Mr. Kurstein began his career at Danaher following the acquisition of Radiometer in 2004. He has served as President of Radiometer since 1987. Prior to joining Danaher, Mr. Kurstein has held increasingly responsible positions at Pfizer, Inc., in New York and Shiley, Inc. in California. Mr. Kurstein earned his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1981. He is a member of the boards of Foss A/S, H. Lundbeck A/S, and Danish-American Business Forum.

Mr. Culp is President and Chief Executive Officer of Danaher Corporation.
Mr. Culp has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Danaher since May 2001. Mr. Culp has played a key role in the creation of the Company’s strategic vision as well as in the development and application of the Danaher Business System. During Mr. Culp’s tenure, Danaher’s revenues have tripled to more than $12 billion and the Company’s market capitalization has doubled to more than $16 billion.
Mr. Culp began his Danaher career in 1990 at Veeder-Root where he became President in 1993. He subsequently became a Group Executive and Corporate Officer in 1995 where he had primary leadership responsibility for Danaher's Environmental and Electronic Test businesses. In 1999 he was appointed Executive Vice President and became Chief Operating Officer in 2000.
Prior to joining Danaher, Mr. Culp held positions with Accenture.
Mr. Culp is a member of the Board of Directors for GlaxoSmithKline, plc. and on the Board of Visitors and Governors for Washington College.
Mr. Culp earned his B.A. from Washington College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Ms. Hulit joined Fluke in June 2005 as President of the Fluke Corporation. Christian Williamson, Chairman , is currently Vice President of Global Market Strategies at Danaher Corporation, a $10 Billion industrial conglomerate which operates within multiple platforms including water treatment. In 2002, Mr. Clark joined Danaher as the Vice President of Global Marketing for Hach Company in Loveland, CO. In August of 2005, as part of his general management career path, he transitioned to a manufacturing position as Operations Manager in order to broaden his knowledge and experience in manufacturing and the Danaher Business System. In 2006, Mr. Clark was named President, Hach Americas and Asia. In 2007, he was named to his current position as President, Hach Lange with responsibility for the Hach, Hach Lange, Lachat, OTT, Hydrolab, and Sigma product lines worldwide. Prior to Danaher, Mr. Clark held increasingly responsible positions with Newell Company, Black and Decker, Teledyne and Ingersoll Rand. Mr. Clark earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Buffalo- Buffalo, NY in 1982.
Margaret graduated the University of Iowa and joined Smart & Associates after working at Danaher. As Chief of Staff she is the coordinator, connecting clients, Topgrading professionals, publishers, and all the other "moving parts" of our virtual company.

As Executive Vice President and General Manager of the home business unit for Walmart U.S., Linda is responsible for overall strategy, merchandising assortment, brand management, product development and sourcing for home categories including small appliances, domestics, furniture and housewares. Linda joined Wal-Mart in May 2007. Previously, Linda was Executive Vice President of global strategy and business development at Kraft Foods. In that capacity, she was responsible for the development of Kraft’s corporate business strategy including merger and acquisition activities around the world. Prior to Kraft, Linda held a variety of positions at Sara Lee Corporation, including group and division CEO roles of several apparel businesses. Linda grew revenues for these businesses, through increased product innovation and consumer marketing, and drove simultaneous cost reduction in manufacturing, global sourcing, and logistics. Her responsibilities over her fourteen years at Sara Lee included marketing, strategy, and general management roles in both US and international geographies. Linda also has five years’ experience in management consulting with Ernst & Young. Linda earned a BS and MS from the University of North Texas and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
