Robert F. McCullough, Jr. was elected Chief Financial Officer and director of the Company in September 2005 and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in October 2007. Mr. McCullough was appointed to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors on April 21, 2009, to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Burns resignation as such on that date. In addition, he currently serves as President and as a Portfolio Manager of Summitcrest Capital, Inc., a money management firm and registered investment adviser, a position he has held since October 2003. From April 1999 to July 2003, Mr. McCullough served as a Portfolio Manager at Presidio Management, a money management firm. Prior thereto, Mr. McCullough served as a manager with the accounting firm of Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young) and also served as a financial analyst, a portfolio manager and a Chief Financial Officer of several private companies. Mr. McCullough has an Masters of Business Administration in finance and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Dr. Gorodeski is a gynecologist and reproductive endocrinologist in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at University Hospitals of Cleveland, and Professor of Reproductive Biology at CASE (Case Western Reserve) University. He also holds professorships at CASE departments of Oncology, and Physiology and Biophysics. Dr. Gorodeski has been lead or co-investigator on over 40 basic science projects and FDA-approved clinical trials. He has written over 170 publications, including 95 peer-reviewed articles in his areas of research, as well as 5 patents filed. Dr. Gorodeski was the original developer and patented the Company's e Collector , the originator of combining multiple biomarkers into the "cocktail" approach for cervical cancer screening, and developer of the concept of mapping of cervical lesions. Dr. Gorodeski's academic career combines a busy clinical practice, active basic and clinical research, and professional service. Among his service responsibilities he serves as President for the North American Menopause Society (2005-2006), Chairperson of an NIH Study Section, and Chairman of the OB-GYN departmental Investigational Review Board.

Dr Janssen is currently head of the Laboratory of Molecular Diagnostics of the University of Heidelberg in Germany. He studied biology in Leiden, The Netherlands. In 1988 he joined the research group of Prof. Galjaard and Dr. Halley at the Department of Clinical Genetics Rotterdam, where he and his co workers managed to identify three major genes: TSC1 and TSC2, both causing tuberous sclerosis, and PKD1, causing polycystic kidney disease. In 1996 he moved to Germany to set up a diagnostic service in Heidelberg. His laboratory soon became one of the largest laboratories for molecular diagnostics in Germany. Dr. Janssen's main interest is the cloning of disease genes involved in complex disorders. He is (co-)author of more than 30 scientific publications and received several scientific awards.

Clinton H. Severson has served as the Company’s President, Chief Executive Officer and one of our directors since June 1996. He was appointed Chairman of the Board in May 1998. Since November 2006, Mr. Severson served on the Board of Directors of CytoCore, Inc. (OTCBB: CYCR). From February 1989 to May 1996, Mr. Severson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of MAST Immunosystems, Inc., a privately-held medical diagnostic company

Erik Danielsen was appointed to the Board of Directors on September 1, 2008. Mr. Danielsen is a Senior Analyst at Analitika S.A., an investment advisory firm based in Switzerland specializing in the healthcare industry, having been employed by Analitika since 1993. From March 1, 2006 to March 31, 2008, Mr. Danielsen acted as a consultant to the Company, providing financial advisory, corporate communications and investor and public relations services. Mr. Danielsen is a director of ContextVision A.B., a Swedish-based company engaged in the development and marketing of medical oriented image processing systems and software products.

Dr. Raab currently serves as chief of pathology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Shadyside, where his work has focused largely on improving the accuracy of the Pap test process in the laboratory. His is the first academic center devoted exclusively to research related to anatomic pathology practice, services and quality improvement. Additionally, Dr. Raab directs the UPMC Center for Pathology Quality and Healthcare Research and is a member of the Center of Pathology Informatics, the first center of its kind to use modern computing and communications techniques in the management and analysis of clinical and research pathology data. Dr. Raab has special expertise in the areas of patient safety, process improvement, patient preference and pathology organizational cultures. He holds frequent clinics on the subject of process improvement and the application of unique manufacturing QA/QC processes. He has lead committees responsible for the delivery of Pap testing to Asian and South American countries and is a member of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) committee that develops national Pap test guidelines

Dr. Waggoner is Chief, Division of Gynecologic Oncology, at University Hospitals of Cleveland; Vice-Chairman of Clinical Affairs, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at MacDonald Women's Hospital; and Associate Professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Dr. Waggoner has been recognized as one of the best physicians in his field, receiving a variety of "Top Doctor" and "Top Women's Doctor in America" citations. Dr. Waggoner is active in clinical research at University Hospitals and the Case Comprehensive Cancer Center. He has extensive experience in the design and conduct of human subject clinical trials, and holds leadership positions in the NCI sponsored Gynecologic Oncology Group and the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists. Dr. Waggoner serves as a peer reviewer for major publications in the field: Obstetrics and Gynecology, Gynecologic Oncology, Cancer, International Journal of Gynecological Cancer, The Lancet, and Clinical Cancer Research.
