Larry Ellison has been CEO of Oracle Corporation since he founded the company in 1977. He also races sailboats, flies planes, and plays tennis and guitar.

Charles E. Phillips is President of Oracle Corporation and a member of the Board of Directors. He joined Oracle in 2003. Before joining Oracle, Mr. Phillips was with Morgan Stanley, a global investment bank. Prior to Wall Street, Mr. Phillips served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps in the 2nd Battalion, 10th Marines. Mr. Phillips holds a BS in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy, a JD from New York Law School, and an MBA from Hampton University. Mr. Phillips is on the boards of Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City, The American Museum of Natural History, New York Law School, Viacom Inc., and Morgan Stanley. In February 2009, Phillips was appointed as a member to the President's Economic Recovery Advisory Board to provide President Barack Obama and his administration with advice and counsel regarding the economy.

Safra A. Catz has been a President of Oracle Corporation since January 2004 and a Director since October 2001. She served as Oracle’s Chief Financial Officer from November 2005 to September 2008, as Executive Vice President from November 1999 to January 2004, and as Senior Vice President from April 1999 to October 1999. In May 2008, Ms. Catz was also appointed to a three-year term as member of the board of directors for HSBC Holdings plc, one of the world's largest banking and financial services organizations.

Edward Screven is Chief Corporate Architect at Oracle Corporation. Reporting to CEO Larry Ellison, he drives technology and architecture decisions across all Oracle products to ensure that product directions are consistent with Oracle’s overall strategy. An Oracle veteran since 1986, he currently leads companywide strategic initiatives including Unbreakable Linux, standards management, and security.

As vice president, Server Technologies, and chief technology officer (CTO) for mobile, wireless and voice technology at Oracle Corporation, Mr. Christfort is responsible for architecture, product management and development of all mobile, wireless and voice components of Oracle's server products, including Oracle Database 10g Lite, Oracle Application Server 10g Wireless & Voice, and Oracle Collaboration Suite 10g Mobile. Mr. Christfort has been with Oracle since 1997. Before assuming his current role, he led product development for Oracle9 i Application Server Wireless & Voice and prior to that Oracle's wireless application service provider development. Mr. Christfort has also served in a variety of other development, product management and marketing roles within Oracle, including as director of solutions development, leading the team shipping Oracle's first wireless server product. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Christfort was with McKinsey & Co. consulting for Global 500 companies in a variety of industries, including IT and telecommunications. Prior to that, he co-founded and served as CTO of a Danish startup designing industrial PDAs and field force automation software. Mr. Christfort has also served as a special consultant on technology issues to the Danish Government's Foreign Aid Program in West Africa. Mr. Christfort holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer science from University of Copenhagen and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Mr. Christfort serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Open Mobile Alliance, formerly the WAP Forum.

Jeff Epstein is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Oracle Corporation, reporting directly to Oracle President Safra Catz. He is responsible for Oracle’s global controller’s office, finance operations, tax, treasury, real estate, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, internal audits, and customer leasing. Mr. Epstein brings to Oracle 20 years of finance experience as CFO of several public and private companies, including DoubleClick, King World Productions, and ADVO. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Oberon Media, a privately held internet game technology provider and publisher. Mr. Epstein is a member of the board of directors of Priceline.com, where he serves on the audit committee and the compensation committee. Mr. Epstein has an MBA from Stanford Business School, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BA from Yale College, where he graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa.

Judith Sim is Chief Marketing Officer at Oracle Corporation. Ms. Sim joined Oracle in 1991 and has held various customer-related and marketing positions during her tenure. Today, she is head of corporate marketing programs including field marketing, corporate communications, global customer programs, advertising, campaigns, events, and corporate branding. Ms. Sim has a BS from the University of California, Davis.

Mary Ann Davidson is the Chief Security Officer at Oracle, responsible for Oracle product security, as well as security evaluations, assessments, and incident handling. She represents Oracle on the Board of Directors of the Information Technology Information Security Analysis Center, is a member of the Global Chief Security Officer Council, and serves on the editorial advisory board of SC Magazine. She was recently named one of Information Security magazine’s top five “Women of Vision” and is a 2004 Fed100 award recipient from Federal Computer Week. She has served on the Defense Science Board and was recently named to the Center for Strategic and International Studies commission on cybersecurity. Ms. Davidson has a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She has also served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps, where she was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal.

