Mr. Keyser has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the securities industry having held various positions including Head of Investment Banking, Regional Sales Manager and Branch Manager. In addition, he has founded several private companies including Dawson James Securities. Mr. Keyser has held management positions with several securities firms with leadership positions in retail and institutional sales, operations, underwriting & syndication, financial compliance and all general brokerage services. Mr. Keyser has been involved in raising capital for healthcare, biotechnology and technology clients such as Sontra Medical, Neurocrine Biosciences, Incyte Pharmaceuticals, Guilford Pharmaceuticals, Laservision, Epoch Biosciences, Ariad Pharmaceuticals, Sciclone Pharmaceuticals, Medical Innovations, DNA Plant, Biotech General, Texas Biotechnology, LaJolla Pharmaceuticals, LXR Biotechnology, Digital Biometrics, Electronic Clearing House, Total Research, Eastern Environmental, SOI Industries and Magnetech Industries.

Mr. Hands started his securities industry career in 1982 with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner and Smith. Since that time he has held a variety of key positions within the securities industry including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, Chief Supervisory Officer, Financial Operations Principal, Municipal Securities Principal, Branch Manager, Senior Registered Options Principal and Director of Compliance. Mr. Hands has extensive experience in all aspects of the securities industry, with a concentration in regulatory compliance implementation and oversight.

Mr. Aulicino manages the Investment Banking department's day-to-day operations. Over the past twenty years, Mr. Aulicino has recapitalized, structured, and led equity investments of upwards of $2 billion in over 150 small to medium size growth oriented businesses. He served as Executive VP and Director of Barington Capital Group, L.P. which he co-founded in 1991. His responsibilities ranged from public and private financing transactions to general financial advisory for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and recapitalization as well as overall direction of sales and trading for the firm. Mr. Aulicino has held Management and Consulting positions for several Wall Street firms including Robb Peck McCooey and Ladenburg Thalmann

Prior to his current assignment heading Capital Markets, Mr. Schalk was Director of Institutional sales. In his present position as Managing Director of Capital Markets, Mr. Schalk has lead many capital raises in the life sciences area for Dawson James. His duties also include planning, organizing, and executing road shows both in the United States as well as Europe. Mr. Schalk began his career in New York City and over the last fifteen years has gained experience in the financial services and investment banking areas. He has experience with many investment vehicles including, IPO's, Secondary's, PIPE's, Registered Directs, and equity lines. Mr. Schalk attends the BIO CEO conference in New York City annually, the BIO Investor conference in San Francisco annually, and attends the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) conference each year.

Mr. Poliak has over 20 years of experience in the securities industry holding various management positions including President and Chief Executive Officer, Head of Trading, Regional Sales Manager, Branch Manager and Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Poliak is a co-founder of Dawson James Securities. Mr. Poliak has been responsible for overseeing all daily activities of several brokerage firms including trading, market making, compliance, operations, underwriting & syndication, financial compliance and all general brokerage services.

Mr. Lauzon began his career in the financial services industry in New York City where he successfully completed the training program of a major firm and grew his business to $10MM in his first year. Based upon his success and work ethic, Mr. Lauzon was invited to join two principals of the firm in a new arena, Venture Capital. In the years following, Mr. Lauzon achieved significant success in this area, including taking a leading role in assisting two highly desirable early stage telecom companies to secure multi-million dollar funding. Prior to joining Dawson James Securities Mr. Lauzon was the Director of Institutional Equity Sales for Sterling Financial Group where he was responsible for overseeing 8 institutional brokers and was also responsible for recruiting and growing Sterling's Institutional Equity Sales Desk.

Mr. John Putnam is a Senior Analyst at Dawson James Securities following the medical device industry. Prior to joining Dawson James in September of 2006, Mr. Putnam was a Senior Vice President at Stanford Group Company. He joined Stanford Group Company in May 2004 as a senior healthcare analyst after having been a principle and founder of Belmont Harbor Capital, a boutique investment research and merchant bank in Chicago, Illinois, established in early 2002. Mr. Putnam covers the Medical Devices and Technology industry as he has done for more than 30 years. During his tenure as a medical device analyst, he has served in a similar capacity at such firms as Smith Barney, Wellington Management, L.F. Rothschild, Alex Brown & Sons, Adams, Harkness & Hill, and Gruntal. As an analyst for the past three decades, Mr. Putnam has been responsible for the technology, fundamental, regulatory and reimbursement research of the medical device industry. He spent several years in Washington D.C., focusing on regulatory and reimbursement issues impacting the medical device industry. Mr. Putnam has extensive knowledge of many segments of the medical device and technology industry including cardiovascular, orthopedics, diagnostics, and urology. He was the first analysts on Wall Street to identify Women's Health as an investment opportunity. Mr. Putnam has a strong financial background and actually enjoys reading and analyzing financial statements and performing due diligence. Prior to changes in the institutional investment banking business which are now in place, he was intensely involved in investment banking assignments, having participated in more than 20 such transactions. In addition to strong writing and personal communications skills, Mr. Putnam has also developed a proprietary research methodology that evaluates the competitive position of companies participating in a particular industry segment by analyzing their intellectual property as embodied in a company's patent portfolio. This methodology can be used to perform strategic planning and business development. It identifies each company's relative competitive position within a technology and can identify those companies that are either active or have become inactive in research and development in that specific technology. From a business development perspective it can also identify a patent portfolio that may no longer be relevant to its holder but that may be an opportunity for another company. Mr. Putnam holds an MBA from The George Washington University and a BA from Baldwin-Wallace College. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society. Mr. Putnam has been involved in raising funds for several charitable organizations including Deborah's Place, a women's shelter in Chicago, the Farm Workers of Palm Beach County, and Old School Square and the Public Library in Delray Beach, Florida.

Mr. Racca has 20 years of experience in the financial industry. He has a broad experience on Wall Street having covered different roles on both the Sell and the Buy side of the street starting in Institutional Equity Sales for a prestigious investment bank in New York from the late 80's to the early 90's, he has then been a Trader for a London based Hedge Fund and a Quantitative Analyst for a New York based Hedge Fund.
