Ryan P. Bogan. Mr. Bogan has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of D3 Technologies since 2001. Mr. Bogan had served in various management positions with D3 Technologies since 1998, including Director of Business Development and Chief Operations Officer.

Mr. Knowles has been with the Company since 1999 and oversees all accounting contracts and human resource systems. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Company and Day for Change, a non-profit charity sponsored by CFO Roundtable, an organization of local Chief Financial Officers. Mr. Knowles has over 15 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer. He has over 35 total years of relevant accounting and financial managerial experience in both the commercial and military sector. Mr. Knowles has a Bachelor of Science with a Major in Accounting from Southern Illinois University. He also served 4 years of active duty in the Navy and 26 years in the Naval Reserve before retiring with a rank of Captain.

Mr. Hill has been with the Company since 1995 and is responsible for all financial aspects of the Navy support programs, as well as management and oversight of marketing, engineering, program leadership, business management and operations. He is also the Site Executive for all Navy support activities at the Navy's Fleet Readiness Center Southwest; he is responsible for all the Company's operational activities and program execution at Fleet locations throughout the U.S. and Pacific. Previously, Mr. Hill served in the U.S. Navy for 25 years. In his last assignment, as Aviation Maintenance Officer for the Commander-in-Chief, U.S. Pacific Fleet, he was responsible for monitoring productivity and operational support for all aviation units. Mr. Hill received his Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Maryland, a Masters of Business Administration degree from Troy State University and a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Columbia University.

Mr. DeLong is currently responsible for all quality-related controls and business systems including supervision of the IS&T division, information and physical security for all D3 locations. During his tenure at D3, he has served as a Manager of Special Projects in which he helped senior government managers develop policies and procedures. As Director of IS&T, he supervised restructuring and upgrading the IS&T infrastructure at D3. He also served as a Senior Staff Analyst responsible for projects valued in excess of $4.0 million. Mr. DeLong brings more than 40 years of management experience to the Company. Mr. DeLong served 27 years in the U.S. Navy, where he specialized in naval weapons systems. His experience includes conducting over 4,000 hours of training on various ships, and aircraft at Naval Air Stations. He holds a Master Training Certification from the Navy.

Ms. Stender serves as the Executive Director of the Program Management Office. Her department facilitates information flow throughout the company and to our clients. Ms. Stender's responsibilities revolve around creating a foundation for consistent project success. She draws upon 20 years of aerospace engineering experience when developing and implementing tools and processes to track budgets, schedules, and quality standards for all projects. Ms. Stender has extensive experience working with major OEMs such as Lockheed Martin and Boeing. This gives her a solid understanding of aerospace industry methods. Her background includes experience in design engineering, configuration management, design verification, product data management, process development and implementation.

Mr. Teman has been with the Company since 2000 in various managerial roles. He is currently responsible for overseeing all commercial engineering operations. He began at D3 as a primary design contact for structural components for the 777-300ER at Boeing. He was then appointed Director of Business Development and was a key driver behind D3 winning the JSF contract. Mr. Teman has over 20 years of program/project engineering experience, including 10 years at Boeing. He holds a patent for the development of a new concept, six-component force transducer for use in aerodynamic wind tunnels. He also held a position as an Advanced Project Engineer with the 3M Company where he helped lead their first Just-In-Time Manufacturing project. Mr. Teman received both his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of North Dakota.