Charles Rozwat is Executive Vice President of Oracle Product Development, reporting to CEO Larry Ellison. Mr. Rozwat is responsible for product strategy, development, and delivery of Oracle’s software product portfolio. Prior to his current position, Mr. Rozwat was Executive Vice President of Oracle’s server technologies group, which is responsible for database, middleware, and systems management products. Before joining Oracle in 1994, Mr. Rozwat spent 17 years with Digital Equipment Corporation, where he held management positions in the database division. His responsibilities included managing corporate strategy, development, advanced development and research, product management, and the marketing of Digital Equipment Corporation’s relational, CODASYL and object database systems, data repository, and development tools. Mr. Rozwat has a BA from Marquette University.

Derek Williams is Executive Vice President of Oracle Corporation. In this role, he provides overall leadership for Oracle Japan. He also serves as the company’s top ambassador for industry, government, and policy within the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Williams has been at the helm of Oracle’s Asia Pacific operations since 1991 and has led Oracle Japan since 2000. Under his overall stewardship, the company’s total revenues in Asia Pacific and Japan have grown to nearly US$3.2 billion in FY08. Today, Oracle has 75 offices in 29 countries in Asia Pacific, including Japan. Among his key accomplishments is the development of Oracle’s business in China and India. Oracle China today operates in more than 24 cities, developing local innovations through its five development and solution centers including the Oracle Asia Research and Development Centers in Beijing and Shenzhen, the E-Government Center of Expertise in Beijing, the Financial Services Industry Center of Expertise in Chengdu, and the Neusoft-Oracle Center of Expertise. In recognition of his contribution to the development of the Chinese software industry, Mr. Williams was awarded an honorary professorship from Shanghai Textile University in 1995. Mr. Williams has grown Oracle’s business in India into one of the company’s top four revenue-generating countries in Asia Pacific, excluding Japan. Oracle India today operates in more than 20 cities, developing local innovations through its three development and solution centers, including the Oracle Asia Research and Development Center in Gurgaon, the Oracle-HP E-Governance Center of Excellence, and the Oracle Retail Center of Expertise in Bangalore. Oracle also has two global development centers as well as Indian hubs for Oracle’s global support, consulting, and financial services operations. Mr. Williams is a member of Oracle’s Executive Committee, a director for Oracle Japan, and a director for Oracle Financial Services Software Limited.

Juergen Rottler is Executive Vice President of Oracle Customer Services. Mr. Rottler is responsible for the Oracle On Demand business unit, overseeing Oracle’s transformation of the software industry by moving software delivery from the traditional offline model to an online software services model. Mr. Rottler is also responsible for the Oracle Support organization, which gives customers access to the most-advanced support organization in the world, and he oversees Oracle University and Oracle’s Global Information Technology division. The global support team drives better results for customers by helping deliver optimal performance for Oracle Applications, including Oracle’s PeopleSoft and Oracle’s JD Edwards product lines. Prior to joining Oracle in 2004, Mr. Rottler was employed with HP from 1986 to 2004. He most recently served as HP’s Senior Vice President of the Public Sector, Healthcare, and Education customer segment, where he was responsible for all aspects of public sector business, strategy, and brand management. Before joining HP, Mr. Rottler was Managing Director of Delphi Consulting Group. Mr. Rottler has a BS in computer science and business administration from Fachhochschule Furtwangen (Germany), and an MBA from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Keith Block is Executive Vice President of Oracle’s North America Sales and Consulting organizations and has held that position since 2002. He has served on Oracle’s Executive Management Committee since 2001. Mr. Block’s responsibilities encompass sales, consulting, and customer satisfaction for a very diverse group of customers spanning many industries. He leads a team of nearly 10,000 people. He has built his organization around industry and product specialization and has transformed the culture to emphasize customer relationships, providing complete solutions with world-class services. He is personally engaged in several strategic customer relationships. Mr. Block joined Oracle in 1986. Prior to his current position, he was Executive Vice President of Oracle’s North America Consulting Group, Senior Vice President of North America Commercial Consulting, Group Vice President of East Consulting, and Vice President of Americas Consumer Packaged Goods Consulting. He began his career at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was a Senior Consultant from 1984 to 1986. Mr. Block has a BS in Information Systems and an MS in management from Carnegie Mellon University. He resides in Lexington, Massachusetts, is a member of the Concord Museum Board of Trustees, and serves on the Board of Visitors of the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University.

