"As president and CEO, Charlie is responsible for the company’s operational planning, business plan implementation, strategic direction and overall growth. Charlie joined Datalink in January 2002 as vice president of business development and was later named vice president of market development. As vice president of market development, Charlie was responsible for overseeing the company’s storage solutions strategy and portfolio, as well as directing product management and marketing. In 2003, he was appointed president and chief operating officer taking on the responsibilities for the day-to-day operations of the company. In 2005, he was promoted to president and CEO and became a director of Datalink. Charlie joined Datalink from Agiliti Inc., where he served as executive vice president of business development. He also held a number of senior management positions at John G. Kinnard Company, Incorporated and Dain Rauscher Incorporated. Charlie earned a master’s of management degree with distinction from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He also holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Carleton College.

"Greg joined Datalink as vice president of finance and chief financial officer in February of 2006. From 1997 to June 2005, he was vice president of finance, chief financial officer and corporate secretary of Computer Network Technology Corporation. From September 1992 to July 1997, Greg served as senior vice president of finance and administration, chief financial officer and corporate secretary at Tricord Systems, Inc. From May 1988 to September 1992, Greg served as the executive vice president of finance, chief financial officer, treasurer and corporate secretary for Cray Computer Corporation. Prior to that time, Greg served in various accounting and financial management capacities for Cray Research, Inc. Greg is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas.

As chief technology officer, Scott Robinson is responsible for developing the company’s storage solutions strategy and overseeing the company’s portfolio of data availability, data recovery, and storage management solutions. Scott directs the company’s research efforts, including industry trend and innovation analysis and testing of new hardware and software products. He consults with IT executives on a regular basis. Prior to assuming this role, Scott was vice president of engineering at the company. In this capacity, he was responsible for developing and overseeing the field engineering and technical support organizations. Upon joining Datalink in 1989, he was the company’s chief engineer. Prior to that, Scott was employed as a software developer by 3M. Scott received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Marquette University and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Rob joined Datalink in 2007 as senior vice president of field operations. Rob oversees Datalink's sales, marketing, customer support, and professional services operations in 21 locations across the United States.

"Mary joined Datalink in 2001 as vice president of human resources. Mary is responsible for overseeing all human resources and training functions. With over 20 years of experience, Mary has worked for Fortune 500 companies as well as start-up firms in a wide range of industries from financial services to manufacturing. Before joining Datalink, Mary served as an independent consultant to a number of Minneapolis-based companies. Prior to that, she served in numerous senior management positions including senior vice president of human resources for Arcadia Financial, Ltd. and corporate administrative director for Nexus, Inc. Mary earned a bachelor’s of science degree in management, communications and psychology and a master’s of arts degree in human resources and industrial relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Jane Clayton - Director of Marketing and Documentation - Ms. Clayton began her career in the airline industry with TWA and Air One. She has been in the Marketing industry for over 20 years. She has become DataLink's main asset for customer relations as well as being the backbone of the company itself. If you call, talk to Jane and you will make a new friend.

Tom Robbins joined DataLink Corporation in 2005 as a Senior Technical Writer and has since been promoted to Manager of Business Development. In this role, he is responsible for client relationships, and strategic sales and marketing programs. Mr. Robbins brings 18 years of aerospace industry experience as a seasoned technical manager. Prior to coming to DataLink, Tom worked as a senior technical writer and team leader with Goodrich Corporation, responsible for vendor relations. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Management and is pursuing an MBA/Finance degree from Grand Canyon University.

Greg R. Meland, our Chairman, joined us in 1991 as our Vice President of Sales and Engineering. He became President and Chief Executive Officer in 1993. In December 2005, he became our Chairman of the Board. Between 1979 and 1991, Mr. Meland served in various sales and marketing positions with the Imprimis disk drive subsidiary of Control Data Corporation (which was sold to Seagate in 1989), most recently as the North Central U.S. Director of Sales. Mr. Meland is Mr. Price’s son-in-law.

J. Patrick O’Halloran was elected as a director in August 2006. Since January 2005, Mr. O’Halloran has served as Chief Executive Officer for Entiera. Between 1983 and 2004, Mr. O’Halloran served in a range of senior management positions at Accenture Ltd., most recently as Partner.

James Ousley has been a director of the Company since April 2004. Mr. Ousley served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Vytek Corporation, a wireless integration company, from September 2000 until Vytek was acquired by the Company effective April 12, 2004. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Ousley was President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Syntegra (USA) Inc. From 1992 to 1999, Mr. Ousley was President and Chief Executive Officer of Control Data Systems. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ousley held executive management positions with Ceridian, including Executive Vice President of Control Data Corp. (now Ceridian) and President of Ceridian s Computer Products business. Mr. Ousley is also a director of ActivCard, Corp., an authentication software company; Bell Microproducts, a value-added distributor of storage products and systems, semiconductors and computer products and peripherals; Datalink Corporation, a developer of enterprise-class information storage infrastructures; and Savvis, Inc., a provider of internet protocol (IP) applications and services.

Patrick is one of the founding partners of Entiera. As CEO, Patrick is responsible for Entiera's Sales and Marketing activities. Prior to founding the company, he was at Accenture for over twenty two years, including the last eleven as Partner. While at Accenture, he helped create the Accenture Customer Relationship Management (CRM) cross industry service line, currently generating four billion plus in revenue, and he created and ran the global Customer Insight business unit for eight years. Patrick worked in all major industries specializing in marketing solutions and helping companies become customer centric. He has a B.S. in accounting from Arizona State University and an M.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota.

Paul F. Lidsky , age 55, was elected as a director in June 1998. Mr. Lidsky is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Calabrio, Inc. From February 2005 until October 2007, Mr. Lidsky served as Chief Operating Officer for Spanlink Communications, Inc. Between 2003 and 2004, Mr. Lidsky was President and Chief Executive Officer of Computer Telephony Solutions. From 2002 to 2003, Mr. Lidsky was President and Chief Executive Officer of VigiLanz Corporation. From 1997 until 2002, Mr. Lidsky was the President and Chief Executive Officer of OneLink Communications, Inc. Between 1985 and 1997, Mr. Lidsky was employed by Norstan, Inc, most recently as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development.

Robert M. Price , age 78, was elected as a director in June 1998 and served as our Chairman of the Board between June 1998 and December 2005. Mr. Price has been President of PSV, Inc., since 1990. Between 1961 and 1990, he served in various executive positions, including as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, with Control Data Corporation. From 1991 to 2005, Mr. Price was a Senior Advisor and Professor at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and is now Adjunct Professor of the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke University. Mr. Price is Mr. Meland's father-in-law. Mr. Price also serves on the Board of Directors of PNM Resources, Inc., Affinity Technology Group, Inc. and National Center for Social Entrepreneurs.
