DanChem Technologies is located in Virginia on a 55-acre rural site close to the City of Danville. It is ideally located on major north-south and east-west interstate corridors with easy access to major centers of the US chemical business on the East Coast and the rapidly growing high technology business and research parks of the Southeast. The plant benefits from the distribution of raw materials and finished chemicals from its own rail siding. An extensive array of both stainless steel and glass-lined reactors are available for the manufacture of specialty fine chemicals, providing a full range of manufacturing capability from pilot scale through to multi-ton bulk. Our experience encompasses continuous batch production in dedicated facilities through to the one-time manufacture of highly specialized intermediates using multiple reactors and auxiliary equipment. These custom manufacturing facilities are supported by a depth of auxiliary equipment. Diked tank farms, dryers, centrifuges, filters, flakers, sifters, hot oil heating, cooling and chilling facilities and heated warehousing can be combined, as needed, to smooth the manufacturing process from beginning to end.