Cliff Godwin is the Senior Vice President of Applications Technology at Oracle Corporation. His Applications Technology Group is responsible for ensuring that Oracle Applications effectively leverage Oracle's systems technologies, and for building the common objects and services used throughout Oracle Applications. Specific areas of responsibility include applications architecture, standards, performance, installation, and the Oracle Application Object Library, Oracle Workflow, Oracle XML Gateway and Oracle Alert products. Previous to his current role as senior vice president, Mr. Godwin held a number of roles within the Applications Technology Group, including product manager, group manager, director, and senior director. Mr. Godwin holds M.S. degrees in Mathematics and Operations Research from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Dorian Daley serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Oracle Corporation. She began her career at Oracle in 1992 after spending five years with the commercial litigation group of Landels, Ripley & Diamond in San Francisco. She is a 1986 graduate of the Santa Clara University School of Law and a 1981 graduate of Stanford University. Prior to her appointment as General Counsel, Ms. Daley was a Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Oracle.

As senior vice president of Oracle Fusion Middleware Products, Hasan Rizvi is responsible for the company's Service-Oriented Architecture, Application Server, Communications and Identity Management and Security product development, product management and architecture. Previously Mr. Rizvi was vice president of Oracle Enterprise Manager responsible for the company's Data Center Automation products. Prior to returning to Oracle in 2001, Mr. Rizvi was vice president of Engineering for Corio, Inc. where he led the development of key technologies to enable efficient delivery of software as a service. Prior to that, Mr. Rizvi served as director of OLTP technologies for Oracle, where he was instrumental in development of transaction processing, messaging and queuing and high-end scalability technologies for Oracle Database products. Mr. Rizvi has a M.S. in computer science from Rutgers University and an M.S. in engineering management from Stanford University. He also holds eight patents in the database management area.

Joyce Westerdahl is Senior Vice President, Human Resources (HR) at Oracle Corporation. Her responsibilities encompass all HR functions globally which include compensation, benefits, staffing, diversity, training, organizational development and HRIS. Ms. Westerdahl joined Oracle in 1990 and has held both line and corporate Human Resources positions. She has been a Vice President since July 1996 and has served in her current role as Senior Vice President since April 2000.

Kevin Fitzgerald has been a leader in information technology sales and sales management for more than 25 years. He serves on Oracle's Executive Management Committee and is Senior Vice President for Oracle's Government, Education & Healthcare group, responsible for all Oracle sales activity in the U.S. education, healthcare, federal and state & local government areas. Mr. Fitzgerald previously worked for Oracle from 1987 to 1997 as Vice President and General Manager of the public sector sales group. During his initial tenure, Mr. Fitzgerald served in a number of sales roles, including Vice President of Federal Civilian Sales, where he garnered a host of sales and management awards. He also helped initiate new product development areas and product enhancements, enabling Oracle to meet specialized government requirements. Before returning to Oracle in May 2001, Mr. Fitzgerald was Vice President, Public Sector for customer relationship management software vendor Siebel Systems Inc., launching its government-focused sales group in 1999. Previously, Mr. Fitzgerald was Senior Vice President for Worldwide Sales and Operations at Crossworlds Software Inc., where he was promoted from his slot as Vice President of Americas Sales. After leaving Oracle in 1997, Mr. Fitzgerald moved to Netscape Communications Corp., directing Netscape's transition from browser to enterprise software sales as Vice President of North American Sales. Before arriving at Oracle in 1987, Mr. Fitzgerald was Vice President of Government Operations at NBI, Inc., where he was responsible for sales, marketing, technical support and training for civilian and defense agencies. He began his career in 1976 in a sales position at IBM Corp. Mr. Fitzgerald served in the U.S. Air Force. He received a Bachelor's degree from Boston College.

