Victoria Harker is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Victoria joined AES in January 2006. Prior to AES, Victoria held various senior management positions with MCI, Inc., including Acting Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasurer. In addition, she served as Chief Financial Officer of the $15 billion MCI Group, a publicly traded unit of WorldCom Inc., from 1998 to 2000, and oversaw a variety of finance, information technology and operations responsibilities during her fifteen-year tenure at MCI. She also served as a Financial Manager with the Washington, DC law firm Arnold & Porter, LLP. She holds a BA in English and Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance from American University (Washington, DC).

Mr. Otis is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Darden Restaurants, Inc. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Darden Restaurants, Inc., and President of its Smokey Bones Restaurants division, from December 2002 until December 2004. He is a member of the Audit and Nominating and Governance Committees of the Board of Directors.

Salli Setta Executive Vice President, Red Lobster Marketing Salli Setta is Executive Vice President of Red Lobster Marketing and leads the Brand Marketing, Culinary and Beverage, Consumer Insights and Media and Communications teams for a company of 682 restaurants and $2.58 billion in annual sales. Salli joined Red Lobster in April 2005 after serving as Senior Vice President, Culinary and Beverage at Olive Garden for four years. In that role, she led the technical and creative development of Olive Garden’s award-winning menu and wine list, bringing more approachably authentic Italian dishes and extensive selection of wine to Olive Garden guests. In 2003, her culinary team garnered a MenuMaster’s award for “Best Menu Revamp” from Nation’s Restaurant News. In February 2003, Salli received the honor of Restaurant Business’ “Menu Strategist of the Year” in the casual dining industry. That same month, she was named as one of Nation’s Restaurant News’ “Top 50 R&D Culinarians.” Before that, Salli was Vice President of Brand Marketing, managing all local and national marketing and advertising for Olive Garden. She joined Olive Garden in 1990 as a sales promotion assistant and worked in nearly every marketing capacity at the restaurant company. Salli is a 1987 graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Communication. She earned an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology in 1992. Salli is involved with the Women’s Foodservice Forum and participates in Darden Restaurants’ Mentor Program and Diversity Council. Salli lives in Orlando, Florida with her husband Greg and daughter Juliana. She enjoys spending time with her family, working out and reading.

Daisy Ng, age 51, has been our Senior Vice President, Human Resources since June 2009. From October 2005 to June 2009, she was our Senior Vice President of Talent Management. Prior to joining us, she was Chief Learning Officer and Vice President, Workforce Development for Hewlett-Packard, a technology company, from November 2003 to October 2005.

Roger Bing is Vice President of Seafood Purchasing for Darden Restaurants, the world's largest casual dining restaurant company. He is responsible for procuring $850 million in goods from 32 countries worldwide and distributing them to more than 1700 restaurants in the United States and Canada. Bing has been instrumental in bringing together Darden's world-class team of protein suppliers and buyers, who provide all the seafood for the company's six unique brands: Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Longhorn, Bahama Breeze, Seasons 52 and The Capital Grille. He joined Darden in 1998 as Director of Seafood Purchasing and helped develop innovative fresh fish sourcing systems and cost-saving inventory controls. Before joining Darden, Bing spent a good part of his career overseas, particularly in Australia, Asia, Europe and Africa. He started his career as an apprentice in protein production and international trading with Union International in London, a $4 billion global protein production corporation. From there he took on positions of increasing responsibility in protein procurement/distribution and became chief operating officer and general manager of a domestic fresh seafood production and live lobster distribution company in New England. Bing received his Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science & Natural Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He has held numerous leadership positions with significant industry organizations including the National Fishery Institute, the Global Aquaculture Alliance and the International Groundfish Forum. Bing, his wife, Melissa, and their children, Jacquie and Erik, live in Orlando, Florida. He enjoys travel, running and swimming.

Kevin Shaw i91 HRIM is manager of employment for Smokey Bones, a division of Darden Restaurants, in Orlando, Florida. In this current role, he is responsible for overseeing a team that is charged with staffing both new and existing restaurants, maintaining relationships with hospitality programs at various campuses and increasing the diversity of the chainis management. Prior to joining Smokey Bones, Shaw was employed by Eatin Park Hospitality Group for more than a decade as a restaurant manager, manager of recruitment, director of recruitment and finally director of client development. Shaw received the iVolunteer of the Yeari Award from the Penn State Alumni Association in 2000 and the "Emerging Professional" Award from PSHRS in 2001. He has served as a mentor in the College of Health and Human Development Mentoring Program since 2003. Nancy Carter, SCRP, GMS, is Supervisor, Relocation for Darden Restaurants Inc. at their corporate headquarters in Orlando, FL where she has been involved with relocation for 29 of her 35 year tenure with the company. Nancy is responsible for administering Darden's relocation program to all the restaurant brands which include Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Longhorn Steakhouse, Capital Grille and Seasons 52 as well as the corporate office. This includes policy development, overseeing service providers and monitoring their performance, inventory management, monthly reporting and reconciliations to the appropriate HR and finance areas. Nancy received her CRP designation in 1996 and earned Worldwide ERC 's Meritorious Service Award in 2004 and the Distinguished Service Award in 2008. She has served on numerous worldwide ERC Committees and joined the board of directors in 2006. She has also earned her GMS designation in 2006.
