"Gary L. Convis is Vice Chairman for Dana Holding Corporation. He retired in 2007 as the Chairman of Toyota Manufacturing, Kentucky and Executive Vice President of Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America, Inc., where he had served since 2002. Prior to serving in these roles, Gary spent 16 years at New United Motor Manufacturing, Inc., and more than 20 years in various roles with General Motors Corporation and Ford Motor Company. He is also a board member of Cooper-Standard Automotive Inc. and Compass Automotive Group, Inc. "

John M. Devine is Executive Chairman of Dana Holding Corporation. He is the former Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of General Motors Corporation, where he served from 2001 to mid-2006. Prior to joining GM, John served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fluid Ventures, LLC. Previously, he spent 32 years at Ford Motor Company, where he last served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. John is also a board member of Amerigon Incorporated.

Harro Burmann, is president of Dana’s South American operations. In this role, he has responsibility for unifying, advancing, and profitably growing Dana’s operations in South America, as well as coordinating Dana’s activities throughout the region. Burmann began his Dana career in 1989 as a mechanical engineer trainee in the Engineering Department of the Albarus forging facility in Gravatai, Brazil. He subsequently held leadership positions in product groups serving each of our primary markets (automotive, commercial vehicle, and off-highway). Most recently, Burmann served as vice president of Integrated Supply Chain for Dana’s Commercial Vehicle business with additional leadership responsibility for our North and South American Off-Highway operations. Burmann earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UFRGS – Federal University in Porto Alegre, Brazil, as well as a post-graduate degree in Quality Engineering at PUC Catholic University in Porto Alegre.

Ken Cao, 45, joined Dana in October 2008 as president of Asia Pacific Operations. In this role, he is responsible for coordinating growth and activities across Dana’s 18 operations in the Asia Pacific region. Cao joined Dana after 23 years in the automotive industry, including several international leadership assignments. Most recently, he served as president of Asia Pacific Operations for GKN Sinter Metals, based in Shanghai. Prior to joining GKN, Cao served as vice president and general manager - China for Magna Donnelly from 2002 to 2007. He was general manager of Magneti Marelli’s facilities based in Shanghai and Guangzhou, China, from 1998 to 2002. Previously, he also worked for General Motors Corporation and Cummins Engine Company in the USA. Cao earned a Bachelor of Science degree in automotive engineering from the GMI Engineering and Management Institute in Flint, Mich., as well as a master’s degree in engineering from The University of Toronto, and an MBA in finance and general management from the University of Michigan.Cao is also a graduate of Nanjing Mechanical College in Nanjing, China, and completed an executive development program in global leadership at UCLA.

Mark Wallace, 42, is president of Global Operations for Dana. He joined Dana in October 2008 as president of Operational Excellence, with a focus on operational planning, process engineering, and manufacturing footprint optimization (MFO). Wallace came to Dana after nearly 20 years in the automotive industry. He spent more than a decade in leadership roles at subsidiaries of Webasto A.G., a leading supplier of open roof systems and thermosystems. Most recently, he served as president and CEO of Webasto Products N.A.; other positions included COO, general manager, and plant manager. Among his achievements at Webasto were: standardized production systems (based on the Toyota Production System), a stronger product development process, solid business growth, and customer recognition for the company’s North American manufacturing plants. Prior to joining Webasto, Wallace worked in various quality and production positions at Magna International and Cooper Automotive. Wallace earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee.

Marty Bryant, 39, is president of Dana’s Light Vehicle Driveline Products and Structural Products groups. He joined Dana in 2008 as vice president of Operational Excellence - North America and was also been responsible for the day-to-day management of the Driveshaft Products Group’s North American assembly plants. He was later named president of Driveshaft Products and, subsequently, president of Dana’s combined driveshaft and light axle operations, which compose the Light Vehicle Driveline Products Group. In 2009, he added responsibility for Dana’s Structural Products Group. Bryant came to Dana from Webasto Roof Systems, a German supplier of sunroofs, heaters, and air-conditioners, primarily to vehicle manufacturers. As vice president and general manager, he was responsible for assembly and stamping operations and pre-production engineering in North America. Before Webasto, he spent six years at Toyota Motor Manufacturing’s Georgetown, Ky., manufacturing complex, where he advanced through various positions in the quality and engineering areas. Bryant earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in university studies with an emphasis in business, industrial technology, and sociology. He served in the U.S. Army and also on the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.

