Matt works closely with clients to provide consulting services on Internet and intranet strategies, publication management, research and measurement and using communication vehicles effectively. He also directs Davis & Company s internal systems, financial, web technology and creative services. Matt has won numerous awards for his work and helped build the company s technology, graphics and web design groups. He has led successful web projects for Aetna, Sanofi-Aventis, Georgia-Pacific, and many other organizations. In addition, Matt is a skilled writer, editor and designer who managed employee publications for Johnson & Johnson, Roche, Pharmacia, Prudential and others. His knowledge of writing, corporate communication, strategic consulting and web technology provides a perspective that is unique to the industry.

Rachel M. Davis was graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor of science degree in advertising. Prior to founding Oldfield Davis, Inc. in 1980, Ms. Davis was senior vice president of DBG&H, a large, Dallas-based advertising agency. Under Ms. Davis' direction, Oldfield Davis has won numerous industry awards including those from The Telly Awards, Summit Creative Awards, Texas Graphic Excellence, Dallas Ad League, Dallas/IABC (Bronze Quill), Dallas Society of Visual Communications, The Art Directors Club (NY), Commercial Sign Design, Communication Arts, Print, Women in Communications, Printing Industries of America, Texas chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and the Newspaper Advertising Bureau. Ms. Davis has served on the boards of Old City Park, the Junior League of Dallas and the Press Club of Dallas. She has served on the executive committee of Presbyterian Healthcare System's PHorum for education and as Chairman. She has been a member of the advisory board of Preservation Dallas, and she chaired the 1996 Press Club of Dallas Gridiron Show honoring Headliner Governor George W. Bush and the 1997 show honoring Dallas Mayor Ron Kirk. Ms. Davis recently was recognized for her many years of contributions to the Family Place Partners as the first recipient of the Family Place Partners Card Champion Award. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Dallas Summer Musicals Guild and of Texas Health Resources President's Leadership Council.

Dan Kenney is a partner with the national and international law firm of Davis & Company, based out of the Calgary office, practising exclusively in the area of securities and corporate/commercial law. Dan has acted for a broad range of issuers whose shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange. Dan has served on the Board of Directors of Clearford and its Audit Committee since the fall of 2001.

Mr. Reid, B.A., LL.B., has been a director of the Corporation since 2004. He acts as counsel to both mining and other companies listed on stock exchanges in Canada and United States. He is currently a senior partner of Davis & Company LLP, an internationally recognized mining and securities law firm. Mr. Reid has extensive corporate and commercial business experience and mineral resource law expertise. Other directorships include Rubicon Minerals Corporation, Western Prospector Group Ltd. and Ross River Minerals Inc.

Casey s direction of the technology group has helped keep Davis & Company in the forefront of web consulting. He advises clients on technology and web-related matters. Casey has helped build intranet and Internet sites for Pharmacia, Huber, Aetna, Becton-Dickinson and the Davis & Company site. Casey is skilled in a wide variety of Internet technologies including HTML, Java and Flash programming. He also assists with image design and digital graphic needs for newsletters, brochures and web sites. Casey holds a Bachelor s degree in Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts in New York City, where he studied graphic art, illustration and computer animation.

As project director, Catherine provides consulting and implementation services to clients that include Hewlett Packard Financial Services, AstraZenica and Wyeth. She is a talented writer and expert communication strategist, with experience in information architecture, multi-channel delivery and measurement. Before joining the company, Catherine was with JPMorgan Chase, where she managed enterprise technology communication and guided communication during the Bank One merger. Prior to that, Catherine had a 13-year career managing internal communication for Merrill Lynch. In that role, Catherine developed an integrated messaging platform and a program that helped financial consultants interact effectively with their clients. Catherine has a bachelor's degree in International Studies and French from Manhattan College, as well as a master's degree in Corporate and Public Communications from Seton Hall University.

Joe has extensive training in listening, nonverbal communication, public speaking and persuasion. Joe puts all of his communication skills to work in a variety of ways for Davis & Company, including consulting, research and analysis, facilitating focus groups and leading workshops. An accomplished writer, Joe is co-author of the award-winning, Working Wisdom, Davis & Company s guidebook on employee focus groups. Joe has worked on projects for a number of Davis & Company clients including BAE Systems, JM Huber and Georgia-Pacific. After graduating from Montclair State University, Joe went on to earn a Masters of the Arts degree in Corporate and Public Communication at Seton Hall University. In his off-hours, Joe is an adjunct professor at Montclair State University.

