David joined Daticon, now an EED Business Unit, in 1993 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing - and the company's first full-time salesperson. Since then, he has successfully led the growth of our customer base and corporate revenue, establishing Daticon as a leader in the legal eDiscovery services industry. As Vice President, Managing Director, David manages a legal support services sales team in the Northeast, and maintains many of the company's key client relationships. Prior to joining Daticon, David held sales and management positions at Daly and Wolcott in Providence, Rhode Island. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Computer Information Systems and Marketing from Bryant College.

Michael Dalton is the Vice President of Engineering at Daticon. Michael brings over 25 years of experience in the management, growth and development of world class software development organizations and products to the Daticon executive team. His previous roles have included, among others, Director of Anti-malware Engine Development & Advanced Research at McAfee Inc., Vice President of Product Development at Tripwire, Inc., Interim President of Tripwire KK Tokyo, Japan, Executive Director of Software Engineering at Technology Control Services, Director of Software Engineering at Atlas Telecom, Manager of Corporate Product Planning at MAI/Basic Four Business Products Division. Michael completed his studies at ECPI in Detroit, Michigan and his professional affiliations have included an advisory position on the CERIAS (Center for Research for Information Assurance Security) at Purdue University.

Mike Jahnke is responsible for ensuring exceptional quality of service for EED's customers through EED's consulting, client service and sales operations under a unified client engagement model. Mike is also responsible for overall operations and performance of Daticon, an EED Business Unit. Prior to joining Daticon, Mike was Vice President of Worldwide Sales Operations at Sequent Computers, a Portland-based technology company (now owned by IBM) from 1989 to 2000. Mike accelerated annual revenue from $140 million to $850 million by transitioning from a transaction-oriented, commoditized sales model to a consultative professional services led sales model. Subsequently, Mike served as VP Sales, VP Sales & Marketing and VP Operations for several VC funded start-ups. More recently, Mike served as Chief Operating Officer of a small cap manufacturing and distribution company in the gaming industry. While taking it public, Mike cleaned up its balance sheet and listed it on the American Stock Exchange. Mike has a systems engineering background from an early career experience at NASA and Control Data, while studying Marketing and Business Administration at the University of Maryland.

Adam Rubinger is the Managing Director of Daticon's Client Services Group. He has over a decade of experience and proven leadership in litigation support, information governance as well as managing large-scale electronic discovery projects. Prior to joining Daticon, Mr. Rubinger was an Engagement Manager for Fios, Inc. where he assisted law firms such as Winston & Strawn, Kirkland & Ellis, K&L Gates, and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, as well as corporations including Starbucks, Walgreens, Sprint/Nextel and Motorola, with various computer forensic investigations, complex electronic discovery and litigation readiness issues. Prior to joining Fios, Mr. Rubinger was the founder and President of EDSS, Inc, a litigation support technology consulting company. For three years, Mr. Rubinger assisted law firms and corporations with scanning, coding, imaging and in-court presentation technologies. Mr. Rubinger consults on high-profile client engagements for many of the nation's top 200 law firms and Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Rubinger brings expertise in the areas of computer forensics, electronic discovery, and IT security. He has written a number of articles as well as online presentations dealing with emerging technologies such as Instant Messaging, Native File Format production and document preservation. Mr. Rubinger has consulted in numerous DOJ second requests, complex patent disputes as well as many large-scale document reviews with review teams of over 100 concurrent attorneys reviewing in multiple locations. Over the last two years, Mr. Rubinger has been involved and in most cases, led over 100 e-discovery projects from collections through production.

Kelly Coblentz brings 10 years of HR experience in mid-sized organizations with a specialization in employee benefits, human resources information systems and compensation. Kelly joined Daticon in February of 2007 as Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining Daticon, Kelly held multiple corporate leadership roles at INFONXX, the world's premier provider of directory assistance and enhanced information services. She was responsible for effectively managing Corporate-level Human Resource functions for the North American call center operations as well as leading teams to achieve global HR initiatives. Kelly also held roles with long-term care companies - Complete Care Services and Penn Treaty Network America. She has a BSBA in Human Resources from Shippensburg University as well as an MBA from DeSales University. Kelly also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