Nick Stanage, 50, is president of Dana’s Heavy Vehicle Products Group, encompassing the company’s operations serving the global commercial vehicle and off-highway markets.Stanage joined Dana in 2005 as vice president and general manager of the company’s Commercial Vehicle Group and was subsequently promoted to lead the combined commercial vehicle and off-highway operations.Stanage came to Dana from Honeywell, Inc., where he last served as vice president and general manager of the Engine Systems and Accessories division, which is associated with the company's aerospace operations. He began his career with Honeywell in 1986 as an engineer. His subsequent roles at Honeywell included serving as marketing manager for Aerospace Equipment Systems, director of Engineering and Program Management, vice president of Operations, and vice president of Integrated Supply Chain and Technology for the company's Consumer Products Group, which produces a variety of automotive products. He began his career as an engineer with Clark Equipment Company. Stanage earned his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering at Western Michigan University and his master's degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. He is also a graduate of the executive leadership program at the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).

Ralf Goettel, 42, is president of Sealing Products and Thermal Products for Dana Holding Corporation.Goettel began his career in 1991 with Ford of Europe as a development engineer for engine components. He joined Dana’s former Victor Reinz Division in 1993 as an application engineer. In 1995, he was promoted to account manager for Ford and Nissan, with responsibility for the group’s first global project team, which was instrumental in the successful introduction of the multi-layer steel technology to Ford worldwide. In 1997, Goettel was named O.E. sales manager for Victor Reinz Europe.In 1999, he was promoted to general manager of Victor Reinz Europe, and he was subsequently named vice president and general manager of the Victor Reinz Europe, where he was influential in transforming Victor Reinz from a gasket supplier to a leading sealing systems & solutions provider. He next served as vice president and general manager of Sealing Products and, in 2005, was named president of Sealing Products.In 2007, Goettel assumed the added responsibility of president of Thermal Products. Based in Germany, Goettel is a graduate of the Technical University of Aachen, Germany, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and specialization in combustion engine development. He speaks German, English, and French.

Bruce Carver is vice president and chief information officer. Bruce came to Dana in 2004 from PepsiCo, a leading global food and beverage company where he served as vice president and division chief information officer for the $8.5 billion PepsiCo Beverage and Foods Division. He serves on Dana's Executive and Operating committees.

Eric Schwarz, is chief purchasing officer of Dana Holding Corporation. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading Dana’s global purchasing activities across all product groups.Schwarz came to Dana in December 2008 after two decades in purchasing and program management. He most recently served as vice president, Business Development and Global Supply Chain Management at BorgWarner Transmission Systems, a role he had held since 2006. He joined BorgWarner in 2001 as vice president of Global Supply Management, based in Auburn Hills, Mich. From 1994 to 2001, he served in several purchasing and program management capacities at Lexmark International, Inc., based in Lexington, Ky. Schwarz began his career at IBM Corporation’s Federal Systems Division in Manassas, Va., where he served in several roles with increasing responsibility from 1988 to 1994. Schwarz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and a master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. In addition, he earned lifetime certification as a Certified Purchasing Manager from the Institute for Supply Management in Tempe, Ariz.

George Constand, is chief technical officer of Dana Holding Corporation. Constand joined Dana in 2005 as vice president of global engineering for the company’s light axle operations. He joined Dana after a 20-year career at Visteon Corporation and Ford Motor Company. At Visteon, he served as director of chassis driveline engineering and, prior to that position, as director of quality for North America and Asia-Pacific. As Visteon’s top quality leader, Constand helped implement standardized processes throughout its global manufacturing base. As a plant manager at Ford, he ran a major axle, driveshaft, and transmission operation in Sterling Heights, Mich. His experience also included positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of manufacturing engineering and planning, product design and engineering, program launches, and the development and management of technical centers. In these roles, Constand became a Six Sigma Champion and an active leader of lean manufacturing techniques and stage-gate development processes. His career at Visteon and Ford included management positions internationally as well, particularly in Europe. Constand earned a bachelor’s degree and Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan.

