Datameg Corporation (OTC BB: DTMG) is a development stage communications technology company focused on development and supply of Next Generation Network performance tools and services to the telecommunications industry. Our goal is to become the leading provider of network monitoring and fault isolation solutions for the communications industry. Communication service providers are converging their voice, data and video services into an integrated communications infrastructure. Companies such as Sprint, Comcast, Verizon, Time Warner Cable and other operators of next generation networks urgently need systems and services to deploy and manage these next generation networks. Our current and prospective customers require solutions for managing quality of service, network security and revenue assurance. We believe our current and planned products and services enable the reliable, secure and economic operation of the next generation of communications networks, now known as Next Generation Networks ("NGN"). Neil R. Gordon, chief financial officer, began his career with the accounting firm of Haskins & Sells in 1969 and served as director, finance and accounting, of Empire of Carolina, Inc., from 1979 until 1982. He was then associated with Centronics Data Computer Corp., a computer peripherals manufacturer, and Ekco Group, Inc., a leading consumer products manufacturer and marketer, for fourteen years, including eight years as the company's treasurer, before establishing N.R. Gordon & Company, a financial services consulting firm, in 1995. Mr. Gordon serves on the board of directors of Avitar, Inc., and Datameg Corporation, as chief financial officer of Decent Energy, Inc., operator of the Cambridge Clean Energy Incubator, on the board of directors and as treasurer of Official Software, Inc., and as an advisor to a number of emerging companies. Mr. Gordon was an advisor to Case Shiller Weiss, Inc., from 1998 until its acquisition by Fiserv, Inc. He holds a BS in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.