Lorraine manages all financial functions and provides high-level financial counsel to the firm. Lorraine joined Davis & Company four years ago as Controller. Prior to Davis & Company, Lorraine spent eight years at Larry Tucker, Inc., a direct-mail advertising firm in Woodcliff Lake, N.J., and nine years at ASARCO, Inc., a precious metals company in New York City. Lorraine received her bachelor s degree in accounting from St. Francis College in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Bob Lorino is the Controller for Hahnfeld ~ Witmer ~ Davis, Inc. and is in charge of all accounting functions for the company. Lorino's work experience has included over 25 years in accounting for various real estate related businesses and has owned his own residential home building company. He joined McFaddin Kendrick as Controller. This company specialized in development and construction in the hospitality industry. He later joined Continental Developers as their Controller. In 1988 he formed Witlo Developers, Inc. with Worth Witmer, building homes in the Tanglewood and River Oaks area. He joined Hahnfeld ~Witmer ~ Davis, Inc. in 1996. Lorino graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA degree in Management. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, a member of the Houston Board of Realtors and a native Houstonian.

Allen C. Rawl, has over 30 years experience as a shipwright specializing in wooden ships and boats. He has built the vessels "Federalist" for the State of Maryland's Bicentennial office, "Susan Constant" a 297 ton recreation of a colonial vessel constructed onsite at the Jamestown settlement in Virginia, "Kalmar Nyckel" a tall ship and restored the vessels "Rosa" in Viareggio, Italy, "Martha Lewis" a Chesapeake Bay Skipjack now in charter service (USCG certified) in Maryland. He has been contracted by the US Park Service as a wooden ship expert in completion of the condition and valuation survey of the steam schooner "Wampa".

Craig Natsuhara is the head of the Immigration Law Practice Group at Davis LLP, servicing clients nationwide from the Vancouver head office. He practices in the fields of Canadian and US business immigration. He acts for a wide array of Canadian businesses, including some of the country's largest companies. He obtained his Baccalaureate of Laws Degree at the University of British Columbia and his Baccalaureate of Commerce at the University of Victoria. He is the Chair of the Canadian Bar Association, BC Immigration Section, and currently co-chairs the Service Canada / HRSDC Joint Committee and BC PNP Joint Committee. Outside of work, he is the proud father of two young boys and has been a Director and Officer (currently Vice President) of the National Nikkei Museum and Heritage Centre for almost ten years.

As senior consultant, David is a consulting and project management resource for Davis & Company clients. His work in employee communication stretches from strategy to implementation and includes measurement, writing, information architecture, facilitation, training and multi-media delivery. He has developed and implemented annual communication plans, intranets, brand building programs, large change initiatives and HR programs (including compensation, benefits and pension) for many Fortune 500 companies. Before joining the company, David was with Direct Energy, an energy and services retailer, where he developed an internal communication function across North America. He has also worked as a Communication Consultant at Towers Perrin and Aon Consulting (two HR management consultancies). David is a leader in the design industry leveraging the power of visuals and design in employee communication. During his graduate research into the use of design by professional service organizations, David developed a model for companies to incorporate design thinking to improve customer and employee experiences. By considering the thoughtful design of all touchpoints with the organization from communication to systems and processes the experience can be managed and drive improved business results. David holds an M.B.A., with a design management specialty, from the University of Westminster in the U.K. He also has a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Instructional Media from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. In his off hours, David sits on the Board of Directors of the Council of Communication Management a network of senior communication professionals dedicated to developing the best minds in the business.

Donna supports our company's marketing efforts, as well as providing administrative support for our clients. Prior to joining Davis & Company, Donna was office manager for Effective Communications Group. There, she worked with speakers in the planning and marketing of communication workshops, as well as handling all aspects of office management. Prior to joining Effective Communications Group, Donna worked for 15 years as a Credit Administrator for Reckett Benckiser (formerly L&F Products and Reckitt & Colman), a leading manufacturer of consumer products. Donna graduated from The Berkeley School after completion of the Executive Secretarial program.

With his experience as a graphic designer, web developer and knowledge in electronic media technologies, John is responsible for both print and web site design projects at Davis & Company. He creates and implements new approaches to employee publications for the company s Fortune 500 clients. Before joining Davis & Company, John worked for two major companies, where he designed a broad range of corporate and financial print materials including brochures, direct mailings, advertisements, trade booths and packaging designs. John earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Arts from Rutgers University in New Jersey and completed a Web Master Certificate Program through Bloomfield College in New Jersey. In addition, John has attended continuing education courses in design at the School of Visual Arts in New York City.

