Brian is responsible for overseeing all of the company's internal operations, including Digital Imaging, DigitalCinema, and Semiconductor businesses. Brian joined DALSA in 1985, taking on roles of progressively increasing responsibility. Prior to his appointment to Chief Operating Officer in 2006, he was President, Digital Imaging, since 1999, Vice President Operations from 1997 and Vice President, Manufacturing and Engineering from 1986. He has participated in and managed Application Specific Contracts and product developments, working closely with customers and markets to ensure good product and market fit. He has also participated in evaluating and integrating six acquisitions that the Company has completed from 1999 to present.

Wajid joined DALSA in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. He previously headed the finance function for Advanced Micro Devices' (AMD) second largest business unit. Prior to AMD, Wajid was Group Controller for the Personal Computer Business Unit at ATI Technologies. He has also held several other controllership and operational roles at ATI in their Desktop Business Unit.

Gary Van Fleet has 30 plus years in the Film & Television industry; starting out as a Production Assistant in 1976 and continuing as a freelance Property Master and Producer on Feature Films, TV Commercials and Music Videos. In 1995 Gary shifted his career to motion picture equipment rentals, and has overseen hundreds of equipment packages for studio feature films and network television projects including the most recent episodes of A"Star WarsA" and the TV series A"RebaA". Gary is currently working with the team at DALSA Digital Cinema, a full service rental facility located in Woodland Hills, California. Savvas founded DALSA in 1980. He was the CEO from its inception until August 2007. Presently at DALSA, as Executive Chairman, he has the duties of the CTO and Chairman of the board. Under his leadership DALSA has grown world wide from few employees to more than 1000 employees with revenues of $186 million in 2006. During his tenure as CEO he was responsible for corporate strategy, strategic technology direction, long-term planning, and setting the direction of the company's culture. He was educated in England and has M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from Southampton University. He is highly regarded as a pioneer in the field of digital imaging. He has published more than 150 papers in scientific journals in the area of CCDs, MOSFET's and silicon semiconductor devices and has authored and co-authored more than 20 patents. He has been awarded many honors, some of these include: In 1991 he was elected Fellow of IEEE; in 1993 he received the ITAC/ NSERC award in recognition of his outstanding contribution to academic research in information technology; in 2004 he received the Automated Imaging Association Life Time Achievement award for World Industry Leadership in imaging; and in April 2007 he was awarded the Ontario Premier's Catalyst award for life time achievement in innovation; in June 2007 was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Engineering Degree by the University of Waterloo for his industrial contributions. In July 2008 he was inducted as a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering.

Ms. Perry is Managing Partner of MaxxCap Corporate Finance Inc., a financial advisory services firm. Previously, she was Vice President & Director, Investment Banking, at RBC Dominion Securities. She is currently Chair of the Board of Directors of St. Josephs' Health Centre and has served as a director of the Independent Electricity System Operator, BankWorks Trading Inc., Irwin Toy Limited and the Bloorview MacMillan Children's Foundation. She also serves as a committee member for the Institute of Corporate Directors. Ms. Perry has expertise in finance, capital markets, corporate financial management and project engineering. Ms. Perry is a member of the Audit Committee, the Corporate Governance Committee, Mergers and Acquisitions Committee, and the Management and Information Committee.

Dr. Jullien holds the iCORE Chair in Advanced Technology Information Processing Systems at the University of Calgary. His expertise is in integrated circuits, computers, signal processing and machine vision, and he has conducted research in these areas for more than 35 years. Dr Jullien is also a member of the Board of Directors of Micronet R&D and the Board of Directors of CMC (formerly Canadian Microelectronics Corporation). He has published widely in his fields of interest and has a good understanding of the digital imaging and semiconductor industries. Dr. Jullien is the Chair of the Technical Advisory Committee and a member of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee, the Nominations Committee, and the Management and Information Committee.