"Jim Yost, 59, joined Dana as executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer in May, 2008. Yost came to Dana from Hayes Lemmerz International, Inc., where he had most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer with responsibility for the automotive supplier’s global financial and information technology functions. He joined Hayes Lemmerz in 2002 after 27 years at Ford Motor Company, from which he retired in 2001 as vice president of Corporate Strategy. At Ford, he also held positions as vice president and Chief Information Officer, executive director of Corporate Finance, general auditor and executive director of Finance Process and Systems Development, finance director of Ford Europe, and controller of Autolatina (South America). Yost earned a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in computer science from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md. He also earned a Masters of business administration degree in finance from the University of Chicago. "

Bob Marcin, 63, is chief administrative officer of Dana Holding Corporation. Marcin joined Dana in 2008 following a successful 35-year career spanning several disciplines and industries. Prior to joining Dana he served as senior vice president, Human Resources and Corporate Relations for Visteon Corporation based in Van Buren Township, Mich., from which he retired in 2007.Previously, he served in a number of senior labor relations and human resources positions at Ford Motor Company’s world headquarters. Marcin also spent significant time at two Ford subsidiaries, serving as executive vice president and director of Human Resources at First Nationwide Financial Corporation in San Francisco, Calif., and director of Industrial Relations for Ford Aerospace & Communications Corporation in Palo Alto, Calif. Marcin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Sciences from the State University of New York and an M.B.A. from California State University. He also serves on the Karmanos Cancer Institute Board in Detroit, Mich., and is Vice Chairman of the Board of the American Society of Employers.

Ted Stenger has served in this role since March of 2006. Ted has more than 20- years of experience assisting major corporations in performance improvement and corporate turnarounds. He most recently served as Chief Restructuring Officer at Fleming Companies, Treasurer at Kmart Corporations, and restructuring advisor to Allied Holdings. He is a Managing Director of AlixPartners, LLC. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was in the Corporate Finance Group of Ernst and Young. He serves on Dana's Executive and Operating committees.

"Marc Levin, 54, is senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary of Dana. Levin developed a broad knowledge of Dana by serving in various roles such as Automotive Systems Group business group counsel, division counsel for both on- and off-highway operations, and counsel for the Asia Pacific region. He also was involved in virtually all of the company’s major domestic and international acquisitions and divestitures over the past 15 years.In 2005, he was named deputy general counsel for Dana and, in 2007, was named acting general counsel and acting secretary. He was named to his current role in 2008. Levin earned a bachelor’s degree from Washington & Lee University (1976) and Juris Doctor degree from Washington University (1979). "

Rich Spriggle is vice president of Human Resources for Dana. He joined Dana in 1997 with its acquisition of Clark-Hurth Components. Prior to his current role, Rich served as Dana's global Y2K project leader and vice president for Administration. He serves on Dana's Executive and Operating committees.

Art has over 30 years experience in public accounting as a CPA and Certified Valuation Analyst, having spent four of those years at the helm of Arthur Dana & Company before forming Lazard Dana LLP in 2002. Art demonstrates great finesse in addressing complex business, financial and accounting issues. Art brings to Lazard Dana extensive experience in litigation support services providing accounting, tax and business analysis to attorneys attempting to glean the true facts from a maze of data. He combines his valuation credentials with his considerable experience providing expert witness testimony in accounting and tax matters. When a closely held business needs to be valued, Art brings his Certified Valuation Analyst credential to bear on the complex issue of providing a credible estimate of value of a company where there is no established market for its equity. This expertise is used to value family owned businesses for estate tax purposes, purchase price allocations for financial reporting and income tax purposes, buy-sell agreements and marital dissolutions. Art's tax training and skill allow him to provide advice on a variety of complex tax planning issues including merger and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and general tax planning. Art began his career as an agent with the Internal Revenue Service in Alabama. David Hess, regional business development manager has joined Preferred Sourcing with 27 years of automotive component manufacturing and quality experience. He spent much of his career with Dana Corporation. Dave's broad background includes launching QS-9000 and TS-16949 in large manufacturing operations. As Supplier Quality Manager for Dana's axle divisions, he drove rapid PPM reductions through the US and international supply base. Dave has also consulted for several manufacturers on TPS and Lean principles lending them valuable guidance leading to positive financial turn-around.

