Prior to joining Dairy Foods as Technical Editor in 1993, Donna specialized in product development of natural and specialty cheeses at Kraft Foods. Before Kraft, she worked at Best Foods in quality assurance, and at the Edlong Corp. as a sensory and applications technician. She holds a B.S. in food science from the University of Illinois. She is an active member of the Institute of Food Technologists and frequently speaks at industry events.