KATE BAKE-PATERSON, LL.B., is an associate at Davis LLP, and is a member of the Corporate/Commercial and Charities/Not-for-Profit Organizations practice groups. She has experience in advising clients on various types of commercial transactions and provides general corporate advice to clients on an on-going basis. She also advises not-for-profit organizations on various issues relating to planned charitable giving, as well as more generally on matters of corporate governance and other legal issues.

Leah works closely with both retail and auction consignors, overseeing appraisals and related services, and orchestrates the myriad of activities that occur on the day of an auction. She has amassed a decade of experience in the field of rare wines, predominantly in the auction sector. She is a licensed auctioneer in the state of Illinois and has conducted charity auctions for the American Cancer Society and BRAVO! Greater Des Moines, and has volunteered for numerous charity auctions as well. She was the first employee hired at Davis & Company, shortly after completion of her degree at Northwestern University. As part of the small team in the early days of Davis & Company, Leah played a diverse and important role. She became a member of the Sotheby's Wine Department when that firm acquired Davis & Company in 1998, and soon rose to the position of Senior Manager. She was deeply involved with all aspects of consignment activity, including appraisals as well as financial and contractual details. Leah is also an avid athlete, and has raced in both the Chicago and Boston Marathons.

MIKE COBURN, BA(HON), LL.B., is lawyer with Davis LLP and a member of the firm?s tax group. He has considerable experience in structuring and implementing tax-efficient corporate reorganizations for both private and public companies. Mike also frequently advises clients on inbound and outbound cross-border investments, acquisitions and disposition of assets and disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency.

Roger Lee obtained his law degree from Dalhousie University in 1993, returned to Vancouver to article, and joined Davis & Company LLP in 1994. Since his call to the Bar, Mr. Lee has developed an extensive practice in trust and estate litigation and has given numerous lectures on the area to various groups. He advises corporate and individual trustees, as well as personal representatives, of their legal obligations and duties on a regular basis, acts for beneficiaries who question the actions of the trustees of their particular trusts, and represents various charities with respect to bequests made to them. Mr. Lee is the Past Chairperson of the Vancouver Branch of the Canadian Bar Association Wills & Trusts Subsection, a member of the British Columbia CLE wills Advisory Committee, and has served on the Board of the Vancouver Roundtable of the CAGP-ACPDP for almost three years. While serving on the Board of the Vancouver RoundTable, Mr. Lee was a member of the Estate Resource Committee, which produced a very well-received package of materials for members. He also presented, along with Mary Hamilton, a workshop at the 2006 CAGP-ACPDP Annual Conference in Calgary, and will present another workshop in Halifax at the 2007 CAGP-ACPDP Annual Conference.

SHANE ONUFRECHUK, CA, is a Senior Tax Advisor at Davis LLP. Shane?s focus in the firm is in the area of corporate reorganizations, acquisitions, financings and providing tax advisory services to other professionals . Shane has previously spoken for the ICABC, plays an active role in ICABC professional development and had been extensively involved in teaching and course development for the CA School of Business.

As one of Davis & Company s talented graphic designers, Stacy brings innovative solutions to our clients from her seven years of web and multimedia experience. Stacy s strong multimedia background, which also includes music composition and sound design, allows her to be both creative and efficient in a variety of media from dynamic e-mail graphics to animated, interactive web sites. Before joining the company, Stacy was a senior web designer at Fusebox, an internet professional services firm in New York City. There, she developed innovative solutions integrating both design and technology. Stacy holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in New York City.

Stephen C. Davis, MPH, CIH, CSP, CAC, is a principal at La Croix Davis, LLC. He has more than 36 years experience as an environmental health and safety manager and consultant. He has managed or advised on environmental health and safety programs in more than 20 countries. In addition to teaching at UC Berkeley Extension and COEH since 1990, he functions as senior technical advisor on multi-million dollar construction/remediation projects and serves as an expert witness in environmental litigation, mediation, and arbitration.

