David A. Grant is a Senior Vice President in the Retail Division at Colliers International, Las Vegas, Nevada, where he concentrates on the sale and leasing of retail properties including the sale of shopping centers, single tenant investments, and commercial land for retail development. Prior to joining Colliers International, Mr. Grant was the Vice President, Leasing for Triple Five Nevada Development Corporation and Vice President, Retail Properties for American Nevada Corporation where he also served as Corporate Broker for American Nevada Realty. Mr. Grant is experienced in all phases of shopping center design and development, sales, and leasing. He has served in the real estate industry for the past 22 years. Mr. Grant has built strong relationships within the local real estate community. He is known for his commitment to the industry and his clients. He is currently representing California State Automobile Association, Citibank, El Pollo Loco, Jiffy Lube, Donahue Schriber, Jack Tarr Development, and NovaSource Development in the site selection for build to suit developments throughout southern Nevada. Mr. Grant graduated form the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance with a concentration in real estate. Kris Murphy a Leads Manager in the Customer Service department for CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. Kris works with our incoming customers from Lending Tree, D.R. Horton and other company programs, keeping in touch with them until they are ready to be assisted by one of our top agents. The Leads management system not only tracks buyer and seller calls for our agents, but also provides a compact management system making it possible for the agent and Kris to follow up with each customer. The leads management system is designed around a philosophy of how to provide better than expected services to our agents and the customer. Because our leads management system is a work flow program, all calls that are registered from the front desk are automatically routed to the customer service department for quality assurance follow up. The system includes automatic "comparables" making it easy for her to service the customer based on their specific real estate needs; therefore saving the agent time to work with hot buyers and sellers. Our leads management system also features a contact management system allowing her to continue to follow up on leads for the agents for their future business. That is why our agents are among the top agents in Tarrant County. The philosophy behind leads management is better than expected service for the agent and the customer. Assisting the agents, Kris ensures that the customer is better educated about all the services we have to offer. It is our hope that the customer will choose one or more of the four levels of services. By providing these customer services the agent increases the odds that the client will sell or buy a home from them. Buying or selling a home is a process, not an event, that happens overnight and it is not unusual for Kris and the Leads Management team to establish a working relationship with our agents customers that lasts a year or more.