Since 1985, Mr. Mark Johnson has been a leader in information technology sales and sales management with a focus on the government marketplace. As Senior Vice President for Oracle Public Sector, Mr. Johnson manages all aspects of sales and marketing of Oracle software to federal and state & local governments throughout North America. Under his leadership, Oracle Public Sector business has consistently earned recognition and awards for performance and profitability achievements. Joining Oracle in 1989, Mr. Johnson has held a series of increasingly expanding positions, including Vice President of Civilian Sales, Group Vice President of Federal Sales and Senior Vice President of Oracle Federal Sales. Leading Oracle Public Sector, Mr. Johnson oversees sales to U.S. federal, state & local and K-12 organizations as well as the Canadian government. Additionally, he manages Public Sector Health, Sales Consulting and Business Development, and leads Oracle's partner strategy, customer satisfaction and customer referenceability for the public sector. His responsibilities include ensuring Oracle's products meet the needs of the public sector by working closely with customer advisory boards and the company's Development organization. Mr. Johnson received his bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He has completed numerous executive leadership and sales management training programs during his career. Mr. Johnson resides with his wife, Gretchen, and three children in Leesburg, Va. He is an avid outdoorsman and runner.

Steve Au Yeung is Senior Vice President for Oracle Asia Pacific. In this role, Mr. Au Yeung is responsible for managing Oracle’s operations across the region, including leading the sales and support of Oracle's technology, applications, and industry-specific software business. The role also includes responsibility for business planning and strategy development, customer care, management of Oracle country offices, and Oracle’s alliances and channels partner strategy across the region. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Au Yeung was Senior Vice President and General Manager of BEA's Asia Pacific and Japan business operations. He joined Oracle in June 2008 following Oracle’s acquisition of BEA. Mr. Au Yeung joined BEA in July 2005 from HP Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ), where he spent 18 years in various management positions, including Vice President and General Manager of the Software Global Business Unit for APJ. Under his leadership, HP's software business in Asia achieved significant growth faster than the market average. In January 2005, he was appointed to the board of directors of HP Asia Pacific and Japan. Mr. Au Yeung's experience also includes serving as General Manager of Corporate Sales at Hong Kong Telecom (then a subsidiary of the Hong Kong Cable & Wireless group). In this position, he supervised and managed the sales and marketing organizations as they achieved a sales revenue target of more than US$1 billion. Mr. Au Yeung has an MS in systems analysis and design from City University, London.

Thomas Kurian is Senior Vice President of Oracle Product Development. For the past several years, Mr. Kurian has been responsible for the Oracle Fusion Middleware family of products. Under Mr. Kurian’s leadership, the Oracle Fusion Middleware business became the fastest-growing business within Oracle, and in less than five years, crossed the US$1 billion milestone in FY06. In January 2008, Mr. Kurian was appointed to lead, and complete, the development process for next-generation Oracle Fusion Applications, which are built on Oracle Fusion Middleware. He is responsible for product strategy, shaping all technological aspects of the Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Fusion Applications development, release process, management, and business development. Mr. Kurian has been with Oracle since 1996, holding various product management and development positions in Oracle’s server technologies group. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Kurian worked in London, Brussels, and San Francisco as a consultant with McKinsey and Company, an international management-consulting firm, serving clients in the software, telecommunications, and financial services industries. Mr. Kurian has a BA in electrical engineering from Princeton University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He also has an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. He serves as an advisory member on the boards of several international venture funds and software companies.

Chris Leone is group vice president of applications product strategy for Oracle's Fusion applications suite inclusive of the ERP and CRM functional domains. In this role, Mr. Leone is responsible for driving the business requirements, functional investment priorities and broader business strategies for these areas. Mr. Leone is also responsible for the strategy and development process of the emerging GRC applications suite. For the last 16 years, Mr. Leone has been developing enterprise software applications for large and mid-enterprise companies. At PeopleSoft, Mr. Leone was responsible for the product management activities of the company's Financial Management and Enterprise Performance Management product lines. Prior to joining PeopleSoft, Mr. Leone was vice president of marketing and product management at Hyperion where he was responsible for product strategy of business performance management solutions. Prior to joining Hyperion, Mr. Leone was the vice president of sales and sales operations for a startup venture focused on developing financial and performance management applications targeted at mid-enterprise companies. Mr. Leone earned his bachelor's degree in accounting and finance and a master's in finance and management from Loyola Marymount University.