Jack Brooks, who is a National Sales Manager for Dana Corporation, is a relatively newcomer to Ontario's thriving NHRA and IHRA legal Stock eliminator scene. In 1999, Brooks acquired a meticulously restored 1967 Chevy Camaro in race ready form from fellow Canadian drag racer Mike Savelle. The car was campaigned for two seasons in F/SA class trim using a 275 HP 327 CID engine that was built at Siefker Automotive (Essex, ON). Brooks employs a 2-speed automatic transmission built by Bill Little (Belmont Automotive) which delivers power to a 12-bolt Chevy rear end assembly and ultimately Goodyear rear slicks. For carburetion, Brooks uses a 4-barrel Rochester mounted on a cast iron Chevrolet intake manifold. The camshaft and pistons are Lunati and the exhaust headers are Hooker. Brooks Racing debuted a new power train in 2001 with the installation of a Siefker Automotive-built 350 CID motor. That engine, which features Vortec heads and an aluminium intake manifold is rated at 330 HP will make the car a legal F/CM (crate motor). A performance improvement into the lower 11 seconds zone and near 118 mph is expected. Brooks Racing will focus on the Can-Am Stock/Super Stock series as well as regional IHRA competition. Despite being new to the circuit, Brooks has so far managed impressive finishes in the Dana/Smith Performance Specialities-sponsored Stock/Super Stock series. He has two event runner-up finishes to his credit, and placed 7th and 11th in final points in 1999 and 2000 respectively. At the August race in Norwalk Brooks was runner up in F/SA class elimination In addition to his on track activities, Jack Brooks is recognized for his staunch and influential behind the scenes support of Canada's drag racing scene. Jacqui Dedo, 47, is senior vice president of Strategy and Business Development for Dana Holding Corporation. Jacqui joined Dana in 2008 after more than 20 years in leadership roles within the automotive industry. Most recently, she served as senior vice president of innovation and growth at The Timken Company based in Canton, Ohio She joined Timken in 2004 as president of the company’s $1.5 billion Global Automotive Group.Prior to joining Timken, she served in leadership roles at Motorola, from 2001 to 2004; Covisint LLC, from 2000 to 2001; Robert Bosch Corporation, from 1987 to 2000; and Cadillac Motor Car Company, from 1983 to 1986. Jacqui earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Kettering University in Flint, Mich. Marjorie A. Farris is co-chair of the firm's Class Action Defense Practice Group and has actively defended more than 50 class actions nationwide. Notably, she helped to secure the dismissal of an alleged nationwide annuity class action. Ms. Farris focuses on class action defense, complex business litigation, products liability and general liability defense work. "Mark A. Schulz, 55, is the former President of International Operations of the Ford Motor Company, where he spent 32 years in a variety of global roles. Mr. Schulz serves as a member of several boards, including the National Committee of United States-China Relations, the United States-China Business Council, and the National Bureau of Asian Research. He is also a member of the International Advisory Board for the President of the Republic of the Philippines. Mr. Schulz is also currently a board member of YRC Worldwide Inc. "

Mark T. Gallogly, 50, is Managing Partner of Centerbridge Partners, L.P., a multi-strategy private investment firm. Prior to co-founding Centerbridge, Mr. Gallogly served as a Senior Managing Director of The Blackstone Group from 1994 to 2005, heading the firm’s Private Equity Group from 2003 to 2005.

Stephen J. Girsky, 45, is President of Centerbridge Industrial Partners, LLC. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Mr. Girsky was the Special Adviser to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of General Motors Corporation from 2005 to 2006. Prior to joining GM, Mr. Girsky was managing director at Morgan Stanley and the senior analyst of the Morgan Stanley Global Automotive and Auto Parts Research Team.

Mr. Keating has been on the board of Accuride Corporation, a manufacturer of steel and forged aluminum wheels for vehicles, from 2005 to January 2009. He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from January 2007 to October 2007 and from 2002 to 2006 he was the Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Keating is also a director of Dana Corporation, the Heavy Duty Manufacturer s Association and St. Mary s Medical Center.
