Walt's research and analysis efforts are directed at the intersection of information management and storage management. His primary project areas include enterprise content management, service-oriented infrastructures, compliance-oriented information management, knowledge management, and evolving methods for application development and delivery. Walt has helped implement information management solutions at numerous enterprises large and small. Prior to joining Data Mobility Group, Walt held a variety of positions in software development organizations, including: Director of Engineering at Openpages; Technical Product Manager for XML and content management technologies at Quark; Technology Director for the content management division of Banta Corporation; and programmer/analyst for several other companies. He continues to be an avid programmer in his spare time. Walt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Eastern College (St. Davids, PA).
