Mr. Hill has been with the Company since 1995 and is responsible for all financial aspects of the Navy support programs, as well as management and oversight of marketing, engineering, program leadership, business management and operations. He is also the Site Executive for all Navy support activities at the Navy's Fleet Readiness Center Southwest; he is responsible for all the Company's operational activities and program execution at Fleet locations throughout the U.S. and Pacific. Mr. DeLong is currently responsible for all quality-related controls and business systems including supervision of the IS&T division, information and physical security for all D3 locations. During his tenure at D3, he has served as a Manager of Special Projects in which he helped senior government managers develop policies and procedures. As Director of IS&T, he supervised restructuring and upgrading the IS&T infrastructure at D3. He also served as a Senior Staff Analyst responsible for projects valued in excess of $4.0 million. Mr. DeLong brings more than 40 years of management experience to the Company. Mr. DeLong served 27 years in the U.S. Navy, where he specialized in naval weapons systems. His experience includes conducting over 4,000 hours of training on various ships, and aircraft at Naval Air Stations. He holds a Master Training Certification from the Navy.
