Mr. Petrocelli, the Chief Financial Officer of Saratoga Partners, joined the Firm in 1998 from Gabelli Asset Management, Inc. At Gabelli, Mr. Petrocelli was a Vice President in the corporate finance department with a primary focus on the Company's alternative investment business. Prior to that, he was a senior accountant at BDO Siedman.

David Kramer is responsible for the execution of product development strategy and for overall management and direction of the operations team. In this capacity, he maps development, communication, and compliance of the product development framework and implementation to maximize business impact. Prior to joining Data Return in 1999, Kramer served as head of network and desktop operations for Alcatel USA, assisting the sales team in meeting revenue goals and maintaining customer satisfaction. He also served as chief advanced systems architect for the United States Air Force Air Training Command. After graduating two years early from high school, Kramer pursued a military education in telecom systems control, network engineering and management schooling over a ten-year career.

Mr. Oberbeck is a Managing Director of Saratoga Partners. He holds directorships with several Saratoga portfolio companies including Data Return, Advanced Lighting, STC Wireless Resources, CommSoft and Koppers Industries. Mr. Oberbeck was formerly a director of USI Holdings Corporation and J&W Holding Corporation. Mr. Oberbeck, 46, joined Dillon Read and Saratoga Partners from Castle Harlan, Inc., a corporate buyout firm which he joined at its founding in 1987 and where he was a managing director. At Castle Harlan he served on the boards of directors of Delaware Management Holdings, Inc., a $29 billion asset management firm, MAG Aerospace Inc., a privately held aerospace company, and Truck Components, Inc., a manufacturer of wheel-end components for the heavy duty truck industry. Prior to joining Castle Harlan, he worked in the Corporate Development Group of Arthur Young and in corporate finance at Blyth Eastman Paine Webber. Mr. Oberbeck graduated from Brown University in 1982 with a BS in physics and a BA in mathematics. In 1985, he earned an MBA from Columbia University.

As co-founder, chairman, and chief executive officer, Sunny Vanderbeck is responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction of Data Return. Sunny has led the company to remarkable success in establishing itself as the leading provider of managed hosting services for companies using a variety of platforms. Data Return is recognized by many in the industry, including Microsoft, as a premier provider of managed hosting solutions. Before co-founding Data Return in 1997, Sunny served as a technical product manager and lead Internet/intranet consultant at Software Spectrum. Sunny also worked as a team leader for Microsoft.s messaging products and a product support engineer for Microsoft. After Sunny graduated from high school at 16, he attended the University of Texas at Arlington. He later joined the U.S. Army and completed the Army.s premier combat leadership course, becoming a section leader in the 2nd Ranger Battalion, a special operations unit. Sunny attributes the development of his strong leadership skills and character to his service as a Ranger. Recognized as a visionary in the managed hosting industry, Sunny was named one of the top 25 technology leaders in Dallas by Ernst & Young in 2000 and 2001.

John D. Beletic joined Oak as a Venture Partner in July 2002 after spending approximately 25 years in operating roles, principally as President and Chief Executive Officer, of high-growth technology and communications companies. John assists management teams in formulating and achieving key operating and strategic objectives. John currently serves on the boards of Aventail, Fiber Tower, iBahn, Tessco Technologies, iPass and the advisory boards of CoVi Technonolgies and Data Return. He also serves on the boards of the First Tee Dallas, the School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas, and Dallas National G.C. Previously, John was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Tigon, PageMart, and Weblink Wireless. He was also a venture partner with Morgan Stanley Venture Capital Group. John received a BSBA in Finance summa cum laude from Xavier University and an MBA with high distinction from the Harvard Business School.
