Keigo Hayakawa is the President of DNP IMS America Corp. He has a bachelor s degree in Economics from Keio University in Japan. Hayakawa has been with DNP for over 20 years. He joined DNP directly after college working in DNP s business forms division where he handled sales of plastic cards, business forms and data processing services. In 1989, he joined DNP s newly formed Information Media Supplies division where he continued his role in sales. In 1994, Hayakawa moved to Concord, NC to become DNP IMS Amercia Corp. s Sales Manager. He stayed in the US for five years before returning to Japan in 1999. Hayakawa s most recent position in Japan was General Manager of Sales for DNP s Information Media Supplies division. His responsibilities included overseeing the growth and development of DNP s barcode and dye sublimation products. He now returns to the US as DNP IMS America Corp. s newest President. He looks forward to continuing the momentum and growth DNP IMS America Corp. has experienced over the past ten years of operation. Keigo enjoys playing golf, tennis and cooking. He is happy to be back in the US and back in the Charlotte, NC area.

Brett Cameron is the Senior Vice President of Sales/Marketing for Dai Nippon IMS (America) Corp. He has a dual bachelor's degree in Business Administrations and Psychology from St. John's University in Minnesota. Upon graduation from college, he joined AT&T for three years as a National Account Manager. He worked with Datamax Corp. as a Regional Sales Manager in Minnesota and was promoted to their corporate offices in Orlando, FL as Director of Product Management. He then moved into their Marketing department as Director of Marketing and finally Director of Marketing/Global Distribution. Brett joins DNP with over 7 years experience in the AIDC Industry. He enjoys spending time with his family and reading autobiographies. He is an accomplished golfer and continues to play in various amateur golf tournaments throughout the year.

Ernie Giavedoni is the Vice President of Plant Operations for Dai Nippon IMS (America) Corp. He attended Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH and served in the US Army's Military Intelligence division for 7 years. With over 28 years experience in quality control and manufacturing management, Ernie began working with DNP over 6 years ago as the Quality Assurance Manager. Hired to implement ISO registration for the Concord facility, he achieved dual ISO registration in less than 8 months. In 1999, he became Director of Plant Operations and in January 2002 was promoted to Vice President of Plant Operations. Ernie has published numerous textbooks on precision measurement. He is also a professional sculptor and fine arts photographer. His artwork is displayed in various museums, corporate collections and key private collections across 4 continents. He also enjoys fishing, gardening, reading and good wine. He is fluent in both Italian and Hungarian.