Lenley Hensarling is a Group Vice President at Oracle, responsible for the strategy and roadmap of Oracle's JD Edwards applications. In this role, Mr. Hensarling's is also focused on enabling Oracle to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions that help midsize companies reduce complexities and stay competitive. Prior to his position at Oracle, Mr. Hensarling was Vice President, Product Management and Strategy for the EnterpriseOne product line at PeopleSoft. Mr. Hensarling was part of the executive staff at JD Edwards and was Group Vice President for Product Management. Before joining JD Edwards, Mr. Hensarling held senior management roles at the networking and system software company Novell and at Enterworks, a startup focused on data and process integration to facilitate inter-company collaboration. Mr. Hensarling holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Maha Muzumdar is Vice President, Supply Chain Marketing at Oracle, where he helps formulate, define and drive the market strategy for Oracle's supply chain applications, including go-to-market planning and thought leadership campaigns. Mr. Muzumdar brings to Oracle more than 15 years of professional supply chain experience. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Muzumdar was Vice President Supply Chain at Aspen Technology, where he had overall responsibility for supply chain applications marketing. Mr. Muzumdar also held senior positions with the management consulting practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers (IBM) and Ernst & Young (CGEY). In these roles, he was involved in global, multi-million dollar engagements covering complex implementations in supply chain, reengineering, process improvement and ERP in the consumer and industrial products industry. Mr. Muzumdar holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Business Administration and is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and Kent State University. He actively develops and promotes Oracle's relationship with leading industry associations and academic institutions including APICS, the Supply Chain Council, Stanford University and the Stanford Supply Chain Forum.

Manjit Kour is vice president, corporate communications of Oracle Corporation, Asia Pacific Division and Japan. Based in Singapore, Ms. Kour provides strategic counsel on external and internal communications issues and handles all aspects relating to public relations and corporate communications across the Asia Pacific region and Japan. She has 30 years of corporate communications experience spanning a diverse range of industry sectors and countries, having worked with companies in Singapore, Australia and Malaysia. Prior to joining Oracle, Ms. Kour was senior director with Hill & Knowlton in Singapore where she provided counsel to a wide range of clients on media relations, investor relations, crisis and issues management, employee communications, analysts relations, etc in the banking and financial, energy, technology, property, healthcare, manufacturing and tourism sectors, among others. Before that, she handled public affairs and corporate communications for Mobil Oil in Singapore and Malaysia and moved on after seven years with Mobil to work in Australia, still in the field of corporate communications. Ms Kour returned to Singapore in 1993 to head up corporate communications at DBS Land. She started her career in corporate communications with the Jurong Town Corporation in 1975. Ms. Kour holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) Degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Singapore.

Ashish Mohindroo is senior director, Product Marketing, at Oracle. He manages a team that is responsible for product strategy and global marketing for Oracle Fusion Middleware and service-oriented architecture products and solutions. Under his leadership, Oracle’s SOA products are the fastest growing components of Oracle Fusion Middleware, Ashish has 14+ years of experience with Middleware and CRM technologies. Prior to joining Oracle, he worked at BEA Systems, where he was responsible for defining the product strategy for BEA WebLogic Portal. Ashish holds a Bachelors degree in computer science from The University of Texas at Austin.

Since November of 2002, Mark Brown has served as the director of outbound product management for Oracle Collaboration Suite at Oracle Corporation. He is responsible for working with customers and partners to apply Oracle Collaboration Suite to their individual business situations. His group also organizes product requirements and helps drive the future direction of Oracle's collaboration product. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Brown was the director of product management for Intraspect (now Vignette), where he helped define and drive the Intraspect workplace solution as well as Intraspect's application strategy. In the 1990's, Mr. Brown spent five years at Microsoft as a manager in its developer relations group where he was a lead for Windows 9x, BackOffice and Internet technology evangelism. Prior to Microsoft, Mr. Brown worked in a variety of technical and management roles at Lockheed and Intel. Mr. Brown has a master's degree in engineering management from Santa Clara University and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from San Jose State University.

