Fred Dickson is a longtime equity market strategist with a reputation for solid analysis and balanced, commonsensical commentary. Fred rejoined D.A. Davidson & Co. in 2001 after working for the Branch Cabell Division of Tucker, Anthony, Inc., in Virginia. He began his investment career in 1973 as part of Goldman Sachs' top-ranked investment strategy team before serving as an institutional portfolio manager and chief investment officer with several money management firms. He first joined D.A. Davidson & Co. in Great Falls in 1993 as Director of Research and Chief Market Strategist before joining Branch Cabell in 1997. Fred holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He has served as an adjunct professor for the University of Richmond in Virginia and faculty member at the New York Institute of Finance. He holds the Chartered Market Technician professional designation.

Dave Westcott is a Managing Director for D.A. Davidson & Co.'s Fixed Income Strategy Group. Westcott holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Lewis & Clarke College .
Deanne Woodring is a Managing Director in D.A. Davidson & Co.'s Fixed Income Strategy Group. For over 20 years, Woodring has focused on developing and implementing a disciplined investment process for public entities. The utilization of customized benchmarks that best fit the objectives and constraints of her customers is the driving force of her service. Woodring assists clients in defining the liquid and core portions of their operating portfolios. Using a benchmark strategy, she monitors for potential risk and then works with clients to enhance investment returns. Concise communication, accountability and experience are the keys to Woodring's successful consultative and brokerage service. Woodring holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Washington and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon . She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Mr. James Pfrommer joined the Company in December as a Director. Mr. Pfrommer is a certified public accountant affiliated since 2002 with the firm of Pfrommer & McCune. For 28 years, he has been involved in a variety of audit, accounting and tax consultation services for small and medium-sized business by performing accounting/bookkeeping, tax compliance, and retirement, estate and financial planning. Mr. Pfrommer is involved in several community and charitable activities. The Company's common stock is listed on NASDAQ Small Cap Index (TBHS) and currently has three market makers. Common stock warrants issued to shareholders in March 2004 are exercisable between March 22 and May 21, 2006. Shareholders wishing to exercise these warrants are required to forward the warrant certificates and sufficient funds to the offices of the Company during this period. Since its NASDAQ listing in 2004, the Company's stock has been consistently rated as a "Buy" by market analyst Jim Bradshaw of D. A. Davidson & Co. For the past two years and again in 2006, management of The Bank Holdings has been invited to present investor related information at the prestigious Davidson Financial Services Conference in Seattle, Washington.
Lauren joined D.A. Davidson in August of 2003 as a Retail Research Associate. Prior to joining the company Lauren attended Washington University in St. Louis where she studied computer engineering and business and earned a B.S.B.A. in Marketing with a second major in Management. At Davidson Lauren coordinates the distribution of Retail Research material including Morning Comments, databases, company reports and the monthly Recommended List publications. She is also responsible for updating the DAD 99 Index and fielding general research questions.
Tyler rejoined the Private Client Research Department in August of 2007 as a Private Client Research Specialist after working as an Investor Reporting Analyst for Merrill Lynch's mortgage servicing group. Tyler first joined Davidson in 2005 as a Financial Consultant in Kennewick, WA. He is currently attending the Dr. Robert B. Pamplin, Jr. School of Business Administration at the University of Portland, and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Finance from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
