Nigel Stokes guides DataMirror's strategic vision and direction. Under Nigel's leadership, DataMirror was named to the Deloitte & Touche Fast 500, and he won Emerging Entrepreneur of the year from Ernst & Young. Nigel has 25 years of IT experience with a variety of companies and industries. Nigel co-founded DataMirror in 1993 to produce Intelligent Data Replication software for enterprise applications. He is an early innovator in Data-Warehousing, ETL and Data Replication. He has designed and architected ETL, Data Replication and Data Warehousing products for industry, since 1990. As a thought leader in the software market, he defined innovative concepts around Active Data Warehousing, Data Transformation and Intelligent Data Replication. Under his direction, DataMirror went public in 1996, completed strategic acquisitions, and in 1998 was the seed investor in the PointBase Java database. Nigel was formerly Co-Founder and President of Nidak, Managing Director of SHL Systemhouse, and a Principal at Woods Gordon (now Ernst & Young). Nidak, which was purchased by SHL Systemhouse, specialized in the development of custom business applications, relational databases and data warehouses for corporate clients. Nidak ranked as the eleventh fastest growing company in Canada and won two Canada Awards for Business Excellence. As an Executive and Consultant, Nigel has delivered sophisticated software projects for financial institutions, manufacturing, retail, healthcare and other industries. He is a Certified Management Consultant and has an M.B.A., an M.A.Sc., System Design Engineering, and a B.Sc.

Donald P. Woodley is the President of The Fifth Line Enterprise, a privately held company providing strategic advisory services and executive coaching to the Canadian IT industry. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Gennum Corporation, DataMirror Corporation, Canada Post Corporation and., Steam Whistle Brewing Inc. and is a past director of Onx Enterprise Solutions Inc., Delano Technology and Star Data Systems. Don is a past Chair of the Board of Governors of ITAC (Information Technology Association of Canada) a past Chair of the Board of Governors of The Stratford Festival of Canada, and a member of the Board of Directors of The Hospital for Sick Children Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Saskatchewan and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Don currently serves as a member of the TELUS Corporate Governance Committee and is Chair of the TELUS Pension Committee

Jim Wooder is vice president of Helix Investments (Canada) Inc., a North American-based venture capital company. Mr. Wooder's 25 years of investment experience have spanned a broad range of industries including software, hardware, telecommunications, manufacturing, distribution, oil and gas, and real estate. He has held management positions at leading North American financial services and private equity companies and has served on the Board of Directors of more than 50 companies. He also served as chairman of Toronto-based The Hanen Centre, an internationally renowned innovator in family-focused early language intervention programs and learning resources for parents and professionals.

Judy Parkes has more than 20 years of information technology experience and has a proven track record of delivering services and support on time and within budget. She is responsible for overseeing DataMirror's global Product Support, Training and Professional Services teams in the Americas and EMEA. Since joining DataMirror, Judy has worked at both the head office in Markham, Ontario, and at the EMEA headquarters in London, England, where she has served as Pre-sales Engineer, Support Manager, Professional Services Manager and Technical Director, EMEA. She has also held Programmer/Analyst, Consultant and Project Manager positions at other companies including TriEx Computer Solutions, where she worked on several large-scale customer development projects.

Lucian Mustatea guides DataMirror's research and development efforts and strengthens DataMirror's solution offerings, particularly for the company's core data integration product line. He has more than 15 years of development experience in enterprise software, having served as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Research and Development at Opencola where he accelerated the company's time-to-market through technology innovation and effective development processes. He has worked at IBM and Open Text Corporation, and has held senior management positions at Corel Corporation and Cognos.

Donald L. Lenz, Chairmain of the Audit Committee, is currently Managing Director of Newport Partners Inc. Mr. Lenz also sits on several boards including those of Mad Catz Interactive Inc., Cancer Care Ontario, and The Laidlaw Foundation. He is also Vice Chairman of the Ontario Research and Development Challenge Fund and Chair of Cancer Care Ontario Central East Region. From 1986 to 1999, Mr. Lenz was a senior partner with the Investment Banking Division of RBC Dominion Securities Inc. Mr. Lenz has been a director of the Company since September 1999.

Keith Powell is currently the principal of Keith Powell Consulting Inc., an information technology consulting firm and Managing Director of XPV Capital Corp., a venture capital company investing in early stage communications companies. Mr. Powell also sits on several other boards including DMTI Spatial Inc., electroBusiness.com Inc., ClientLogic Corporation, Selkirk Financial Technologies Inc., Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation of Canada and the Arthritis and Autoimmunity Research Center Foundation. From 1980 to 2000, Mr. Powell held a number of positions with Nortel Networks, including Senior Vice-President, Information Services & Chief Information Officer from 1997 to 2000 and Vice-President, Information Services & Chief Information Officer from 1996 to 1997. Mr. Powell was appointed as a director of the Company in May 2001.

Herman Wallenburg is a technology strategist and architect who focuses on the design and development of innovative solutions and products related to real-time data integration. As a co-founder of DataMirror, Herman was responsible for the architecture and development of Transformation Server at inception and has continued to guide the product's architecture since that time. His current responsibilities include architecture oversight, research, product strategy and identification of new product opportunities. Prior to DataMirror, Herman co-founded TriEx Computer Solutions, a consulting firm focused on the development of innovative and reliable applications for government and industry, with a particular focus on the IBM AS/400 platform. Herman was also a Principal at Woods Gordon (now Ernst and Young), where he was responsible for the architecture and development of their leading edge MRP systems, and consulted for a variety of manufacturing, distribution, financial and healthcare institutions. Herman holds an Honours degree in Mathematics, specializing in Computer Science, from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ont.