Ron Hanscome is the Vice President of Human Capital Management Marketing at Oracle Corporation. He serves as a thought leader and evangelist for the human resources (HR) product line. Mr. Hanscome has more than twenty years of experience with HR systems, acting as a consultant, practitioner and vendor for companies including United HealthGroup, Medtronic, Watson Wyatt, Ceridian and Lawson Software. Prior to joining Oracle, he was a research analyst with META Group, where he covered HCM applications and services markets, including core HRMS, best-of-breed applications, and HR outsourcing providers. Mr. Hanscome is a frequent conference presenter and has been on numerous panels discussing the future of human resources and HR technology. He has been an active member of the International Human Resources Information Management Association since 1985, holding a number of local and national leadership roles, including chair of the Magazine Editorial Committee. He has also been a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 1993.

Somesh Bhagat is Senior Director of Marketing for Oracle India. He is a sales and marketing professional, having over 19 years of experience in Indian and South East Asian IT industry, working in leading software and IT multinationals. Somesh specializes in solution and software marketing and sales. His interests are understanding business value of technology to organizations, and propagating as to how they can achieve this through the use of IT. In Oracle India, the key thrusts that have been successful are enhanced awareness of Oracle E–Business Suite, Oracle Application Server, and higher end options of Oracle Database. Oracle has enhanced its perception in the market as an enterprise infrastructure software player, as opposed to pure data base company. It has won many awards like the PC Quest Users Choice awards for newer areas like ERP, Application Server, and Business Intelligence, in addition to the ubiquitous Database award. One of the campaigns on E–Business Suite Special Edition also won the Dainik Bhaskar India Marketing Award 2004 for ‘Below the Line’ promotion category. The organisation has also made a successful entry into the vertical solutions areas in the sectors of e–Governance, FSI, Telecom and Manufacturing. Somesh has had a key role to play in this transformation, the key objective being to demonstrate measurable revenue impact of marketing. Somesh has been involved in large–scale CRM, call center implementations, distribution and channel management, and national sales management, for a more rounded experience, apart from direct marketing, community marketing, e–marketing, web marketing, and other elements of marcom. Prior to joining Oracle, Somesh has worked in Microsoft and NIIT Limited. His education has been in electronics and communications engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, and in management from IIM Calcutta. He plays tennis on the weekends, and is working on improving his handicap in Golf! He loves watching action movies.

Jeffrey O. Henley is Chairman of Oracle Corporation. He has held this position since January 2004. Mr. Henley was Oracle’s Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President from March 1991 to July 2004, and he has been a member of Oracle’s Board of Directors since June 1995. He also serves on Oracle’s Executive Management Committee. Prior to joining Oracle in 1991, Mr. Henley served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Pacific Holding Company, a privately held company with diversified interests in manufacturing and real estate, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Saga Corporation, a multibillion-dollar food service company. He also served as Director of Finance at Memorex Corporation in its large storage division, and as Controller of International Operations at Fairchild Camera and Instrument Corporation. Mr. Henley is a member of the Board of Governors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and serves on both The Chancellor’s Advisory Council and the International Advisory Council of the Engineering College for the University of California at Santa Barbara. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of CallWave, Inc., a developer of applications that make phones and computers compatible, and serves on the Advisory Board of InTouch Technologies, a provider of remote presence solutions for healthcare providers. Mr. Henley has a BA in economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and an MBA in finance from UCLA. In 2004, he received the UCLA Anderson School’s Outstanding Alumnus award.

Jeffrey S. Berg has served as a member of the Oracle Board of Directors since February 1997. He has been a member of the Committee on Compensation and Management Development and the Nomination and Governance Committee since October 2001. Mr. Berg has been an agent in the entertainment industry for over 35 years, and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of International Creative Management, Inc., a talent agency for the entertainment industry, since 1985. He has served as Co-Chair of California's Council on Information Technology and was President of the Executive Board of the College of Letters and Sciences at the University of California at Berkeley. He is on the Board of Trustees of the Anderson School of Management at the University of California at Los Angeles.
