Vernon Hollidge joined Datatel as senior vice president for finance and administration in 1994. In this capacity, he oversees the company's Corporate Resources Division and plays a major role in corporate profit growth. Accomplishments during Mr. Hollidge's tenure include acquiring the facility that now serves as Datatel's corporate headquarters in Fairfax, VA, and the development and implementation of the Datatel Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in 2001, for which he served as a trustee. In 2004, Mr. Hollidge led the acquisition of LiquidMatrix Corporation, which has now merged with Datatel. He was also a key player in the execution of Datatel's management buyout in 2005, and serves as a member of Datatel's Board of Directors. In August 2006, Mr. Hollidge was named Chairman of the Board following the passing of H. Russell Griffith, Datatel's Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer.

Jayne Edge was named to her current position at Datatel in 2001, and leads the company's Strategic Planning and Marketing division. Since assuming her current role, many advancements and changes have taken place within Datatel's corporate marketing division, including a new corporate Web site, a corporate identification program, and enhanced client communications. Ms. Edge is also the primary executive officer for the Datatel Users' Group (DUG), serving as the liaison to the DUG Board of Directors. A current initiative is to increase participation of clients in the conference events as well as advisory teams. A new client appreciation program and executive forums were announced in 2005. She is also instrumental in building partnerships with other software organizations and professional services firms involved in the higher education industry.

Chuck Spence, of Cathedral City, Calif., is a retired college chancellor, having served as the CEO of community college systems in California, Florida, and Iowa. He was the founding member of a Unitarian fellowship in Iowa and served as president of two Unitarian churches in Pennsylvania and Florida. He is a member of the Unitarian Universalist Church of the Desert in Rancho Mirage, Calif. He currently serves as a director for the Datatel Corp., Fairfax, Va., and was a board member of the group, MaleSurvivor, an organization to prevent the sex abuse of boys and men.

John Moragne is a co-founder of Trident Capital and has been a Managing Director since 1993. From 1989 to 1993, John was a Principal with Bain Capital, a leveraged buyout firm affiliated with Bain & Company. He was also a Principal of Information Partners Capital Fund, a private equity firm associated with Dun & Bradstreet Enterprises and Bain Capital. Earlier in his career, John was a management consultant with Bain & Company.
