Dave has been starting, managing and helping high tech companies grow for over 25 years. Prior to joining Crosslink, Dave served as strategic consultant to Transmeta, CEO of XStream Logic and founding CEO of Raycer Graphics. He was Vice President of Engineering at NexGen and Kendall Square Research after starting his career at Data General, which was chronicled in Tracy Kidder's "Soul of a New Machine." Dave is a member of the Editorial Board of Microprocessor Report, and is named on 13 patents in Computer Architecture and Systems. Dave holds a BSEE, MSEE, from the University of Wisconsin and MBA, from Boston University

John Kowalonek is a seasoned professional, providing Sorriso Technologies with the passion and leadership that's helped the Company build a stable, quality, focused, professional services organization. As a 30 year veteran in high-tech, Mr. Kowalonek has the rare combination of interpersonal, technical and business skills that make him the natural choice for leading customer centric, technology business initiatives. John has led customer focused, cross disciplined teams of up to 150 people in technology areas that include data communications and networking, operating systems, storage, computer telephony, multimedia music, voice recognition, workflow, document management, video conferencing, peer-to-peer networking, web data conferencing, and customer self-service web applications. In each area, Mr. Kowalonek has been both the technical and business visionary providing architectural and product vision, leading each team to a successful product launch. John prides himself in his passion for the high-quality and timely deliveries of each and every project that Sorriso Technologies tackles. His previous executive experience includes positions at Data General, Wang Laboratories, Objix Multimedia, PureSpeech, and Pyxsys.

Pam joined Acrelic in 2006 as Marketing Director. Pam brings over 15 years experience in professional services and marketing for technology companies. Pam is responsible for managing all aspects of Marketing including market definition, message development and channel optimization. She leads Acrelic's client services team and is responsible for creating and implementing results and delivering support for Acrelic's customers. Prior to coming to Acrelic, Pam was the co-founder and Principal of the PhD Consulting Group, a firm that has been developing and executing marketing and product development blueprints for high end products and services for the last several years. Prior to PhD, Pam was the Executive Director of Marketing at Telcordia Technologies, where she led a variety of Marketing, Strategy and Marketing Communications initiatives. Other relevant marketing roles include being a Senior Consultant at PA Consulting and a Sales Management role at Data General Corporation (EMC). Pam holds a BS in Business Administration from Boston University and an MBA from Rider University.

Richard Cumberland, Vice President, has over 30 years of highly successful, general management, consultative sales and relationship management experience in a variety of industries, including Technology, Telecom, Finance and Retailing. He has written mission statements and compensation plans, experienced and led many acquisitions and mergers, managed engineering and manufacturing departments and has overseen the growth and expansion of several small and midsize companies. Rick has held senior positions in strategic business development for such firms as Data General, Telxon, National Semiconductor, and Northern Telecom. Rick received a BS in Economics from Merrimack College and served in the United States Air Force.