With over 30 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry, Steve Hill continues to consult in related capacities with major companies through his engineering and consulting firm, S.R. Hill and Associates International, Inc., out of Houston, Texas. Born in Omaha, Nebraska, he completed his primary and secondary education in Europe as the son of an Air Force colonel stationed abroad. He speaks French, Spanish and Portuguese. After attending Brown University on a military ROTC scholarship, he graduated from Bryant University with a B.S. in Economics in 1971 and obtained a MBA at Boston University in 1973. After college, Steve served in the Air Force on active duty from 1973 to 1977 and in the Air Force Reserves until 1998. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the Society of Petroleum Engineers. During his professional career, he engaged in managing MEGA-EPIC (100+mil) projects and developing business for esteemed companies including Husky Oil-Canada, Vetco Offshore, Global Marine, Santa Fe Engineers and Constructors, Asea Brown Boveri, Ocean Energy, Halliburton/Brown & Root, and Martima-Ltd./Brazil. He managed major projects in South America, the Mid East, Pacific Rim and West Africa. He spent seventeen years with Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) and was named the Top Business Development executive in ABB in 1992-1993. During his last two years (1995-1997) with ABB, he served as Vice President of Major Projects for ABB's Oil, Gas and Power sectors, residing in West Africa, where he had the responsibility for such projects known as "Wellhead to Wireline," on a Turnkey EPIC approach. More recently, he served as a Vice President of Hyundai Heavy Industries Co, Ltd. with direct responsibilities for advising Hyundai's Senior Executives on EPIC strategies in the area of Deep Water SPAR/TLP/FPSO and onshore power and process projects, primarily in West Africa, with Houston based major oil companies. He served as the client interface and in support of contract negotiations, while contributing to the closing of over two billion USD in Deep Water EPIC contracts with Houston based clients in 2001-2002. He was instrumental in the West-African Pipeline project, securing Chevron-Texaco as an 80% partner. Previously, he was Vice President for Irving Shipbuilding out of Halifax, Nova Scotia, leading an initiative in liaison with Exxon Production Canada, to implement the successful Hyundai model a "shipyard with separate fabrication facility," to build a 2000-ton process module for Offshore Canada. Concurrently, he consults as a change management facilitator with Holland and Davis, Inc., a world-renowned change management consulting firm in Houston. Steve is affiliated with the National Association of Eagle Scouts. He's a member of the Houston Petroleum Club and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.

TIM DUHOLKE, FCA, has practiced tax exclusively for over 25 years and is a Senior Tax Advisor at Davis LLP. He specializes in advising professional firms and entrepreneurs on a broad range of taxation and related matters. His practice includes public and private companies in various industries. Tim has a special interest in the area of estate planning.

Who would ever think numbers, statistics, data and research are cool? Tina does. In meetings, she'll say things like, "It just doesn't make sense to apply rigorous research to external business initiatives and not to the heart and soul of an organization its employees." We worry, but she seems happy. Tina was destined to become a university professor until a consulting project with The World Bank, during graduate school, awakened her to an exciting possibility - applying her knowledge of research and cognitive development in the world of business. She has since worked for several internal communications consulting firms including Davis & Company and Banner McBride. Tina focuses on the development and implementation of internal communication programs, change initiatives, branding efforts and learning and development projects. The senior leaders Tina works with find great value in the actionable information she gleans from fast, flexible and fact-based research. Her clients have included Delta Air Lines, Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young, Pharmacia Corporation and Young & Rubicam. Tina has also published in a variety of academic/professional journals and books on problem solving, knowledge acquisition and application and group learning and performance. She has also served as a professor of cognitive and developmental psychology. Tina earned her doctorate in developmental psychology at Cornell University, specializing in cognitive development. She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology and education from Dartmouth College, graduating Phi Beta Kappa.

Richard C. Ill, President and CEO, Triumph Group, Inc. headquartered in Wayne, Pennsylvania is a graduate of Lafayette College, Drexel University, MBA, and the Stanford Executive Program. He served as a Captain in the U. S. Army, 1965-1968. Mr. Ill joined Alco Standard Corporation, 1968 – 1993 progressing in the following positions: Metalsource Corporation, Group Vice President, 1973-1983; Triumph Industries, President, 1976-1983; Metalsource Corporation, President 1983-1987; Triumph Group, President, 1988-1993; Alco Standard Corporation, Vice President, 1989-1993. In 1993 Mr. Ill led a successful management buyout of Triumph Group, Inc., where he now serves as President & CEO and a board director. Mr. Ill is a member of the Advisory Board, Outward Bound USA; the Board of Directors of the General Aviation Manufacturers Association, as well as the Board of Directors of Airgas, Inc. and P. H. Glatfelter.
