"George E. Kilguss III leads the Company's Accounting, Finance, Purchasing, Financial Planning and Analysis functions. He has significant financial management, operations and development experience in publicly traded and privately-held technology companies as well as the investment banking sector. Prior to joining Internap, Mr. Kilguss served as the Chief Financial Officer of Towerstream Corporation, which delivers high speed wireless Internet access to businesses in major metropolitan markets using WiMAX microwave access. While at Towerstream, he orchestrated the company’s initial public offering, was integral to the development and execution of the strategic plan, and raised the necessary capital to enable the company to enter eight new markets with an enhanced product line and a new distribution model. Before Towerstream, Mr. Kilguss was the Chief Financial Officer of Stratos Global Corporation in Toronto, Ontario, providing remote communications products including mobile and fixed satellite and microwave services to more than 20,000 customers worldwide. Mr. Kilguss also has had hands-on experience with capital markets and a wide variety of merger and acquisition activities across industries. As a partner at Riparian Partners and a Vice President at Fleet Financial Group’s Investment Bank, he was active in all aspects of investment banking including valuations, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and debt structuring. Mr. Kilguss holds an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business in Chicago, Illinois, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Hartford in West Hartford, Connecticut. "Richard P. Dobb leads the Company's Human Resources, Facilities, Legal functions and guides the development of policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of Internap's business practices. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), intellectual property law, public securities and commercial law. A seasoned expert in corporate governance and public securities law, Mr. Dobb comes to Internap after serving as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for S1 Corporation. In that role, he was responsible for the legal support of the company and its subsidiaries worldwide. Prior to joining S1, Mr. Dobb was Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of eShare Communications, Inc., a global provider of web-based customer care software solutions. During his tenure with eShare, he was responsible for legal matters for the company’s offices globally and was instrumental in providing counsel for eShare’s 1999 acquisition by Melita International. Other previous management experience includes legal positions with Digital Equipment Corporation, the Georgia Institute of Technology and the corporate finance practice at King & Spalding. Mr. Dobb serves on the Board of Directors of a private school in Atlanta that specializes in educating developmentally-disabled children. He holds a B.A. from Rutgers University and is a graduate of the Emory University School of Law. "

"Tim Sullivan leads Internap's strategy, programs and organization to deliver superior products, service and support. His team seeks to enhance the company's strong service reputation, stake a leadership position in converged IP, video, and mobility software, and bring efficiency and focus to ongoing operations. Reporting to Mr. Sullivan are Product Engineering and Development; Network and Data Center Operations; the Data Center Services, CDN and IP Networking business units; Marketing and IT. Mr. Sullivan is a seasoned executive, who brings with him a wealth of industry knowledge, technical expertise and operations experience. He began his career in IBM's Data Network business where his responsibilities included product development and marketing leadership roles as well as the introduction of their network management portfolio. Mr. Sullivan spent eight years as Vice President at Northern Telecom (Nortel), first directing the Bell Northern Research customer premise, inter-exchange carrier and wireless development operations in the U.S., and later running the Data Networking business. In 1993, he founded Connectware, Inc., an ATM network application solutions company, where he served as CEO and President. Mr. Sullivan then went on to serve as the President of Lucent's Optical Networking Group, after holding positions of Chief Operating Officer and VP/GM for server and network edge products. Most recently, Mr. Sullivan was the President, CEO and one of the Founders of CebaTech Inc., whose electronic system level (ESL) tools, compiler technology and intellectual property accelerate complex design and manufacturing and enhance the productivity of engineering teams. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. "

"Andrew Albrecht leads Internap’s corporate development as well as strategic business development opportunities. His team seeks to strengthen the company's industry-leading portfolio of IP networking, data center services and content delivery network (CDN) distribution services through the introduction of new and innovative technologies. Albrecht brings more than 15 years experience in telecommunications, Internet data communications and finance. His extensive experience has resulted in the successful implementation of the company's corporate strategy since 2004. Prior to joining Internap, Albrecht was Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations for Allegiance Telecom. He held a key executive role and participated in the raising of more than $1.7 billion in equity and debt. Albrecht also was a member of the company’s mergers and acquisition team, which acquired 10 data and telecom operations. Before Allegiance Telecom, Albrecht was responsible for leading the partner programs business unit for Premiere Global Services, Inc. (NYSE: PGI). Albrecht graduated from Auburn University, with a B.S. degree in finance. "

"Randal Thompson leads the Company’s worldwide sales organization, strategy and programs. In this role, he is responsible for driving growth by attracting new clients and expanding the service portfolio with existing customers. Additionally, Mr. Thompson focuses on developing strategic partnerships and opening new markets around the world. Previously, Mr. Thompson was Internap’s regional vice president for mid-America and Europe, where he built relationships with many of Internap's strategic customers and led local sales teams to expand the company’s market share in target markets. Prior to joining Internap, Mr. Thompson served as Director of Sales for Major and National Accounts at MCI WorldCom. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Haven. "

Gene Eidenberg co-founded Granite Ventures as the early-stage venture capital group within Hambrecht & Quist. He was involved in guiding Granite towards becoming an independent firm in 1998 and growing Granite to $650 million of funds under management. Prior to Hambrecht & Quist, Gene held various positions at MCI, where his responsibilities included the company's international business, strategic planning and corporate development functions. Gene also served as President and CEO of Macrovision Corporation from 1987 to 1990. He was Secretary to the Cabinet and Assistant to the President during the Carter Administration. In addition to his board service for Command Audio, he currently chairs the Board of Internap Network Services (AMEX: IIP) and serves on the Board of LSSI. Gene holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Northwestern University.

"Charles B. Coe has served as a director since July 2003. Mr. Coe is a 28-year veteran of the telecommunications industry, including 15 years with BellSouth. During his career, he served as President of BellSouth Network Services; President of BellSouth Telecommunications; President of BellSouth International; and Group President of Customer Operations for BellSouth Telecommunications. Previously, Mr. Coe had served in various management positions with AT&T Communications and American Telesystems Corporation. Mr. Coe holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science degree from The Citadel. "

Kevin Ober is a Managing Director of Divergent Ventures. Prior to Divergent, he spent 7 years with Vulcan Ventures, a national venture capital firm owned by Paul Allen, co-founder of Microsoft Corporation. While with Vulcan, he led investments in Internet Infrastructure companies Internap Network Services Corporation, Nexabit Networks, Wavtrace and Net Perceptions. Other investments included Command Audio, Capstone Turbine, Colorado Micro Displays, ShareWave, Terastor and Netschools. Prior to working at Vulcan Ventures, Ober served in various positions at Conner Peripherals, Inc., a computer hard disk drive manufacturer in San Jose California. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from St. John's University and a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University. He is a director of Internap Network Services Corporation.
