Board of Directors since 1996 and presently serves as Clerk of the Board. She has worked as a volunteer in the NSC pantry since September, 1996. She is an active member of the American Cancer Society Relay for Life Leadership Committee in Springfield, and participates in annual fundraising walks for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Judith Blackwell, M.D., joined the Tulsa Center for Fertility and Women's Health in 1989. Her practice includes all areas of infertility including in vitro fertilization, consultative gynecology and reproductive endocrinology. She is an experienced laparoscopic surgeon in both the areas of infertility and gynecology. Her interests in endocrinology include problems with ovulation including polycystic ovary syndrome, problems with bone development and osteoporosis and menopause. Dr. Blackwell is fellowship trained and board certified in the area of Endocrinology. Her fellowship and residency experience included training in in-vitro fertilization, laser and laparoscopic surgery. She also completed residencies in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Internal Medicine and is board certified in those areas as well. She is certified by the Accreditation Council for Gynecologic Endoscopy. She is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and recently was asked to serve on their patient education committee. She is a member of the American Society of Gynecologic and Laparoscopic Surgeons, American Medical Association and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a professor on the faculty of the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and is a Cystic Fibrosis Foundation board member. Previously Dr. Blackwell served on the Women in Medicine Committee of the Tulsa County Medical Society and on the Community Relations Committee of that Society as well. She has done research in the areas of infertility, including in vitro fertilization, polycystic ovary syndrome, recurrent pregnancy loss and insulin resistance.

Prior to RewardsPlus, Mr. Kwicien spent over 20 years in the insurance and financial services industry and held executive positions principally in sales and marketing with Prudential, Crum & Forster and Zurich Insurance Group. While an executive with Zurich, he founded a worksite marketing business unit, Group Sales, that successfully marketed property and casualty insurance using payroll deduction billing. Under Mr. Kwicien's direction, the business unit grew to $42 million in sales in 2.5 years. In the past, Mr. Kwicien was a founder and managing director of Incube8, Inc. a business incubator, accelerator and venture capital firm. Mr. Kwicien oversaw the operational activities of the fund, was a member of the investment committee, and provided mentoring and strategic guidance to portfolio company executive teams. Mr. Kwicien is a member of the UMBC President's Advisory Council, serves as a member of the Executive Committee of The Baltimore Business Forum and sits on the Advisory Board for Benefits Marketing Association. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Maryland Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and volunteers for South Baltimore Station, a shelter for the homeless.

A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Bennett graduated from Episcopal High School in Alexandria, Virginia in 1997. Bill received his B.Sc. of Accountancy from DePaul University in 1984 and is a Certified Public Accountant. He also serves on the Board of the Chicago chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Kevin is responsible for the development of new client business and service offerings, continued growth and expansion of existing clients and support of daily operations. Kevin has over 18 years in the management services industry supporting Fortune 500 commercial accounts as well as some of the nation's largest Law Firms and Associations. He has served in several senior level management positions in both operations and sales with a concentrated focus on client relations. Kevin has worked on a national and local level with Xerox Business Services and Pitney Bowes Management Services. Since relocating to the Washington, DC area in 1997, he has served as the Executive Vice President for Balmar Printing & Graphics and most recently was responsible for developing Strategic Account Sales for IKON Office Solutions. Kevin is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a B.S. in Public Administration and Inter-Governmental Relations and isan active member of the Greater Washington Board of Trade. Kevin is pleased to donate his time and energy to various non-profit organizations and is an event committee member of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
