Mr. Fleming, is President of Cytec Specialty Chemicals, consisting of the company's Water and Industrial Process Chemicals and Performance Products business segments. He was appointed to this position in May 2003. Mr. Fleming began his career in 1983 as a technical service engineer for American Cyanamid's mineral processing chemicals business in Salt Lake City, Utah. Over the next 10 years, he had assignments as a Sales Engineer and Regional Metallurgist and in sales management positions. With the formation of Cytec Industries in 1993, he was appointed General Manager of Cytec Australia to guide the start-up of this operation. In 1998, he was named Vice President Asia Pacific to lead Cytec's rapidly expanding chemical operations in Asia and the South Pacific. He was assigned to lead the Phosphine Chemicals business in August 2000 and added responsibility for Mining Chemicals in 2002, while also serving as President, Cytec Asia Pacific. He holds a BS in Fuels Engineering from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City.

Mr. Speak is President of Cytec Engineered Materials. Mr. Speak joined Cytec in 1993 when the company acquired the structural materials business of BASF. Throughout his career within the aerospace industry, he has held a series of progressively more responsible positions in Research and Development, Product and Market Management, Global Sales & Marketing Management as well as Operations and General Management. Prior to assuming the role of President in January of 2002, Mr. Speak was Vice President and General Manager of CEM's America's and Pacific Rim unit where he was responsible for all aspects of the business. Mr. Speak received a B.S. in Chemistry in 1979 from Weber State College and an M.B.A. from Utah State University in 1984.

Mr. Drillock began his career with American Cyanamid Company in 1978 where he held a number of progressively more responsible financial positions. In 1986 he was appointed Controller of Applied Solar Energy Corporation, a publicly held company seventy percent owned by Cyanamid. He became Chief Financial Officer for the Applied Solar Energy Corporation in 1988 and served in that capacity until he returned to Cyanamid in 1990. Upon the spin-off in 1993 of Cytec as a separate independent company, Mr. Drillock was appointed Controller and in 2002 was named Vice President, Controller and Investor Relations. Mr. Drillock attended Rutgers University where he received a B. S. degree in accounting. He is certified in management accounting and financial management.

Tom Rabaut became President and Chief Executive Officer of United Defense January 28, 1994. United Defense is a public company trading on the New York Stock Exchange with sales in excess of $2 billion. It has strong market positions in armored combat vehicles, weapons delivery systems, components for military vehicles, ship overhaul and conversion, training systems, and logistics support services. Mr. Rabaut joined FMC in 1977 and worked in a variety of manufacturing management positions in the Power Transmission Group. In 1982, he became Operations Manager of FMC's Fluid Control Division serving the petroleum equipment industry. In 1986, Mr. Rabaut entered FMC's defense business as General Manager of the company's Steel Products Division. In 1989, Mr. Rabaut became the Operations Director of FMC's Ground Systems Division, and in April 1990, he was appointed Vice President and General Manager of Ground Systems Division. In 1993, Mr. Rabaut assumed the position of General Manager of FMC's Defense Systems Group, overseeing operations in the U.S., Turkey and Sweden, serving U.S. and allied armies, navies, and marines. In 1994, he was elected a Vice President of FMC Corporation. In January 1994, the FMC Defense Systems Group was combined with HARSCO's defense group to form United Defense. Mr. Rabaut graduated, with a Bachelor of Science degree, from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School. During his five years as an Army officer, he served in company- and battalion-level positions with the 1st and 4th Armored Divisions and the 66th Military Intelligence Group. Mr. Rabaut is a Trustee of Stevens Institute of Technology, Chairman of Bofors Defence, board member United Defense Industries, board member FNSS. Mr. Rabaut is a member of Aerospace Industries Association and the Association of the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. He serves as a member of the AUSA Council of Trustees and the National Infantry Board. Mr. Rabaut served as a member of the Defense Policy Advisory Committee on Trade (DPACT). He is a representative of The Middle East Institute and a member of the Association of the United States Army, the Navy League of the United States, National Guard Association of the United States, U.S. Army Ordnance Corps Association, National Infantryman's Association, and the Naval Surface Warfare Association. Mr. Rabaut served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Defense Industrial Association and co-chairman of the Industrial Committee of Tank and Automotive Producers. Tom and his wife, Sheila, have three children and live in Great Falls, Virginia.
